What is up guys? Today we're going to be playing some Hearthstone, and I actually have a custom deck I want to use for this video. So in this video, I'm only going to be using cards that have beards on them. So pretty much, I'll show you an example. This guy right here, Goldshire Footman, he has a beard, so he can belong in this deck. So every card in this deck, the person possesses a beard, and I don't know, I wanted to kind of do a little bit of a challenge. And so I thought this would be pretty fun. So first things first, we have Klaue that has a beard. I have 2 of those. 2 of these have beards. 1 Shieldbreaker. And the mana curve in this deck is really low, so I'm gonna have to play really aggressive. Wraith, if you look at it, it does have a beard. I was just looking at it. You can see it right there. He does have one. And then obviously Grunt has one. Knife Juggler, Loot Hoarder— Loot Hoarder does have a beard if you zoom in, you can see it. Mark of Nature, Big Game Hunter, Ironforge. Pretty much you can see them all right here. I have 2 Yetis. Yetis will probably be one of my strongest cards because Yeti is super OP. 4/5 for 4 mana is really good. Dark Iron Dwarf. And I have a couple Druid cards. I am playing the Druid class. I was kind of debating should I play Paladin or Druid, but I decided to play the Druid. And everything in this deck has a beard, and this will be Um, pretty fun. I hope— hopefully it doesn't fail too bad. And yeah, protect the wild. All right, let's see. I don't know if you can hear my dog, but my dog's outside barking and it's annoying as crap. Um, I didn't really think about this deck too much. I probably want to keep one of these and— man, I don't know. I think— yeah, I'm just gonna clear out my whole hand. Um, my whole deck's pretty much a low mana card, so I'm No, I'm gonna draw a bunch of 2s probably. Yeah, alright. Didn't really need Ancient of War, but this will be fine. So I go first, which kinda sucks, cuz no one likes not getting coin. And I have 2 7 cards in my open hand, which is not that good. And I am playing a Priest, which kinda sucks. So my Yeti's gonna do work. Um, in case you don't know, Priest obviously has a card that removes an enemy minion with 3 or less attack and an enemy minion with 5 or more. So Yeti has 4 health, which is right in between Priest's removal cards. So my Yetis are going to be doing work this game. I got to make sure I utilize them because that Priest has no way of removing the Yeti because it has 4 attack. And let's see what he lays. He's going— oh, I don't have any silence. Crap. Um, let's see. This is probably going to be a really inefficient way to remove it, but I think this is really the only play I can do. I don't have a Silence in this deck, so I'll just hit it with that and then, uh, get rid of it and drop another Footman. God, I hate that. I just used 2 on 1. But, uh, Golem's a pretty good card. You're usually going to use 2 cards to remove it unless you have Silence or something like that. And he has mad card advantage on me right now. This is not good. See what we draw. Alright. Ah, he might have Holy Nova. It's not smart to lay a bunch of 2-health minions against the Priest. Then he can just Holy Nova them. But next turn I only have 4 mana, so I should be able to keep both these alive. But turn 5, if he draws Nova, uh, those, those are both dead. So this is not going to be good for me. Um, I don't want to just hand him the win. If he doesn't remove either of these, I'll probably lay this guy right here. Let's see what he does. Shieldbearer. All right, yep, he probably has a Nova in his hand. That's why he's not playing too aggressive, which is not good. All right. Uh, let's see, I could give this guy 4 more health. That way he would be able to survive a Nova and I wouldn't put him to waste. But that probably— that would be stupid because he'd probably have some way of removing it. Yeah, he could just Shadow Pain death it. All right, I'm just gonna lay this guy— oh, that worked out well. And then we'll hit him to the face. So he does have 5 mana. If he wants to Holy Nova, this guy will survive and I can hit him with 6 to the face, or possibly buff it and make it 10 to the face, which will work out quite well. Let's see what he does. Squire, attend me. Ready, sir. All right, this is where I run into kind of a pickle. If, um, if I do clear— hit this with it, that'll leave everyone with 2 health, and then a Nova would definitely wipe my board. I know you're probably tired of me saying the word Nova, but it's a real threat when you're playing Priest. You don't want to have too many 2-health minions out, or he'll just clear your board and completely destroy you. So I think All right, I think what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna give this guy 10 attack. He'll probably remove it, but that's okay. I'll get 10 damage off. I'll do that, and then we'll go ahead and run these guys into him, and then I'll make him kill my Knife Juggler. I do have health advantage, but I mean, he has 8 cards, I have 2, so It's really not looking too good for me because he probably has removal and can just remove that. And, uh, I'm gonna have to probably lay Ancient Lore next turn and get 2 more cards. Huh. Hey, maybe I'll luck out. Maybe he doesn't have removal. It'd be awesome. I could hit him with 10 more to the face next turn. Oh God. Huh. Well played. All right, I don't know, I haven't won this quite yet. Well, if he didn't have a