Chapters
And I am back with another live of WWE 2K25 of a My Rise story. I hope you guys enjoy the story and the live video, and God bless you all.
Drew McIntyre is in a familiar position here. I have a feeling Drew is about to drop a pipe bomb of his own.
You know, they say time is a flat circle, and that sure is the case with Can't Mend Punk.
Here's how it always goes.
Punk shows up to great fanfare, he gathers an entourage of weak, sad, desperate people who buy enough of his knockoff cult leader garbage to follow him off a cliff. Then he has a tantrum and he goes home, leaving everyone who trusted him broken in a ravine at the bottom of that cliff. Just look at the splintered locker rooms this vile cancer leaves in his wake and you'll see.
Here we go. If it's the real Punk this time, it's him. CM Punk is here. This is what Drew wanted. I want to talk right down to earth in a language that even Drew McIntyre can easily understand. Here it is, Drew. You need some new material. You've been the same whining crybaby since the machine anointed you the chosen one and everybody laughed you out of the territory. I don't blame you if you don't remember that, but look it up. There's plenty of video online.
Hey, we're done talking now. Why don't you bring your brittle bones down here? We'll settle this the old-fashioned way.
No, not tonight. See, that's your problem. You're old-fashioned, and this is a whole new world. This will get settled, but not by me. Come on out, boys.
Yeah, about your mates, they've been delayed.
Is that Drew's sword? It looks like it's trapped whoever Punk brought here from Mutiny. And not as confident now, are you, Punk? He's getting the hell out of here. No, he isn't. And they've got Punk cornered. Wait, there's KO McIntyre, just leveled Kevin Owens. Owens' distraction worked for Punk. Maybe Kevin Owens is alone with two of the most dangerous men in WWE. I'm not sure KO thought he was going to be the sacrifice for his fearless leader tonight. Lay down with dogs, you get fleas, Saxton. Happens every time. Fighting up on the entrance stage, so much aggression on display here. These two showing no regard for their well-being. And now he's back into the ring. Punch lands. Headed out to ringside now. What does he have planned? Double axe handle!
Ooh!
Impressive counter by KO. Boom! Good defense from him.
Carrying the opposition.
What's the thought here? And he's pulled the ring apron up, looking under there for something. If you're going to grab a kendo stick, you better be prepared to use it. Ooh, a vicious shot right to the dome! Great escape by Owens, now bringing the fight back into the ring. A reversal, well scouted! Fought off with an elbow. Measuring him now, lining it up.
Close line!
So effective! Well measured. So much damage has already been done. I think we can consider this the beginning of the end, gentlemen. Take it to the floor, and he's got no worries about the count.
Look out, look out below!
Adrenaline can make you do crazy things. Exhibit A right there. What impact! Right in the kisser.
Oh, Oof!
We are witnessing a malicious string of attacks right now. Oh, colliding with a barricade! Heads outside the ring, and no countouts means he can take his time. Oh, the knee just being torn apart now. There was some power behind that punch.
Good night, sorry.
Able to capitalize on McIntyre's mistake.
A double knee facebreaker!
Oh, double underhook! Trying to muscle them over and into a backdrop. Brought back into the ring from the floor. Now gets out of the way of that one.
No way!
Astounding power! End of days! Incredible! Nothing Owens can do now. No countout as he takes things out of the ring. Delivers the knee. Oh, taking a nasty hit from a flying chair. Oh, this is going to hurt. And he throws the opposition back into the ring. Tripling attack on the knee. Nice job dodging contact there. Puts him up, down like being manhandled by a bear. Kevin Owens with the evasion. Broken up with a fist to the face. McIntyre with a great shot. He puts him into the corner.
What a boot!
And this one's taken to the outside. Look at this raw power. Not much fight left in KO, it seems. Oh, soon who could be seeing a submission here.
Remarkable.
He lets his opponent out of the submission. Yeah, but who knows what damage has been done. McIntyre looking to put an end to his hunt. Oh no, getting in position. What's he planning to do here? And the official calls it clearly. They cannot fight any Kevin Owens was just made a sacrifice to CM Punk's ego with Punk's own move.
Yeah, let's go!
This close.
We were this close to taking Punk off the board.
He might have slipped away, but we did take out KO at least.
And I bet he has some serious questions about Punk's leadership right now. Your plan worked, Drew, just not exactly the way you intended.
Not at all. Lost, then?
It's a win. Every bit of dissension inside Mutiny can help us win at Survivor Series.
Seriously, we couldn't have picked a better man to join our team.
Should we all hold hands and sing Kumbaya then? Or get to figuring out how we end Punk and Mutiny once and for all?
You're right. Let's focus on the battle at hand. We can have a big karaoke party after Mutiny is defeated.
We're all agreed. Victory, then karaoke. So what's our next move?
I'm sticking around on Raw, getting some work in, making sure we're ready for anything Mutiny throws our way.
I agree, we need to be a well-oiled machine to defeat Punk in NXT.
And when the time's right, I'll find someone on SmackDown.
Sounds like a plan.
This is the one everyone's been waiting for. You want The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Making his way to the ring, from São Paulo, Brazil, weighing in at 163 pounds, The Machine. And his opponent, representing the LWO, from Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at 175 lbs, Joaquin Wilde!
Here is your winner, The Machine!
Hey there. I was going to give you a hard time about losing the Unity Belt, but I don't have the heart. A betrayal like that had to suck.
Thanks, Becky. It's mostly just my pride that aches at this point, which is why I am going to take all of Punk's away at Survivor Series.
That's actually what I wanted to talk to you about. Nick Aldis told me you and your partner were in charge of recruiting Team WWE. I want in. Oh wow, uh, Becky, you are literally a legend, so I don't want you to take this the wrong way, but there's a mountain of responsibility on your shoulders, and you want to make sure you're making the right call, because if you screw this up, it's pretty much the end of WWE as we know it.
Sounds overwhelming when you put it that way.
Well then, how would you like to walk into Survivor Series knowing you're facing a mutiny that's already broken?
I would like that very much. Tell me more.
Before Punk stuck a knife in your backs in a way he never could have if Seth and I had been the Unity Champions.
You're a real peach.
The whole world thought Bayley was the puppet mistress pulling the strings of this mutiny rebellion. And as you may have heard, she and I have a bit of a history. A bit?
You were part of the NXT Four Horsewomen together. You and Bayley don't just have history, you have mythology.
Exactly. Nobody knows Bayley as well as I do, and I'm sure that going from revolutionary leader to CM Punk's second fiddle has got to be driving her mad.
And you want to use that to drive a wedge.
Not only drive a wedge, I can drive Bayley all the way back to WWE.
That happens, Muttney doesn't walk into Survivor Series, they hobble.
Exactly. I know just how to get under Bayley's skin too. My next match, she's gonna see me do all her moves better than she does. So you give me the green light and I'll go to work.
If you can split Mutiny's core and bring Bayley back home to WWE, you're not just on our Survivor Series team, you're the linchpin.
Lynchpin? I'm the punner around these parts. That's gimmick infringement.
If you're gonna steal, steal from the best.
Flattery will get you everywhere. All right, let's see if I can get my old pal's attention.
Okay, so this is a different My Ride story.
So yeah. Becky Lynch is ready for action. A woman who's flattened everything in her path, Nia Jax. Becky Lynch has promised that this match is going to get Newtney talking. Everyone knows her— his nice takedown. Stack them up. Kick set up. Be able to turn it into a— no idea what she's doing. Yeah, what's the strategy here? She turns it around with the reversal. Turn Nia Jax around there. Rocked with the point of the elbow. Body slam slipped out. Inverted DDT! Oh, the elbow connects! Becky Lynch hits the ropes, connects with a leg drop, and more to come.
