Bro, last live I got beaten, bro. Morgan in a winner-take-all ladder match for the keys to Hero HQ. This was the match that first shot Liv Morgan to the top of 2022's Money in the Bank, earning Liv her first championship later that same night. Honestly, this is Liv's match to lose. I wonder if her competitors underestimated her. Maybe they're just standing up for what's right. From way up top, a double axe handle! Oh, a nasty stomp to finish it off. Oh, one step ahead there. Oh, he timed that counter well. Mounting their downed opponent and firing off a series of blows. Oh, right across the solar plexus. Wow, hooked up! Juicy Gorosei neckbreaker and a stomp to the gut too. And Liv is the one being challenged here. Perched up top, a diving knee drop! Liv is losing any kind of advantage here. Yeah, Morgan has the divide soaring. Nasty knee! Consecutive high-risk maneuvers, and the pace of this match has certainly picked up. Looks like he's got something in mind for ringside here. Oh man, how do you know when it's the right moment to make the climb in a ladder match? Well, here's the thing, Cole, you never really know for sure. You have to take the risk when the moment feels right and hope your opponent doesn't make it in time to stop you. It's all a guessing game. She's going for it! She certainly is! She can do it! Looks like scaling the ladder is the easy part of the job. Unhooking the prize is the big challenge. This Fight has reached new heights. A clinic of counters being put on by these competitors. It's got to be scary up there. They are teetering precariously. He's going for it, but does he have enough of a reach? Is this the right time? Is this the career-making moment? The crowd is going absolutely crazy right now. They know this could be it. Maybe this isn't a good position to go for it. Yeah, certainly seems to be having trouble up there. Slow and steady won't win the race in this situation. She reverses and creates an opportunity. That's mounted with punches and nothing. And a stomp to the gut. Big knee to the midsection, and now Liv is under immense pressure. This is where Morgan will be tested. Perched on the shoulders, Beast your eyes! That's it, no getting up from that. Now heading outside, headed back into the ring. Vicious running knee lift. Knee right to the face! He's mounting an all-out assault right now, and this is exactly the way he had it drawn up. Setting up the ladder for something big here. Definitely has something planned, but what? Morgan timed that one well. That is a power-packed punch. Oh, clubbing Morgan! Uh-oh, what's he planning to use the ladder for here? I don't know, Michael, but it's going to be something big. Boot to the gut will stop anyone in their tracks. Oh, look at these kicks! Rights and lefts, elbows, knees, all of them lethal. All the momentum's against Morgan now. Yeah, Morgan is having trouble fighting back. He wants this fight on the outside. What's he hoping to find down there? If you're going to grab a kendo stick, you better be prepared to use it. Liv just looking to humiliate her opponent, and back into the ring she goes. Here's a combo of strikes, rights and lefts, elbows, knees, all of them lethal. And she's taking a serious beating here. Yeah, it's crucial that she retaliates immediately. Getting that ladder in position right in the middle of the ring. Going outside. What's he got planned here? Looks like he's coming back in. To the midsection! Here we go, time to work out some aggression. Neither competitor is backing down. The fight is on. It is furious. What impressive determination from both competitors, keeping at each other no matter what. Toe to toe, treating each other like heavy bags. Ooh, ooh, a back and forth blow for blow, just teeing off on another. Oh, one thunderous final blow. Hooked up, boom, down across the knee. Liv Morgan needs to figure this out. Yeah, Liv's defensive instincts need to kick in. Victory is within reach now, but it looks like that hook is causing a lot of problems up there. Made it to the top, now it's about snatching down the prize. Getting it down is proving to be harder than it looks. Oh man. Turns it around, sent into the ropes, and a sharp elbow to the back. Ow! Bam! Listen to the impact! Up into the torture rack. Feast your eyes, doing what you've got to do to eliminate the competition. But can they follow up on this momentum? Can they make the climb? Here we go. He's got his future in his hands now. I assure you, this is even harder than it looks. Try not to fumble around too much here. He's close. Could this be the moment? Have to finish the job now. You have to get it totally unhooked. We might have a winner here, and the safeguard of the ladder has been taken away. Hanging on for dear life. How long can this last? Parking the ladder into the corner. I can't tell if that's a safer or worse place for it. Knee right to the face. Nice square shot with the back elbows. Ends that, and he gets directed into the corner. He answers right back. Arm sits, and look at these series of boots. He's headed out to the ringside area. He gets back into the ring. Oh, vicious running knee lift! He's positioning the ladder right smack in the middle of the ring. Uh-oh, we're going to see it! With power. Sit out powerbomb! Ladder's in position, going to make the climb all the way to the top of the ladder. No, no, no, no! And they just busted out an impactful maneuver. And this is how legends are made. What a hell of a dive from the ladder. Headed up that ladder, center of the ring. Oh, reaching, so close to victory. Time is your enemy here. I just don't know if there's enough of it to get it down It's only a matter of time now. Furiously trying to unhook it now. This has got to be it. Victory is inevitable. From the top, layup! That's a big mistake. A double knee facebreaker! Morgan letting her passion shine through, taking advantage of any opportunity she gets. She's getting that ladder exactly where she wants it. A crucial step climbing up, but is there enough time to go for the win? She's reaching up and trying to unhook it as fast as she can. All eyes are glued high up in the ring. We're witnessing insanity. These superstars are chasing glory, but who will reach their breaking point first. Who can hold on? This could end it all right here. It's just a matter of time now. No room for error on top of the ladder. He's so close, he can't waste any time here. Just fingertips away now. And that's not what she was looking for there. Man, hooked up! Toji Garoshi struggling to find a base. Time could very well be running out. Hoist on the shoulders. Feast your eyes! And that could provide all the breathing room you need to climb a ladder. Here we go, ladder set up in the middle of the ring. Perfectly positioned. Up the ladder now. Let's Let's see if this is ripe for the picking. Oh man, hands on but can't quite grab it. Might be a little overzealous going for it here. Too late to stop now though. This could be it, he might get it down right here. Heart has to be pumping right now. Needs to focus and pull it together. Jumping complete shot! And now is the time to act and go for that brass ring. In position, going to make the climb. She's reaching for it. The longer this goes, the more likely we can see a hard crash back to the canvas. She's reaching, she's grasping, she's so close. Got it through the suffering, still gets the win. Liv Morgan in a winner-take-all ladder match for the keys to Hero HQ. This is the match that first shot Liv Morgan to the top of 2022's Money in the Bank, earning Liv her first championship later that same night. Honestly, this is Liv's match to lose loose. I wonder if her competitors underestimated her. Maybe they're just standing up for what's right, Corey. That's no reason to be dumb, Saxton. Uh-oh. Boom! Read that one. It looks like she wants to take this match outside. Bringing this back into the ring from the top. Oh, totally missed that one. Yeah, just a multitude of strikes. Wow, just going all out with every blow. Big knee to the midsection. Boom! Look at this, just unloading. Oh, a nasty stomp to finish it off, and she reversed it. Clothesline! Oh man, and with an onslaught of strikes like that, it's clear they have nothing but punishment on their mind. Ladder matches can turn into some real car crashes, but as many of the greats have proven, there's a strategy to them. And now the hunter has a weak prey, about to pounce. Perched on the shoulders. Oh, feast your eyes! A move like that usually signals the end is near, but the final prize is still dangling above the ring. He's trying to reach it. Hands must be shaking up there, making it difficult to capture glory. No time to wait, has to hurry. Just yank it down, force it. It's so close. If only it was that easy. He's going for it. This could— oh my God, your fate potentially hanging in the balance.