way of removing this, then I should be able to lay this guy Yeah, and then just hit him with 10 to the face. All right, that's good. So this is not a good spot for him because I have plenty— oh wait, actually I was gonna say I have plenty of cards with charge in this deck, but I actually don't. I forgot playing Beard's deck, uh, I don't think I actually have any charge cards. So if he does throw up a taunt, I'm gonna have to finish him off with spells. Which I'm not quite sure I have too many spells in this deck. I'm not thinking I do. I think most of the cards in this deck are minions, so this will be interesting. He still could win this game very easily. He has mad card advantage, and with just 2 cards he can remove both of these guys. So, okay, Pyromancer. I'm not quite sure what that was for. Quickly, my shield for Arga! Aha, get some taunts off. Okay, expected. All right, let's Let's see, I gotta draw some cards. For the Horde! It would be hilarious if he forgot he had a Pyromancer and it kills his guy. That'd be funny as crap. We'll drop taunt. There we go. So what he's probably gonna do is he's gonna run that into my Shieldbearer and then probably, probably have some type of spell to remove that and run his Warlord into my Ancient of Lore. Yep, as expected. So I thought. So he does have a taunt up. I'm probably gonna have to kill him with some sort of spell if I want to finish him off. All right, all right, gotta think this through. So every time he casts a spell, deals 1 damage. So I could try to get both these guys off and do some insane combo with them. This will pretty much ensure he won't cast any spells, or these guys will get the mess buffed out of them. Kind of my last resort right here. Uh, I could use this to draw a card next turn, but If you have some way to get rid of these guys— let me change your mind. Crap, I didn't even think about that Shadow Priest. Well, that's probably GG. Yep, that's GG. Yeah, I don't have any spells to get past them. All right, well, the beard deck's 0-1 right now. I'm fine with that. I concede. Not the world's best deck. All right, I might switch up a couple cards now that I see how it plays. The mana curve, um, there's too many taunts. I don't like that, especially for how low the mana curve is. Man, I wish this guy had a beard. That would be so awesome. Um, I don't want an Ironbark. It does have a beard though. I don't know, I already have all the Druid cards with beards. I'm looking at these, uh, wait, did this— nah, see, a Warrior's deck probably has a lot of cards with beards. Um, does Pagel have a beard? Oh, Pagel. Pagel does have a beard. You can see it right there. Awesome. All right, I'm going to put Pagel in. Um, who do I want to get rid of? Probably one of these guys. He didn't really do much. All right, good. We have a legendary now. No, no, I already have one of those. No, no, no. I could put a Faceless Manipulator in as long as I only copy cards that have beards. Yeah, I'm not really going to change much. I already have all the cards with beards, but that Nat Pagle, uh, should definitely make a huge difference in early game. Let the hunt begin. All right. Oh my goodness, no coin again. Um, don't really need Hunter because obviously I'm playing against the Hunter, so we won't have any high-level cards. And don't need Warlord. I'm gonna keep Dark Iron Dwarf. Hopefully I draw a bunch of low mana cards. Paggle, perfect. All right, we got Paggle and Loot Hoarder. Now obviously I'm playing a Hunter, so I'm gonna try not to put too many minions on the board, or he could use Call of the Hound and just, you know, um, just destroy me. Obviously Call of the Hound summons one 1/1 Hound for every card you have on the board. So you gotta make sure you don't have too many cards on the board when you play against a Hunter. And I don't think he has any 2-mana removals that could destroy Nat Pagle, so I'm gonna go ahead and lay Pagle. I'm pretty sure a Hunter doesn't have a way to remove him on turn 2. I might be wrong. He does have Coin, so he might have a 3-mana card. So hopefully I can get one turn out of Paggle unless he has the Silence in his hand, which that would just suck. Um, and you probably can hear my, my dog's in my backyard. Oh, please don't. Yes! All right, we got one turn. My dog is barking like crazy, it's annoying. Oh, okay, so Paggle didn't draw me a card. That's a little disappointing. Could give Paggle 4 more health, but that seems like kind of a waste. What to do? Huh, well, he's gonna be able to kill Paggle, and Paggle never even drew me a card. Kind of sucks. Not quite sure what the correct play is here. Probably, probably just throw down a Loot Hoarder. I need some more cards. All right, this is already not looking too good. Yeah, that sucks. And I don't even have Swamp Ooze in this deck, so he's gonna have that card the whole game. That is not good. All right, let's see. Probably the correct play is this right here. Go ahead and see what we draw. We get a Claw. Huh. So he could just drop Secrets the whole game. I don't have a Swamp Ooze, so I don't have any way of removing his weapon, which is not good. This is already looking really bad for me. Oh good, he used it. Perfect. And he has another one. Huh. All right, let's see. All right, I could do some insane combo with this guy if I got this Raging Worgen down and then next turn Commando'd it. I don't know, I'm trying to think of how I can give him— if I gave him +4 attack and then he had