Oof!
Devastating elbow! Like a brick wall running into you. She escapes the attack. There's the crucifix! Nicely done. Basement drop kick. Oh, this is going to hurt. I got right to the gut. Becky Lynch on the move. Not finished yet.
Another leg drop.
Becky just mocking her now. Send her to the Corner.
Springboard sidekick and drove them right through the Close to the floor.
Becky's looking to go airborne from the top. Wow, look out, the airtime! The fearlessness! What a ridiculous maneuver to the outside, and gets tossed back into the mat. Jax cannot be overpowered. Oh, back of the elbow! You have got to be kidding me! A deadlift military press This is unreal power! And a slam! Being able to pull that off, no one is going to question if you skip going to the gym tonight. There's the crucifix, nicely done! Drops the hammer right on the lower back. Nia didn't look too comfortable there. That unrelenting drive of Becky just paid off.
All the way up, backbreaker! Cuts off their offense with a swift elbow to the gut.
We're seeing one response after another, neither superstar gaining a foothold. Waist lock, suplex cover. Does she have it?
Maybe She wants to do some more damage.
Keep attacking me until you perform your finisher meter. Becky's got bad intent.
Okay, so I got to keep on doing my finisher meter and kick connects.
Okay. Okay, what I gotta do, what I gotta do.
Okay, going for the COVID 1, 2, kicks out!
I don't believe it, and Nia Jax is still in this. Yeah, I'm seeing a lot of heart from Nia Jax here tonight. You have to imagine the gears are turning in Becky's head, wondering what she has to do now to end— oh my God, good lord! Taking flight, they got all of that, just taking flight and soaring through the sky. She throws her back in. Bayley can clinch this one here.
Becky Lynch wins!
Here is your winner, oh man, Becky Lynch! Becky Lynch just defeated Nia Jax with a Bayley to belly suplex. It was actually a Becky to belly. That wasn't just a suplex, that was a statement.
Direct. Okay, it's not, it's not bad, it's not bad.
Thanks for meeting me up here.
No problem. But isn't this just a little bit paranoid?
People have been jumping from WWE to mutiny since the night they invaded. Bailey probably has a set of eyes or ears hanging around here somewhere.
Well, word definitely got back to her about you doing her moves. Did you see her social media rant?
It was hard to miss. I'm already so far under her skin, she's going to scratch herself raw, right?
I've never seen a person use so many words to insist they don't care about something.
That'd be the lady protesting too much. One more nudge, I think I'll be able to open Bailey's eyes to how Punk's really using her.
How are you gonna do that?
I'm Irish, darling. I'm just gonna use my words.
Welcome to the return of Ding Dong Hello! I'm your host, Bailey, and I'm wearing some brand new fancy slacks for the occasion. This week we have the biggest guest I have ever seen walk through that door.
She's an icon, a legend, the former leader of Mutiny—
me!
You know, I had this really funny bit about Bayley walking through that door and doing a big pratfall like some cheesy sitcom, but honestly, it's just making me sad. See, I miss Bailey, the real Bailey, my Bailey. I'm doing all this to try and remind her who she really is. Do you remember, Bayley? Do you? You're a force of nature. You built Damage CTRL from nothing into one of the most dominant factions in WWE and kept them there for 2 years. You're a leader. If it had really been you in charge of Mutiny, I might not like it, but at least I'd respect the game. But this, following a cult leader like Paul to hunk off a cliff? That's not you. That can't be you. If you rang the doorbell and walked through that door, all I'd ask is what the hell happened to my friend. So instead, later tonight, I'm gonna go out there, and when the bell rings, I hope you're standing across from me. It's time we mend our fences.
Becky Lynch invited Bayley to the ring, and it seems Bayley accepted. I didn't think she would actually show. Look out, Kairi Sane from behind! This was a setup. Becky was distracted. Now Kairi's laying in the punches. The referee's finally getting some control. It's about damn time. No, Kairi's going back. Get up, Becky! Kairi Sane wanted to get her hands on Becky Lynch. Now she has her chance. If Becky thought she could talk any sense into that traitor Bayley, I got a steel mill in Pittsburgh to sell her. Pure naivete. Having faith in the people you care about isn't naive, Corey, it's hope. Oh, oh, Becky just aggressively going after that arm, connecting with a sharp elbow.
Ouch. Choke block!
Brilliant, right to the back of the knee. Just doing anything they can to chip away at the base. Suplex launched! That might slow down Sane for a moment. And Becky saw an obstacle in her way and handled it accordingly. She gets Becky with a counter.
Caught with the elbow!
Oh, she retaliates! Oh, impactful slam! Lynch is keeping the pressure on. Kyrie's got to get her sea legs back underneath her. Oh! Carried in a jeopardizing position here.
Going over the top, all the way to the floor.
From the top—
whoa, what a landing!
Coming down on their opponent like a sack of bricks. And she's wasting no time kicking things up by bringing this chair into play. Whoa, that was a stiff chair shot to the dome! Just one right after the other. Can't be stopped. This is getting more and more alarming with each uninterrupted attack. Becky Lynch from behind. Oh man, what a slam! Sane is absolutely laid out. Perhaps looking for some kind of equalizer here, and he Here comes— oh wow, rendered unconscious! The official has to call it. Becky Lynch just fended off Kairi Sane's attack and sent her back to— let's go!
Another win!
Yeah!
Get their hands on each other, this war isn't going to stop.
Becky, Becky, Becky. You know, it took me a couple of weeks to figure out why you were so determined to get my attention. Now I see. It's the same thing it's always been with you, Rebecca. Green-eyed envy. You're right, I did build Damage Control from the ground up, and then they fell apart without me. Just like the Horsewomen fell apart without me. It must drive you crazy that everything I touch turns to gold while every professional relationship you've ever had falls to dust. You believe you can cause tension between Punk and me because you think we work by the same code as the WWE locker room— every person for themselves. You're wrong. Mutiny is different. We're breaking the old hierarchies. You are the one who sold your soul for success, Becky. You call yourself the man when you've been dancing a jig to WWE's tune since the beginning. Your book tour, your morning show interviews, your fans— all gifts from the machine for being a good little girl. You would throw any friend under the bus to get ahead, unlike Kairi Sane, who joined Mutiny out of loyalty to our friendship. Loyalty which you never had. I don't know what you're after, Becky, but I know there's one way to settle it— in the ring. But I'm not the fool you think I am. You're not going to sucker me into a SmackDown trap. Come home to the place that made you, Becky. Come face me at NXT and I'll show you what you really are— a puppet. You're not the only one who can play mind games. Stay tuned.
Are you sure about this, Becky? Seems risky.
Come on, last time I checked, we're wrestlers. The only way to pull Bayley out of whatever poison Daydream Punk sold her on is to face her in the ring.
Which is a great strategy as long as you actually make it to the ring. She's got a whole army down there at NXT. I'm pretty sure you're walking into a trap.
You don't know her. Her ego will drive her to try to beat me one-on-one.
Say you're right. Is CM Punk going to be that honorable? Just let me go down there with you. Somebody needs to get your back.
After you blew up their whole plan to loot the WWE archives? I'm guessing there are wanted posters with your mug and a sizable bounty on them plastered all over Orlando.
