In this video, the host announces a 32‑person YouTube commentator tournament called “Battle of the Beast.” Viewers are invited to enter by submitting their channel link and Skype contact via a Google Doc. Qualified participants will compete in 1‑v‑1 match‑ups, uploading a regular commentary video that begins with the phrase “This is for Battle of the Beasts.” The tournament proceeds through knockout rounds (Round of 32, 16, 8, 4) with the final winner receiving a $50 PayPal prize. All contestants gain exposure as opponents will view each other's videos. Judging is based on gameplay quality, mic clarity, commentary entertainment, and overall video production. The host emphasizes a simple, low‑effort entry process and asks viewers to share the opportunity with other YouTubers to reach the required 32 participants. A brief lyrical aside from a second speaker follows the main announcement.

Do you think you're a good commentator on YouTube? Do you want to win $50? Do you just want really easy exposure? Well, then you're in the right place. I'm about to host a tournament called Battle of the Beast where I grab 32 YouTube commentators and have them compete in 1v1s to see who's the best. I'm not even kidding. Like, there's a Google Docs in the description. Click on that, submit your channel link, give me your Skype so I can contact you, and if you meet the requirements, you'll be entered into the tournament. So what is Battle of the Beast? Well, I'm going to run you through step by step what you're going to do if if you qualify. So if you do qualify, then it's gonna be you versus someone else in a 1v1 battle. Whenever I tell you to, you know, upload your commentaries when you'll do this, and what you're gonna do is you're just gonna do a normal commentary on your channel, and at the beginning of it you just say, "This is for Battle of the Beasts," and then that's it. You just say, "This is for Battle of the Beasts," at the very beginning of your commentary, and then do your normal commentary on your personal channel, and we'll compare that to your opponent's and see who wins and see who goes to the next round. Pretty simple. You don't have to go out of your way, do anything extraordinary. Just do a normal commentary on your channel, and at the beginning say, "This is for Battle of the Beasts, and if you win, you'll go to the 16th. If you win there, you'll go to the top 8, top 4, and the winner will get $50 PayPal." And of course, everyone who's competing in this tournament will get plenty of exposure, because I promise you everyone else who's competing is gonna be checking out their opponents and this and that. So you should gain, you know, a decent amount of subs off of this. Now what we're gonna be judging off of is the gameplay. Like, how good did it look? How good was the gameplay? Did you go 100-0? Or did you go 0/100? We're gonna be judging off like how good your mic quality is, how crisp the commentary is, how entertaining it is. Just everything in the video will be taken into consideration in this tournament. And that's pretty much that. So like I said, what you have to do is click the Google Docs below, submit your link and your Skype, and if you qualify, I'll add you on Skype. And that's all you have to do right now. And then I'll give you further details on Skype. And like I said, the whole battle thing, the actual tournament I already told you what we're gonna judge on, and all you have to do if you do qualify is just at the beginning of one of your videos, whenever the tournament starts, all you have to do is say, "This is for Battle of the Beasts," and then just do your normal commentary, and that's that. And we'll compare you against your opponent, and you know, if you end up placing first, you'll get $50. If not, I mean, you got exposure, and just have fun, you know, see if you can be a good commentator. So that's pretty much that. I don't really, you know, want to overcomplicate it. If you're interested in taking part of this tournament, just click the Google Docs below and submit your stuff. If not, alright, oh well. Oh, also, if you could share this with some of your friends, because I'll have, you know, a ton of trouble getting 32 YouTubers by myself. So if you could, you know, give one of your YouTube friends this video, if you know they're a YouTuber that would be interested, that would be greatly appreciated. But besides that, that's pretty much all. I gave you everything you need to know.
No exception to the rule, do what you do to get by, 'cause the clock keeps ticking like a metronome, and my thoughts keep telling me to get me home, but my balls keep telling me to let me roam. Oh, just let me out. That clock keeps ticking like a metronome, and my thoughts keep telling me to get me home, but my balls keep telling me to let me out.
