In this YouTube commentary, the presenter outlines the five most commercially successful products that have appeared on the TV show Shark Tank, ranking them solely by revenue generated after their appearance. After noting that over 500 products have been featured and a few hundred received investment, the video defines "success" as total sales revenue. The list includes: (5) Cousins Maine Lobsters – a food‑truck lobster business that grew from $100,000 to $3.5 million in sales; (4) Reader’s Rest – a glasses accessory that jumped from a few hundred thousand to $8 million in sales; (3) Breathometer – a smartphone‑plug‑in breathalyzer that reached $10 million in sales; (2) Groovebook – a photo‑printing service acquired by Shutterfly for $15 million after generating several million in revenue; and (1) Scrub Daddy – a silicone dish‑cleaning sponge that has sold over 10 million units and generated $50 million in sales, making it the top‑earning Shark Tank product. The narrator emphasizes how Shark Tank accelerated growth for these companies and expresses enthusiasm for the show’s impact on entrepreneurship.

Who are the Sharks? They're self-made millionaire and billionaire investors who are entrepreneurs themselves. Shark Tank is a really popular show, and if you want my opinion, I love the show. I'm really addicted to it. I just, I like seeing all the products that are brought on there, and this video is going to be the 5 most successful products that have ever been brought on Shark Tank. Now before I get into this though, I got to give you a little bit of backstory. There are over 100 episodes of Shark Tank. That is a ton of episodes, and And throughout those 100 episodes, over half a thousand products have been shown to the Shark Tank. So there have been many people on Shark Tank. And out of that half a thousand, a couple hundred have been invested in. And in this video, we're gonna talk about the 5 most successful out of those half a thousand. Now keep in mind, my definition of successful might be different than yours. I'm pretty much purely basing it off of the amount of revenue that companies brought in, purely money, you know, not what they've contributed to society or anything else. This is just gonna be based on the money they've earned. Coming in at number 5 is Cousins Maine Lobsters. Now going into Shark Tank, these people had $100,000 in sales. As of today, they have $3.5 million in sales. Now you may be like, 3.5 million, that's not that much money. They multiplied their business by 35 times in size because of Shark Tank. That is ridiculous. They're this, um, this like food truck that goes around selling lobsters and they actually just went nationwide. So that $3.5 million is gonna skyrocket because now they're all across America, and it's going to be a really successful business. And coming in at number 4 is Reader's Rest, I think that is. I don't— I'm not quite sure how to pronounce it. All I know is they have $8 million in sales. He's pretty much just selling glasses with like a little metal piece. I don't know how to explain it. Just Google it if you want to find out about it. But he only had a couple hundred thousand dollars in sales, and now today he has over $8 million in sales. At number 3 is a Breathometer, and you know, you can use that to see how much alcohol is in your breath. Which then, you know, you can determine how much alcohol is in your blood and see if you can drive or, you know, whatnot. Now you may be like, "Beast, we already know. There's already been a breathometer for decades. Why is this one cool?" Well, the cool thing about this one is someone invented a breathometer that you can plug into your smartphone and you can use from anywhere. So like, you know, you get the gist of it. You just plug it into your smartphone and then breathe into it and it'll tell you your alcohol blood level. And since airing on Shark Tank, he has done over $10 million in sales now. I'm pretty sure police forces or someone else probably pick that up because I don't see too many average people wanting that product, but I could see that'd be convenient for a police officer and anyone who works with something that has to do with alcohol. All right, so these last two products are actually pretty interesting. And remember, these last two are the two most successful products to ever be featured on Shark Tank. Coming in at number 2 is Groovebook. And it's pretty much, what it does is it lets you take pictures on your phone and then email it to them and they will ship you a physical copy of it because a lot of people, you know, just like to have pictures, you know, so they can put them in frames or just like to have a physical picture. So that's what the service provided and it was actually doing really good. It had millions of dollars in revenue and then Shutterfly actually bought the company for almost $15 million. It was $4.5 million they bought Groovebook, which makes it the second most successful business or product to ever be on Shark Tank. Because the guy who aired on Shark Tank sold his company for $15 million to Shutterfly. And this last one is the most successful product ever on Shark Tank. Now this last product has actually generated more revenue than the other 4 products I talked about combined. Yes, this last product is called Scrub Daddy. Scrub Daddy, you might remember that episode. It pretty much just cleans dishes. It seemed really, really simple, but many other people seem to like the idea of it. It's funny because Kevin on Shark Tank said, "No one's ever gonna buy this, it's too expensive." and the product has actually done $50 million in sales. $50 million, okay. Imagine 2 years ago going on Shark Tank, showing them a product, and now having $50 million. Okay, that's ridiculous. Over 10 million Scrub Daddies have been sold, and all it does is clean dishes. It's ridiculous. But $50 million in sales. That makes it the most successful product to ever be on Shark Tank. Now keep in mind, Shark Tank's only a couple years old. A lot of these products haven't had time to grow. I'm sure a lot of these products will be in the 10 millions, you know, in 3 or 4 years, but the fact that they've only aired on Shark Tank, you know, or they only did air like 2 years ago and they're already doing millions in sales is ridiculous. I don't wanna diminish some of these products. It's crazy, you know, just how much Shark Tank has helped them. And there you go, the most successful product to ever be on Shark Tank is Scrub Daddy, which has done $50 million in sales. That is ridiculous. So hopefully you enjoyed and let me know if you learned something.