I wonder if I can get a monster truck down there.
Look, I appreciate the offer, and I'm happy as hell someone brave enough to walk into the belly of the beast is leading our team into Survivor Series.
But no, Becky, to win the best of 3 series and save this company, we need you to make it to Survivor Series. If Mutiny decides to jump you while you're in their house—
I'm not scared of being attacked. I'm scared I've lost my friend forever. I need to do this alone.
Wait a minute, that's Bayley dressed like Becky the night she debuted! And her opponent, from San Jose, California, the mind games are over, the jokes have ended. Now these former best friends are going to settle years of animosity. Bayley cast her lot with Mutiny from the very beginning, but Becky thinks she can turn her back to the light. If Becky Lynch really thinks she can beat some sense into Bayley after everything we've seen, she's going to need the luck of the Irish. Showcasing strength in this situation, pushing the opposition to the ropes.
There's a crucifix!
Nicely done. Drops The hammer right on the lower back. Point of the elbow finds the mark. Becky with all the momentum on her side. Bayley looks unprepared for the full force of Becky's fury. She's beginning to look a little weary. Yeah, Becky looked as locked in as ever there. Brought in the hard way, just got thrown around like a sack of you know what.
Whoa, here's the pump handle suplex launched!
Oh, Bayley is now under pressure. Becky's dishing out—
oh my God, what?
There goes Leap of Faith and connected perfectly. This could be just what they needed. Facebuster! She'll take things into the ring.
There's a crucifix!
Nicely done. The Man is taking charge. Bayley's got to slow down this assault.
Oh, there it is!
Hits, and she breaks her own submission submission hold. We don't see that often. That can either psych out her opponent or come back to bite her. Lynch has Bayley right where she wants her. Oh man, Becky Lynch looking for it. Handle slam! That could end Bayley's night. Into the COVID Beyoncé walked into Mutiny's home base and defeated their second in command. Is tonight the end of this rivalry or a new beginning?
Come on, come on, Bayley, shake my hand.
Come on, this isn't who you are. Please, she's going to do it. Bayley's coming home.
Never, never.
Damage Control, what the hell? I knew it! I knew Bayley was too far gone. I never thought I would see those women standing together as a unit again.
You see, Becky, this is what the Horsewomen never had— loyalty. How many times have we all stabbed each other in the back? Again and again and again and again until 4 became 3. You were right about one thing: mending fences. And so I did with my real sisters. You might have beaten me in a match, but you lost tonight because Damage Control is mutiny.
Damage Control is mutiny, which means WWE is in serious trouble. I don't think Becky Lynch is worried about mutiny or WWE right now, Byron. She's thinking about the friends she just lost forever.
We worked as hard as we could to peel Bailey away from Mutiny, but it really feels like we took a loss on this one.
I can see your point.
Come on, I know it doesn't feel great right now, but you did make a dent in their armor, Becky.
You beat Bailey on Mutiny's home turf. If that doesn't create some internal strife, I don't know what will.
I suppose so, but beating Bailey was never the point. I thought I could help her find her way back. There was this moment after the match when I thought I saw the old Bailey, but even that was just a mask while she waited for Damage Control.
I'm sorry. I feel like I pushed you into this, and now Mutiny is stronger than ever.
First, that's crap. This was my own idea. You didn't push a thing. Second, This might not have been a total win for us, but it wasn't one for Bailey either.
What do you mean? Mutiny is Damage Control now?
Most of Damage Control, but not all. I had a talk with Dakota Kai. Turns out we both have versions of Bailey we miss. Dakota's on our side.
We have a mole inside Mutiny? This is amazing. It could change everything.
It could. The only question is, what do we do now to prepare for Survivor Series?
You both hit Mutiny right where it hurts. We need to press our advantage.
What are you thinking?
The Unity titles. When we won them, it pushed Punk and Mutiny into the spotlight. If you two win them, it gives us all the momentum going into Survivor Series.
I'm in.
Me too. But there's no fun in letting Punk know we're all working together. Right?
No, I think we're better off if he didn't see it coming.
And he won't. Let's go get those titles.
Have you two come for a friendly chat, or is this some sort of an ambush?
With everything going on, you think we've got time for either? We want a shot at the Unity titles.
You two? Interesting. Not the combination I would have expected. How about I schedule a warm-up match just to see how this all works?
No warm-ups. With CM Punk gaining power, we just can't stand by. I hate the thought of him at the top. We're here to strip him of control, and we'll start by taking those titles before Survivor Series.
Fair enough. I should warn you though, Punk is not eager to hand out Unity title shots. Especially to a team from WWE.
We figured. What's it gonna take?
The word is that the only way for a team from our side to earn a shot at the Unity Championships is in a 4-way tornado tag match at NXT Mutiny. If you want those titles before Survivor Series, you'll have to run through their best teams.
Typical Punk, try to wear us down. Seems he forgot us Scots are made of sterner stuff. We'll be ready for anything he throws our way.
Okay, if you want me to make arrangements, I will. But you'll be walking into the lion's den.
Sounds like a place for us to make a proper statement.
Set it up.
And their opponents, first The team of Roxanne Perez and Shawn Spears.
The WWE Universe more than ready to see this one start. This is going to be good.
Normally on a tornado—
Boom!
Kane Morton!
And we have a pen attempt. Makes the save. And they continue this match. Up and down, big impact off the neckbreaker. And then, can he do it? And meanwhile, Spears getting the shoulder up before 2.
Becky Lynch, this is the finishing touch this needs.
Shane is down. Could this be the end?
Ref in the way there. Oh my God, DDT! Lights out!
Rear European uppercut!
Suplex! Powerbomb! Facebuster!
Side headlock applied! Good measure! We should probably— yeah, yeah, we should probably go. Left him completely helpless here, delivering a series of sharp elbows.
Gets driven into the corner. An arm ringer!
What are they going to do here? Oh no, stomp in the arm!
Ah, going up top. Unique offense on the way.
Neckbreaker!
Hoisted up! Suplex delivered! And Cena wrestled there.
Yeah, Drew looks pretty confident with his attack there. Oh, Page ripping down. This could be it, it could end right here. And stops the pin. A little too close for comfort.
Has taken down.
Oh, looking to gain control here.
This is with a bridge cover.
Window stick wrapped around the head.
Oh, dropkick! The knee is out of the way.
McIntyre goes into the COVID This could do it! Breakdown! No screen, shoulders down! Oh, this has got to be it! And a quick kick out! Look at the look on his opponent's face, Cole. He can't believe it. Placed him in the corner here.
Oh, what an uppercut!
Meanwhile, we have Corrals. Oh man, this might be it!
Oh!
She has the leg hooked through the post. She's got her pin.
This might be the end.
Oh, breaking up the pin.
Carefully, it could be over.
And a strong kick out at one shows that this is still anybody's match at this point.
Oh!
It looks like he can get it done here. Bring up the pin right there. What a nasty knee lift! Check this out, trying to end this right now. Wait a second, feet are on the ropes! This is illegal! Not quite enough to put him away. Last-ditch escape over the back.
Double knee backbreaker!
She's getting fired up, ready to show her opponent what she's got.
Landed the elbow!
Yokosuka cover! Geez beans, a rail there. Then now to Gargano.
Super kick for the win!
He's able to cut off the pin count here. There's a crucifix, nicely done!
Backslap suplex!
