In this informal, comedic video, the host explores how many YouTubers have earned at least $1 million solely from YouTube ad revenue. He starts by stating a rough rule of thumb that 1,000 video views generate about $1 in ad earnings, and scales this to show that 1 billion total channel views would correspond to roughly $1 million. He explicitly excludes other income streams such as sponsorships, merchandise, network cuts, and taxes, noting that these factors would offset each other in his estimate. Using the 1‑billion‑view threshold, he claims that 298 YouTube channels have surpassed this mark, and therefore have likely earned at least $1 million from ad revenue alone. The video concludes with a light‑hearted celebration of these creators’ financial success and a plea for viewers not to be “butthurt” about the numbers.

Have you ever just been watching YouTube videos and then wondered to yourself, "How much money does PewDiePie make?" Wait, crap, wrong video. Sorry, sometimes I get it mixed up. "How Much Does PewDiePie Make Part 5" is actually tomorrow's video. Today's video is about how many YouTubers have made over $1 million off of YouTube. But before I start spitting out numbers, make sure you have your lotion nearby because every time I talk about YouTube money, people start to get butthurt. I don't know if it's like there's a medical explanation for this or something, but anytime I mention YouTube money, people's butts start to hurt, so just have the lotion nearby, you know, to soothe that, because like I said, this is gonna be about YouTube money. Honestly, you're gonna wanna slap me when I say this, but on YouTube, 1,000 views equals $1 roughly, and I feel like I've said that like a million times. Someone slap me. So if that's the case, then 1,000 views is $1, 10,000 views is $10, 100,000 views is $100, a million views is $1,000, 100 million views is $100,000, and 1 billion views $1 million. So what we're gonna do is look and see how many people have 1 billion total views on YouTube, and that would equal $1 million. But, but, but Beast, what about apparel and sponsorships and shoes and hats and ceilings? What about all these other things these YouTubers have? Yes, I'm aware they make money off of apparel and sponsorships and other things, but you also have to realize their network takes a percentage of their earnings, and then on top of that, taxes. They have to pay taxes, people. So I'm not gonna include the sponsorships and apparel and stuff like that, but I'm also not including the 10% their network takes, and then on top of that, the taxes they have to pay. So I'm hoping that kinda evens out. So anyways, enough blabbin' on. You wanna know how many YouTubers are millionaires? Find out next. JK, this is not a fake Black Ops 3 leak news video. This is just a made-up YouTube money stats video. Is this just as bad as fake Black Ops 3 news? Because what I'm saying technically is not confirmed, it's just an estimate. I do not know. But here you go, 298 people have over a billion views on YouTube. So that means roughly they've made over a million dollars. And for all you people that don't work and don't quite understand what a million dollars is actually worth, you could go out and buy a house and then buy a Lamborghini and then feed yourself for like a decade off that money. It's ridiculous the amount of stuff you can do with a million dollars. And the fact that they got that off of uploading videos to YouTube, I mean, there's nothing that says they can't work another job alongside of this. I mean, These people are literally pulling in a lot of money off of just putting videos on the internet, and it's really cool. There's no reason to get butthurt or mad. You know, be happy for them. That's awesome the way they've managed to succeed in life, and that's the whole point of this video. 298 people have roughly, roughly made over $1 million off of YouTube, and that's that.
