What is up guys? Today we're going to be talking about how much SkyDoesMinecraft makes off of ads on YouTube. And I didn't realize till recently how many freaking subscribers he had. He has almost 10 million subscribers and he's getting on average here, let me check real quick, he's getting 3 million views per day on average, which that is crazy, especially for like a Minecraft channel, a channel that's just one game, to have 10 million subscribers and averaging 3 million views per day. That's pretty awesome. And obviously, if you're averaging 3 million views per day, that means you're displaying 3 million ads. And so he's making— he's making a lot of money. And my estimate is he's making $6,000 per day. 3 million views, you make on average $2,000 per 1 million views, and that's including ad blocker and all that other stuff. So he's making around $6,000 per day, which— that's a lot of money. That's like every couple of days he could buy himself a really nice car. And then, uh, that's $180,000 per month and $2.16 million per year, which, uh, that's crazy. And I've already ran you through in all my other videos how I calculate that. So if you want to know how to calculate it, just go watch some of my older How Much Does YouTubers Make videos and you can see how to— I calculated that. But, uh, that's a lot of money and he only does Minecraft videos. That's the cool thing about it. Not many people with that many subscribers like Smosh, William Johnson, PewDiePie, the people that are up there Jenna Marbles. They usually do different things, but he pretty much does the exact same thing. He does mod reviews or let's plays, and then he does an occasional Minecraft animation. And it's just crazy how far he's gotten off of just Minecraft, you know. But Minecraft is a PC game, so probably a lot of people who play Minecraft also watch it on YouTube, because when you first buy Minecraft, usually don't know too much about the game, so you spend a lot of time on YouTube learning about it. And, uh, yadda yadda yadda, you get the point. So, uh, almost 10 million subscribers, making around $6K per day. Uh, Ghost, SkyDoesMinecraft, that's pretty good. And I didn't actually know about his channel till recently. I was just scrolling around on Social Blade. I personally thought EthosLab was like the biggest Minecrafter, and he has like 1.5 million subscribers. And then boy was my eyes open once I found SkyDoesMinecraft. I saw a lot of other Minecraft YouTubers that just have a ton of subscribers that I've really never come across. But, uh, $6K per day, that's a ton of money. And that's pretty much it. I hope you enjoyed and hope you learned something.