Oh, there may be no escape. Gotta escape, Byron! Things are looking bad for Becky Lynch right it now. I'm not sure how much Becky Lynch can—
wait, look at this! And a great— watch out! All the way to the outside. Able to stop. Got to get down. Oh, Baszler set it up for the— can't find Clutch!
This one's over! This is over! Tap out time! Expertly executed. She releases the hold. No harm in changing things up if a submission isn't working the way you want it to.
Oh man. Meanwhile, here's Drew McIntyre. Nasty one right to the—
oh, a nice backslide!
Did he come in and Got in the hard way.
The end of the road for Candice. Might take this one home.
Incredible!
And look at this, we might see Randy approach here with a pin! This match continues on.
Oh, Kendo Stick right to the head!
Boom!
This could be it!
Let's recap. Spears with a game ender!
Down!
And actually got it too! Good Lord, scarily close to 3! There's a crucifix, nicely done!
Schoolboy Slide to put this one away!
And she breaks the count.
Wow.
Oh, wait a darn minute, this is just cowardly. I don't know, we're just looking to create some space.
It's nothing but a mat.
That might be all Drew needs. Another targeted attack to his head and neck area. He has to be careful.
The COVID the cover!
Now Becky left.
Becky moves out of the Oh no, just got caught in a bad position.
Man face to face. Becky looking to show Baszler who's the man around here. Now look at Becky, manhandled. Slam, chain is down. Could this be the end? We might have already had a fall if, if the—
why?
She could have gone Bayley can clinch this one here.
Oh, he may see— just a sec.
Mrs. Gargano escaped. Got this one locked in extra tight. This might be— Bo Nelson slid in by Dempsey. Dragon suplex by Dempsey. Dempsey ending this fight right there. And me Oh, here, cover, cover!
This could be it!
He breaks it up! What is this?
Come on, ref! Face gouge! Oh God! Look it up. What's next? What do they have in the—
hold on a second, they're not ready. Why was she scared of that?
Stuck in the leg, fighting back the other way. Here's a pin, shoulders are down. Spear hits Now here's Becky Lynch. Cover! Stopping.
Johnny Gargano sweeps the leg, rolls through, and now the panic is setting in. She's on the doorstep of defeat, and he decides to let his opponent out of the horse.
Might have felt like he might be in focus now. Here, he's on it.
Is it it? And she just Stop the pin! No, he gets the shoulder up somehow, some way. He is still in this. He's leaving the ring now, no countouts to worry about. Shoulders down, she might have it! And he stops the ref's count. Then meanwhile, Spears, a nice schoolboy from behind. Cover! Shoulder shoots up before 2. This is where great cardio makes all the difference, helping you stay alive deep into the match.
Take down! Why? What a maneuver! Bridge kick out!
Both competitors' chain is down. Could this be the end? Breaks the COVID and this match continues.
Here we go, in for the DDT! Lights Heads outside the ring, and no countouts means he can take his time.
Crowd out of ringside, back to the mat. Is there with the COVID Then McIntyre vicious double axe handle. Oh, see, McIntyre's in dire straits. Oh, nice! Shoulders down, going for the win, and he kicks out of the pin at 1. Kicking out now sends a very clear message.
And it's the right end of this fight, Super Shane, are we going to call this one out? There it is, came through the trap!
And she releases her own submission. Now I have to question as to why she would do that. This looks like she's setting the foundation for a masterfully— Normally in a tornado match, there are no alliances. It's all chaos. But I wouldn't be at all—
Oh, look at this, the Scorpion!
He Easily kicks out of that one. It's a little early for an earnest attempt, and I guarantee they weren't expecting the— on the— that might be the heel again. Switch, it's going on.
Minutes up, here it is.
Stops the pin. He almost had it. Turns it around, and the shoulders are down. Power Man, and he won. She shows that she's far from finished. Her shoulders are down. Should the ear. That breaks the count. This match continues on. There it is, he could end it here. Talking about Bray's count, she's kept this man alive. And— what a shot! Hard control here and a rope pull. From a nice strong ground, he kicks out with authority. This isn't even close to over. Sharp elbow to the gut, turned that one around. Oh, that's going to sting.
Show some quick—
can Candice come back from that?
The pin is all or nothing time.
Kick out at 2.
She just dug down deep there, but I don't know if she'll be able to do it again. Oh, that was a hell of a maneuver there, guys.
There's the crucifix, nicely done. Lynch trying to secure the win.
He just broke up the pin in the nick of time. Can it be?
This could be it! And a kick out right away. Looks like there's some more fight left in her. This beating is taking its toll on her.
And meeting with the Spears into the pin.
Was that enough? Oh, that'll break up the pin just in time too. Looking to capitalize on that move.
Circles it down.
He wasted no time kicking out there. Kai, at this point, you don't even stay down long up for a one count is beyond comprehension.
Chicken wing underarm.
Uh-oh, suplex!
Oh, elbow strike!
Meanwhile, we see McIntyre.
Looks like This could be the end.
Quick count after one, giving a massive effort to overcome the pin.
Running Red Drop, shoulders down, this might do it. In the face! That's it for—
Pop Rocks!
He has it half the 2.
She still fights out in one. I got to tell you, I thought she was done there. Lynch trying to secure the win. Pin broken up.
She saw that.
Right to the kidneys from behind.
And meanwhile, Spears in And suplex!
He manages to reverse.
Oh, Brian Eric can run.
Wow, this is turning into Swanson Street.
Oh, you didn't move here.
What a maneuver! Beautiful crown hold applied. Lynch saw the COVID Oh, the reversal by Becky Lynch.
One, two, 2 capsicles! From behind, into a working sequence!
And look at this now! Yes, applying the submission hold! The crossface chicken wing!
Good look! And throws it! Gets out of it! Gets out of it!
Oh, leg sweep! And now into the off to push. Trying to break out of this grip and is able to do it. Cole Nelson slid in by Dempsey. Dragon suplex by Dempsey! Will Dempsey follow it up?
First attempt, he fails to connect.
Becky Lynch looking for it. And her elbow slam! Is it the finishing touch Lynch needs? This isn't often into the pin.
This could be it.
That is just pure instinct at this point. On jelly legs, about to stumble headfirst in the date.
Soaring.
Well, that didn't go as Johnny designed. Punch right in the head.
This could do it for the win. Meanwhile, we have Perez, Shayna Baszler, and Sits in! This one's over! This one's over!
Normally in a tornado match, there are no alliances. It's all chaos. But I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the Mutiny teams work together to take on the WWE squad. I don't know, Corey, if most of these superstars joined Mutiny specifically for the chaos.
They all want to come out on top no matter who they have to go through. But there— is it clear? Is it over?
Look at the feet, the fear on the wrist. He's locked in.
Will he get countered? Yes!
Not letting the submission attempt do any more damage here. Bented right to the gut.
Slam! Shoulders down.
Is it enough? And a kick out. No, not yet.
Too early.
And she's making her way to the top rope here.
From the top, you got to be kidding me! Nice! There's the crucifix.
Nicely done. Oh man, we all know what's coming here.
Slap into the corner.
Can't stop this, not over yet.
Big forearm.
Eat them feet. Oh man.
Oh my gosh, ducking out of the way.
Roll up, going for the win! She pops the shoulder up in one. She is not done. Into the COVID this might be it. Kicks out before the 2 count. Claymore by McIntyre!
Will Drew finish things now?
Getting carried to a vulnerable position here. Lands face first, and she saves the match. And caught her on the ledge, then back to the ring, and she blocks the pin attempt and won. I'm happy she did. I don't want this match to end. Big running leg drop.
