A short instructional segment from a safety-training YouTube video by Anthony LaFazia emphasizing daily habits for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers: always wear a seatbelt (mandatory under FMCSA), ensure passengers buckle up, avoid distractions (no texting/phone use, avoid eating/drinking or interacting with GPS while driving), and pull over if you must do something other than driving. The speaker cites that being ejected from a vehicle raises the chance of death by 25% and warns of fines for violating FMCSA rules.
