In this video, the creator explains that many existing YouTube compilations of "non‑copyrighted" music are outdated because tracks that were once free become copyrighted over time. To address this, the presenter has compiled a fresh playlist of songs that were, at the time of upload (2015‑2016), confirmed to be non‑copyrighted. The selection focuses on older tracks that are less likely to be claimed, covering various moods such as outros, background, and sad music. The video includes brief audio samples of the tracks and invites viewers to use any of the songs in their own videos, while warning them to stay aware of potential future copyright changes.

But yeah, this is like outros, background music, sad music, just really random music that's all non-copyrighted and you can use your video if you hear one that you'll enjoy. And yeah, just gonna start playing them. Hopefully you enjoy.