Cover! This Could be all over.
He kicks out the first. What a kick out! Oh God, strong impact! Candice gets that set right back to her. Oh, this could be it.
They can end it all here.
She put in the work, now she's looking for the payoff. I truly cannot believe that didn't even get Still in the— I thought this was over. Sharp elbow.
Now nice takedown, stacked for the pin.
Counted in your perfect position. Uh-oh, might go for—
looks like the Moondog Lock.
The bridge is in. She trying to slip out of this. Oh, it's got to be over The moonwalk is fixed in! The moonwalk is fixed in!
Oh yeah, I'm sure that'll stop him. DDT deep into the match!
This could end it!
So, so close!
That could have been it! Uses an elbow to disrupt that attack.
Boom!
The leg drop! Here we go, DDT by Well executed pin!
Could this be it?
He only stays down for a one count. It's hard to believe, but it looks like he still has some gas left in the tank. And he's looking to put this thing away.
Curbuckle driver!
Submission locked in! Good night! She's fully locked in this She decides to just let go, but why let go of the submission? Not a strategy we often expect to see.
Can we see Gargano?
Oh, this could be over.
Here we go, cover! And here's the COVID looking good.
No time to waste being sharp, you've got to maintain pressure. Oh my word, he can clinch this one here!
Kicks out after one. I think we're about to see a— from behind, and she lets go!
Wait a minute, setting in devastating submission! Coming. The crossface kick away, bending the body in ways it shouldn't be bending. And he just decides in the hole. Wonder what he's thinking here.
That could be the win!
What a hard-fought victory! Normally in a tornado match, there are no alliances. It's all chaos.
Oh my gosh, what impact!
McIntyre might Into the pin.
Can he get him here?
But no, helping their teammate out there. Double stomp comes down across the head with the axe handle. Becky looking to show Baszler who's the man around here.
Oh, predicted what was coming. There it is.
Boom! Nice!
Oh, look at Becky!
There it is, manhandle! Shoulders are down!
Is this the end?
Now back to the ring. Looks like she wants to take things to the floor here. She's making her way to the top turnbuckle. You're going to need your back adjusted after that one.
Oh, what a flex!
Oh, there's the crucifix!
Nicely done.
Launched right out of the ring. And an answer from her. That's it, Charlie, looking to end this now. Kick out just before 2. Still going to take a massive effort to keep him down.
Oh my God!
Kick and set all the way to the outside.
Look out! This could do it!
She doesn't even get a count of one. Incredible power to kick out at just one. He got nailed by that last attack.
Going for the win!
He's able to beat a two count somehow, still in this fight. Not down and out yet.
Such an underhanded tactic there.
Left hook in the mush, tearing down the leg now.
Talk about dismantling your opponent. Take down from behind, very nice. No superstar knocked out yet.
Into the COVID He's heading to the ringside area. He has a kendo stick in hand and this place just turned into South Swamp District. These superstars are ready to take this fight wherever it wants to go. Uh-oh, this is not going to look pretty. Submission being applied. It's locked in the crossface chicken. Trying to break the hold and is able to do it. Critical escape there. There's the crucifix, nicely done. Kicked out. Oh, all tied up. Is this enough to do it? No stops and count of 2.
What a match! From the underhook, Johnny Reilly with a takedown!
Trying to escape, and yes, the hold is broken! Byron, I don't think McIntyre's long for the world.
Looking for a—
and just like that, he manages to break the hold! Oh, shocking! The takedown It!
Oh, Drew McIntyre!
Will Drew close this out?
Send him aside.
Got the COVID Is it enough to close this out? And he stops the count.
Back to Gargano. Oh, what impact!
Oh, look out!
She got her shoulders down! Cutler's made the match!
That's got to be it!
Pin attempt broken! Facebuster!
He's in a bit of agony now. And she breaks the count. Shayna looking to close this one out.
There it is! The kick through the driver!
Here, through the driver, pin to the clutch, attacking the— let's go! She just released the hold. Maybe she has something better in mind.
Here's the pin attempt. She managed to pin. And meanwhile, Spears, here we go.
Full Nelson slid in by Dempsey. Dragon suplex by Dempsey! Can Candice come back from that? Slides under the ropes, back into the ring. Lynch, she's thinking. Hook from behind into a dragon suplex! Dempsey ending this fight right there. Meanwhile, we see Perez Making way to the top rope.
Suplex, not going through. Silver kick from way up.
Oh, she has bad intentions now. From running the turnbuckle pad.
Oh, that's a fire shot block.
Going for the three count.
Forces the shoulder up.
After 10, now is not the time to wallow in disbelief. Pressure must be kept on. Kick to the gut.
Oh, Johnny Gargano sweeps the leg.
Well, it's good. She's in trouble. How much more can she endure? Needs to escape and does. Gets free from that painful hold. Dazed and confused. This thing's only about to get worse.
This could be for the win. He going to get this one away right here.
Fights the shoulder up and one. Surprised to not even get a two count at this point. Two more connects. That could ground Dempsey for good. Stopping the ref's count there. And that'll be the game. Manhandles Slam!
Let's try to secure the win. Picked up the victory!
Yes! Finally! I thought I would never get out of there.
Oh my God, I hate those matches.
American Tire! These two just defy the odds and earn themselves a shot at the Unity titles. They defied the odds and CM Punk's plans, Cole.
Did you see those social media posts? They're trying to sound tough, but we've got them rattled.
That's exactly why I'm concerned.
You think Punk's planning something? He probably is. But I've been beating odds since I laced up my boots. He's just another chapter in my story.
Punk's got his games, but they're nothing new. Tonight it's about stripping that power away.
Don't start doubting us now.
Never. I've seen what you both can do. As soon as you said you were willing to fight alongside my partner and I, there was no other choice. But we've all been on the receiving end of Punk's deception before, and I've got a bad feeling about this.
You think there was something more to them saying they were gonna make SmackDown a mutiny arena?
Maybe, but they also don't know we're working together. You'll have your hands full with Bayley and Lexis King. We'll patrol the arena and shut down any mutiny interference.
Good. Keep the place clean so we can mop up the ring with them.
This is not so bad though, but that match was—
oh my gosh, rumors are true, Mutiny is planning an attack, but they didn't plan for this. Oh, Tony D'Angelo surely expected to at least make it into the arena before the fighting started. With a guy like this patrolling the arena, D'Angelo's lucky he made it into the building. He's going to be lucky to make it out of the building, Saxton. Oh, he slips out of harm's way. Boom! Running STO plants him. Nicely done. I don't know what these superstars are thinking. Oh, whatever it is, I'm sure it's not good. That's a parking area, not a wrestling ring. Big splash! Grabs the leg.
Look at this, she just tossed the leg!
Oh, sent flying! Getting tossed! Tony is completely out of sorts here. I don't know if I want to go on this trip, guys, but you might have to because it's the— now longer way down— last ride. I don't know if I want to go on this trip, guys, but you might have to because it's—
holy—
careening right through the glass window. He's heading up that ladder, but what's the plan? And now that he's up there, what's he going to do? All right, back down the ladder he goes. Wastelock applied and high angle German boom! Oh my, what a splash! He's climbing up that ladder, only going to escalate the situation. He's reached the peak of his— no, man, I don't see them getting up after that. And with good reason, that brawl had shades of downtown Austin at 2 AM.
Oh, that was crazy, bro. I just knocked him out like that.