Windfury, he'd have 7 attack and could hit him twice. Which would be 14. So that would be pretty cool. I think, I think that's pretty much the best play I can do right now. Not too sure how he could completely clear my board. He could call the Hound and maybe— nah, I don't think he really has a way to clear my board even with that weapon. If he has a way to remove this taunt, he'll probably just run into my Raging Worgen. Yeah, he's about to call the Hound. Go ahead and lay it. I know you're about to do it. Go ahead. All right, kill command. What? He just kill commanded himself. Look at that. My thanks. Oh, that's funny. That is hilarious. Oh, he kill commanded himself. That made my day. That was good. So we are currently 1-1 with the beard deck. Let's see, he was so afraid of the beards he just killed himself. He just couldn't stand the beards, they're too awesome for him. Oh, that was perfect. Malfurion! All right, game 3 with the beard decks. Let's see what we can do. Kind of getting used to this deck now. I must protect the Mark of Nature is typically not a good opening hand card. I could use him. I just— I didn't get Coin again. Really? This is my third game in a row without Coin. This is really not a strong opening hand, but it will do. He does have Coin, so I need to get some cards down. If, um, there's certain combos a Rogue can do early game that will just completely destroy me. I drew Claw, that'd be perfect. Claw, claw, no Claw. All right. Multiple things I could do. All right, I think what I'm gonna do, in case if he had some way to silence this or remove this and I laid Juggler, he could just run that into my Juggler, which would be a really bad trade. So what I'm gonna do— yeah, all right, sorry about that. Last turn he hit me with two of these things to the face. I was, um, accidentally hit unrecord or stop recording. But yeah, all he did last turn was he hit me with the face with two of those. So just gonna do that. And now let's see, we're pretty even on cards, so it'll be interesting what he does because I have board control at the moment. Swamp Ooze, not bad. Pretty sure Rogue doesn't have like any way to completely clear my board, so I want to go ahead and get Pagel down and start drawing some cards. So we'll do this and we'll drop Pagel. Hopefully Pagel gets some— us some good cards. And I don't know, I don't think Rogue has too many silence cards, so Pagel Probably won't get silenced. If he does, that would kinda suck. And she goes Knife Juggler. Alright, Fable survives. Come on, draw me a card. Really, Fable? Next turn he'll have 5 mana, so he'll probably be having Assassin. Assassinate in his hand, and I'm gonna lay Warlord anyways. If he does use Assassinate, that means he won't be able to lay any minions, and that Pagle will be able to survive. X marks the spot! No Assassinate? Alright, fine with me. And he returns it to my hand. No biggie. Alright, come on Pagle, draw me a card. Really? Huh. Kinda hoping Paggle would draw me a card. Um. May my ancestors watch over me. I'm pretty sure this is the correct play. I don't know though. I will leave him with 1 health. Azul Drake. All right, come on, Pavel. Really, Pavel, you haven't drawn me a card in the past 3 turns. Know what, you deserve to die. Huh. All right, we could lay Loot Hoarder or again Then save Warlord for next turn. Mind if I roll knee? Or yeah, we'll toss down yet. All right, there we go. All right, I have board control and this is looking pretty good for me. Unless, let's see, has some way to get rid of this Taunt and they can use his spell to hit Loot Order, we should be pretty good. Alright, turn. Alright, it's me to the face. That's pretty interesting. I'm not quite sure why. Could have removed one of these. Alright, I think what I'm gonna do now, we're gonna toss down this Get him to 7/7. Hit him to the face. This isn't looking too good for him. I think this might actually be GG. Uh-huh. What card was that? Blade Fury. I actually did not know that card existed. I've never really played Rogue before. Alright, lesson learned. Do not overstack your minions against a freaking Rogue. Did I say Mage? I meant to say Rogue earlier. Um, uh, correct play is just to hit him to the face. Do I want to lay Ancient of Lore, or do I just want to spam minions again? Kinda feel like this is the right play. Hopefully he doesn't have lethal. He's got— that's one. No, he doesn't have lethal. We're good. I'll just throw Taunt down just in case. Probably end up running that into my Taunt and then have some sort of spell to remove this. He might even be able to Assassinate, and if he does, he'll probably use it on Lore. All right, kind of curious how he plans to remove both of these. Don't tell me he's gonna hit it. Oh, what an idiot. GG. The Brotherhood shall prevail. He has a legendary and he made a play like that. Um, alright, so the beard deck, all in all, it went 2-1. I think I'm only gonna play 3 games today, and that was pretty good, a lot better than I expected. Managed to get 2 wins with this deck, which was pretty good, and I didn't even finish any of these quests. That kind of sucks. Oh, well, I wasn't playing as Priest. But anyways, that's pretty much that. Hope you enjoyed and hope you liked my beard deck. I thought it was pretty cool. And I'll probably do a lot more challenges like this in the future. It's pretty fun. So, uh, as you can see, every card in this deck does have a beard, and that's pretty much that. See you later!