Here's the Unity title challengers. I'm not sure these two know what just happened backstage, but if so, that's got to give them an extra level of confidence knowing There you see what's at stake. This match is about more than just the Unity titles. It's about gaining momentum heading into the biggest showdown for control of WWE. Absolutely, Saxton. A win here could demoralize the opposition and give one of these teams a massive boost heading into Survivor Series. Both teams know what's at stake and look to walk out of here with the Unity titles and so much more.
Oh, target of the arm!
Tony D'Angelo, after what happened backstage, I don't think he's making it out here. Well, Punk expected reinforcements, but the Unity Champions are on their own tonight. Drew fending him off, getting tagged in. Caught with a clothesline. She's taken into the corner, needs to get out.
Cover up!
Hard for the champ to have any answers when endless strikes are being rained down on you. And she's returning fire. Bayley's finally able to slow all that incoming offense. If Bayley was looking for an opportunity to pull a 180, that could be it. And Bayley's resolve might be wavering here. Next level brutality coming from McIntyre. Grabs the leg. Ah, the leg toss was definitely not thinking about finesse with that one, was only thinking about dominance.
Bayley sent flying.
When you're a part of the blue brand, you know you have to bring it each and every time you step into the ring.
Brought in the hard way.
The champ is used to flying first class, and that wasn't it. She whips Bayley into the corner and a massive clothesline. Bayley is down. We've seen this before. A massive wheel whip splash, and King can't do anything about This will do it. Chad Patton has stopped counting. Maybe he forgot what number comes next. Looks like they're going to remind him. Wait, Bentley with the rollup!
It's over!
Chad Patton knew how to count that time. That was a fast count. What the heck is going on here? Chad Patton is running away with Mutiny before anyone else can argue. This This is a new low. Mutiny has infiltrated the referees. Are we really surprised at this point when it comes to what Mutiny will do? Hold on, it looks like Lexis King got left behind. Yeah, and he's just realizing that right now. Doesn't look like Lexis King's going anywhere. Are these 4 superstars our team for Survivor Series? We may have lost this one, but now Lexis King is going to pay. And the other members of Mutiny are letting it happen. No honor among thieves. This could be a preview of Survivor Series. This doesn't look good for King. No, it does not. And down onto the ringside floor. What a chaotic SmackDown. A longtime WWE official has joined mutiny, but Team WWE answered with 4 unstoppable superstars.
Survivor Series can't come soon enough.
A crooked referee. Just when we thought Punk couldn't stoop any lower.
Every day he proves he doesn't have the guts to fight us fair.
At least we laid out Lexus, which means we get to show CM Punk what it's like to go toe-to-toe with us. Or should I say fist to face.
I like the sound of that. In fact, if it's Punk we're facing, let's tell the GMs to make the match no DQ.
But I'm like that.
Well, we've got one episode of SmackDown before Survivor Series. Let's go out to the ring and deliver a message to Mutiny that they can't ignore.
And even though the entire team will be out there, let's make sure Punk knows the message is coming from the two of us.
Then we should lean into our personalities, use what we do best.
I'm thinking we head straight into that ring and face them down. No tricks, no schemes. Show everyone that unlike Punk and Mutiny, we're not afraid of a fair fight.
Yes, straight to the point, face to face, no fear. Let's do it.
And there they are, the team representing WWE at Survivor Series. WWE's Fearsome Foursome is here to make a statement. Where's their teammate headed? Looks like she took issue with a fan's mutiny sign. Good, that doesn't belong here. Hopefully a preview of what they'll do to mutiny at Survivor series. Come on, you have to believe Mutiny is paying close attention right now. I assume everyone's laser-focused as we head into Survivor Series. Let's hear what Team WWE has to say.
CM Punk, I know you're watching, you spineless, backstabbing SOB. You think you're walking out Survivor Series with the keys to the kingdom. I got news for you, you're going to be carried out on a stretcher.
You thought you could hide behind your mindless army?
Well, look what we've got. We're going to turn your mutiny into a massacre. We are only days away from— CM Punk has heard enough. Ah, how predictable. The Legion of the Righteous. It's always the chained dogs who bark the loudest. So keep barking, but remember, our actions will speak louder than your whining. We'll see you at Survivor Series, where Mutiny will unleash its wrath.
We're predictable.
So are you.
We know you sent some of your little henchmen here tonight.
Another backstage attack, a surprise invasion. It's getting old, Punk.
Let's try something different.
We're here right now. Why wait for Survivor Series?
We're not going to. See, I sent a few prized members of Mutiny to SmackDown tonight because you were all bark and no bite. We'll be happy to put all four of you down. Mutiny is here! Survivor Series can wait, but apparently we can't. It looks like we're about to have a 4-on-4 match right here on SmackDown after this break. Tensions are at an all-time high here with Survivor Series on the horizon, and this impromptu 8-man tag looks to be the final statement. Team WWE needs to make this count, Michael. This is their chance to send a strong message to Mutiny and everyone else watching. No, it's not about messages, Saxton. This is about momentum. No one wants to go into Survivor Series licking their wounds. Just a perfect mix of pure power and bad intentions. Oh my, what a splash! Williams looking unable to get a leg up in this match, and Williams needs to reassess his strategy. Headbutt! Nothing fancy there. And if this is sink or swim, Williams clearly just did the latter. Don't sound the alarm yet, Cole. He's got a team of guys in his corner to tag if he's in trouble. Chokeslam! The power, the strength, and now just pressing. That is something else.
Rough landing.
Calculating the next move here.
Running power slam!
Such a potent display of power and control there. Uh-oh, has to find a way out of this. Check your face after that one. And this attack has him looking powerless. He's got to fight his way back into this. Oh, he Time that counter well. Just finding a way to slow his opponent's assault down. He's able to stop that onrush. Now looking to capitalize, goes into the corner. Here's a tag. Opponent off the ropes. Double big back body drop! They finish each other's sentences, they finish each other's moves. That's tag team excellence right there, gentlemen. He makes to tag here. Oh man, and Braun's having trouble managing this onslaught. Breaker needs to find that spark and rally. Neckbreaker! Wow, that is some impressive strength!
Dominator!
Williams is in real danger now.
Bringing the arm—
well, that changed. These two reaching a standstill on these reversals. Got them off their feet here.
Running for Slam!
He's really mounting pressure at will now. Seems like he's only taking big shots right now.
Good reversal by Trick. Ball Buster!
Oh, running elbow drop on target with the COVID This might be it. That will end it. Here are your winners, the Machine, the Superstar, Drew McIntyre and Becky Lynch!
Let's go! What a rip!
Here we are.
The future of WWE rests entirely on our shoulders.
No pressure though.
I'm feeling good about our chances after we called Mutiny out and beat the hell out of Punk's hand-selected crew. There's no way they're feeling confident walking into tonight.
Now we just have to keep them off balance.
You have something in mind?
We need to keep the pressure on. You know they're gonna use every trick in the book, so we gotta beat them to the punch.
The time for talk is over. Let's get out there and start the series with a win.
Better yet, let's make it 2 wins. I don't think we're ever going to get to that third and final Unity title match, no matter what Mutiny tries to pull.
Speaking of their shenanigans, I've heard from Dakota Kai Damage Control definitely has something in the works for the EO match. She's not sure what.
I'll watch your six. We can't trust anyone.
So long as we have this kind of faith in each other, I know I'm going to walk out of Survivor Series on the winning side.
It's the first line of defense for team— the most important Survivor Series in WWE history is underway, and EO Sky looks ready. EO is ready, but the woman fighting for WWE earned her spot by taking the fight to Mutiny, and that's not going to change tonight. I hope you're right, Saxton. If WWE starts best of 3 series with a loss, we might never recover. Neckbreaker! Didn't see it coming! Kick to the cranium of their opponent. That's going to fire you up with anger. There's the crucifix, nicely done. Enough of this.
She—
whoa, you know what, good riddance. That's what you get for taking the focus off of your opponent. Oh, roundhouse kick! Becky holds her off. Oh, quick crucifix! Big time! Beck's not backing down, not toting it down for anyone. Sliding into the ring now.
Facebuster!
Drops the hammer right on the lower back.
Bam!
She flipped that attack around. Oh, ouch!
Boom!
Did you hear the impact? And she just avoided some serious damage. There's a crucifix, nicely done! That might take some of the fight out of Ian. Yeah, Becky Delivering the pain.
What a headbutt!
Vicious! And he— got the arm trapped, looking for Levae Star Cradle. She breaks the count quick. Impressive to not even allow a 2 count at this juncture. Being placed in the corner here. Lynch with her opponent trapped in the corner, and Lynch finds the mark. EO Scott, that's what she gets for turning her attention away this match. And now gets tossed into the ring, setting Iyo up for a suplex here. Shades of Eddie Guerrero. Hold on, Iyo's got backup. The Team WWE was ready. Wait a second, Asuka with the Poison Mist! Where did she come from? EO with a moonsault from out of nowhere! The Genius of the Sky had a genius plan, and that'll do it. Unity has drawn first blood here at Survivor Series, and WWE is on its heels, down 1-0. You have to wonder if we're even going to see a Unity title match tonight in that third and final contest. Kevin Owens could make this a series sweep of Team WWE.
This night could go from bad to worse.
How's she doing after that missed attack from Oscar?
They're flushing her eyes out in the training room.
Overconfident.
The views you two had— What are you—
Collector.
That sounds weird.
As a matter—
Let's go.
If this man loses to Kevin Owens, Survivor Series is over and the entire future of WWE— Team WWE is going to let mutiny flush over 60 years of history down the drain. I don't know how you you're less cynical than I am after everything you've seen, Cole. We lost the first match in this series, and I just know Punk and his accomplices have more up their sleeves. Oh no, I see blood coming from Owen's head now. Oh man, thrown with such force, the whole ring is rattling. Locking up. Turns this around to get control of the wrist. Oh, oh, swift transition into the hammerlock. And into the side headlock. Finding a way out to get the top wrist lock here.
Captured the punch!
Oh my goodness, what an impactful STO! Totally helpless at the moment. Oh geez, falling hard to the outside. Getting tossed out of the ring like that could do some long-term— Takeoff all the way to the outside! I can't believe what we just saw. I can't believe that didn't miss. Head to the gut Owens gets control. DDT plants them.
Where's the honor in that?
And the tenacious McIntyre being subdued there.
All tangled up.
Sit-out package powerbomb. This is how far KO is willing to go to put himself on the line, to put food on the table. Taking things to the top rope, being sized up. You might regret getting back up here. Here we go, diving clothesline! Owens thinks he has it here. Soldier's up before 2. I can't believe it, he just won't go away. Looks like he knew what was coming.
Neckbreaker!
Oh, hold on, is he thinking of a submission here? And would you look at that, he just let go of the submission. Maybe he did the damage he meant to do and has something else in mind now. Real true finish things now.
What a display of strength here, up and over, all the way to the floor.
Oh, look out!
What?
That was just incredible. Hang time was willing to take the high risk to the outside, and it paid off big time. Whipped back into the ring.
Talk about cracking the jaw.
Kick to the gut! Oh, brutal forearm! We're seeing pure aggression from McIntyre. Owens is getting shut down at every turn. Gets lifted into position.
Running power slam!
Oh, going right into the pin! 2, it's all over!
Drew McIntyre wins! Yes, sir!
Drew McIntyre!
Yes!
Yes!
We're back in it, Corey!
What a clutch win for Team WWE! An impressive win over KO.
We're right back in this thing.
Kevin Owens got taken apart out there.
It helped that it was finally a fair fight.
Nope, I was in gorilla the whole time and they never showed.
Your partner and I split up.
This bus?
That's what—
where?
I know. You don't have time. You have to get to Gorilla for your—
We'll find her. You just go out there and win this thing.
WWE's There you see what's at stake.
I don't know if this guy is being brave or stupid.
Taking on CM Punk and Bayley in a handicap match is a one-way ticket to a beating. What choice did he have, Corey? Forfeit. The entire future of the WWE is at stake, and his partner is missing in action. The die has been cast and the bell has rung, gentlemen. It's all on that man's shoulders now. Wow. Uh-oh, nothing fancy there. Measured elbow drop, and Bayley's having trouble managing his onslaught. Bayley is getting the window shut at every opportunity. Caught in a bad spot. These attacks of the champ are adding up. Handicap matches are all about strategy, and right now her strategy simply isn't the effective one, but that can always change. Taking all their frustrations out on the champion and doing so in the most inelegant way possible. What a barrage of stomps! You have to imagine the disdain in It takes to repeatedly stomp someone like that. What a knockout punch! Oh man, working on their arms. Punch to the face! Knocked out with a neckbreaker! Up and over and out at ringside is not the place you want to be grounded. Look out, nice handle from the middle rope. Uh, just a straight deadlift of power into a Dominator. It's hard Target acquired. This only ends one way. Uh-oh, the end of days! The challenger might have what it takes to win this.
Do it, do it!
Leading her into the corner now.
What a clothesline in the corner!
And Bayley is being humbled here. Bayley's being cut off at every pass. Tag, tag made! Neckbreaker after the floatover! That was pretty. He saw that one coming.
Neckbreaker!
CM Punk escapes the attack into a neckbreaker! Oh my goodness! Oh, that might have just broken something! Effective counter.
Bang!
Climbing to the top. What's he have in store from the top? Oh God, terrible landing on the outside. Spinning kick to the gut. Oh, look at that knees, one after the other. Punk scaling the turnbuckles up high. Oh, hold on, things turn around quickly. Look at this, just went up Garage of stomps, and he gets delivered back into the ring.
Snapmare could set something else up.
The champion on the receiving end of some serious Soft fence, and just when he needed it most, he got the tag.
Hipbreaker!
Look at this, just stomp after stomp after stomp. Bayley showing no answer for the attack. Bayley's game plan isn't working how she wanted. Stopping away, just ruthless. Nice running crossbody. Oh, he cuts it off! Down across the neck, able to slip out of that one. Caught with a neckbreaker, and now propped up in the corner.
Boom!
What a right punch! That's a clothesline, and there's a good blow to the body. Oh my goodness, he turns that attack away. Planted with a neckbreaker. He's got that look in his eye, it's go time.
We love you!
And Bayley is really being knocked around here. Bayley looks to be well measured right now. Oh, an overhand punch! Just like that, she turned it around.
Uh-oh, suplex!
Waiting to strike. Brace for impact. No way! Astounding power and a Daze! Can a champ recover from that? Look at this, just what a barrage of stomps, just stomping every single part of his body.
He's pumped up, but so is his crowd.
Dominating shoulder tackle.
Oh, oh, strong impact!
And Bayley is really being knocked around here. That can't be how Bayley envisioned tonight going. Yank right off the apron! Oh no, climbing the turnbuckles to the top. From the top, through the air, and connects! The one-two punch of high-risk Up on the top, look out below! You got to be a certain kind of crazy to even think about attempting that kind of offense, but I can't say it didn't pay off. Oh, he's put forth an onslaught of offense here. He looks incessant. Got face smashed!
The Diver!
I'm worried our announce table will soon be in the line of fire here. Who cares about the table?
What about us?
Oh, no telling what she'll find under the ring here. I can already feel the sting of the Kendo Stick, and I do not not care for it. Placing him in the corner, turned it around with a reversal. Sent out of the ring the hard way. All on the apron, lifting it up into the ring. Bam! Suplex! Champ really feeling the effects of this match now. Yeah, the longer this handicap match goes, the more trouble that's on the horizon. Holding as strong as possible though.
Sleeper Slam!
She better have the ice bath ready for after this match. Yeah, her ribs really have to be hurting now, guys. Ah, what a neckbreaker! Placing her against the turnbuckle, charging up the arm. Man, there's the clothesline!
Oh man, God, God!
Watch!
Connects!
He's able to reverse it.
What a punch!
And now thrown back into the ring. Thanks for coming. End of days! The challenger clearing a path to the title.
Ooh, neckbreaker!
Uh-oh, just a good old toss to the leg.
Being carried around now. Running power slam! Has him up for the power slam.
Countered into an inverted DDT.
Neckbreaker!
And Bayley's having trouble managing his onslaught, and he chance for Bayley's offense is being trampled. Setting up for something here.
Slow down. Boom! Playing up our outs—
things are about to turn disastrous. And what need is there to go looking under the apron like this? Oh boy, come on, not the chair! Powerful spinebuster! And I really don't like the looks of this She's favoring her torso here. Yeah, taking damage like that to your midsection makes it hard to breathe. He's looking to take this fight to a home— lights out here!
Oh no, maybe not!
A defiant kick out after one! Unbelievable display of will in the late stages of this matchup. The challenger's in a way. This is the kind of punishment you expect in the chaos of a handicap match. Arm drag, smart counter to that maneuver. In the corner, has to find a way out of there. This is a situation you want to avoid. Bayley avoids the— snapping the neck, and her head continues to be the focus here. That's got to be affecting her equilibrium. Look at this, this can't be good.
Running power slam! Narrowly got shoulder tackle.
And there's a neckbreaker, and Bayley is being humbled here. It's like a muzzle is being placed on Bayley's offense.
Clothesline!
She's got her hook with a Bailey Plex. Coming in off the tag, just a debilitating neckbreaker. And now Punk is being measured. Kick to the midsection. Oh, this is so much fun to watch. Oh, momentum into a spinning powerbomb. Could that be enough to gain the title? Oh, this is it! The civil war is over! No, Bayley is not ready to give up on the rebellion, and the referee's helpless since it's no disqualification. Is that who I think it is? We thought Mutiny had taken out half of our team. They may have taken a shot, but this leader of Team WWE isn't going down that easily. Bayley and Punk don't look so confident all of a sudden. What they look is scared, Saxton. They see Mutiny crumbling before their very eyes. Team WWE has Mutiny on the ropes. Oh my God, what, what, what is happening? I'll tell you what's happening. We're seeing yet another defection at the worst possible time. With everything these two have been through, I never thought I'd see this. This is a shocking betrayal. It's a choice that can't be taken back. These two have so much history. That's what Punk excels at, Saxton— divisiveness. You should have seen this coming. You hear that? You should have seen this coming. Maybe we all should have. Come on, you made your point. It's what New Day's done for months, beating WWE in the most humiliating way possible. Go to sleep! This is tough to watch. No, don't count it! Come on! The referee doesn't have a choice. It's over. Mutiny has prevailed, and WWE will never be the same. Is it even WWE anymore? I never thought I'd see this day come. Is there anyone who somehow can reclaim the legacy of this company? I think it might be too late. There's nothing left to say here. This is disgusting.
What I did tonight in the ring, it's been a while. If we have— but I agree, so do I. But now that I— any—
thanks for making—
thanks for making the time. I've been trying to get to time with you or anyone in WWE management ever since Survivor Series when Mutiny won and I got pushed out.
To say things have been complicated— good. And you— ah, what?
You—
Becky Lynch?
True. Listen, we're supposed—
I think you're forgetting that I don't go here anymore. As much as I want to stop Mutiny and get my revenge unless you have a new WWE contract.
I can't give you a new WWE contract.
Then why am I here?
Mutiny has my hands. Oh, I have him.
Ah, yeah, he's interesting. If Punk wants to spout nonsense, good, then I'll—
TBD.
I know you expected to see Josie Jane versus Paragon Jay Pearce tonight, but there's been a change of plan.
This match is now a triple threat.
That was a lot of fun.
Thanks for letting me jump in that match, Geneva.
Appreciate it.
The most talked about WWE Superstar turned free agent who hasn't shown their face in public since epically getting fired at Survivor Series reaches out and asks to be on a TBD show.
I can't imagine anything that would get more buzz short of holding your partner's career hostage with a napkin contract.
Touche.
So do you think your plan to take down Mutiny will work?
There's only one way to find out. And if there's anything that will get under my former partner's skin, it's using a bunch of people people she used to work with to take her and Punk down. Do you think the indie wrestlers will be game?
Like you said, there's only one way to find out.
Good luck.
Well, look who just showed up.
Josie, listen, go back.
You can—
this has been—
but there's more than one way.
He makes it.
Yeah, he's Great.
So you'll help?
Maybe.
But you said you needed more than us, right?
It's one thing to face us in a normal triple threat.
You need to prove you're as tough as an indie wrestler.
Let's see if he can hang in a TBD rules match.
Name the time and the place.
Here, now.
You're on.
Love the fire. Bring that to the ring.
Who do you want to face?
You're not the only paragon in town, Pierce. Let's go. Was that enough to impress you and your Indy crew?
You're lucky I'm so motivated to to take down Mutiny, then I'd let you win.
Hold on, let me win? Right.
Either way, imagine how the suits at WWE are going to feel when they're rescued by an indie wrestler they let go.
So you'll help me?
Yeah, me and the rest of the crew.
So what's the plan? Mutiny's been launching attacks against WWE since the beginning. I want to take a page out of their playbook and hit them on their home Turf at NXT.
Now that's a plan worthy of Paragon J. Pearce. It's not like me to fly under the radar, but I think you're right. Indie wrestlers are perfect for this.
Exactly.
Boom.
Apparently CM Punk has some sort of major announcement regarding WrestleMania. I can't wait. Mutiny Universe, what I have proven the past few months is that it only takes a spark to start a fire. One person to take a stand and change the trajectory of the whole business. Speaking of changing the business, let's address all those rumors about the WrestleMania main event. Surprise, it's bigger than that. This year, with Mutiny in charge, we're holding WrestleMania And of course, yours truly will headline Mutiny's biggest show against— what the hell? Sorry, Punk, change of plan. Finn Balor trying to figure out what's going on. Oh my God, is that Chosen? They infiltrated the infiltrators in the Buckler's attacking Mutiny. Who all is in on this? 3D through the table! Mutiny's never faced anything like this before. Look, these Indian invaders are pulling out all the stops. I think this has Punk's attention. Bayley and KO are going to try to level the playing field.
Lock.
It looks like Mutiny is completely off their game. All hell has broken loose here at Mutiny's home base. It's about time someone took a stand against them. All right, come on, Josie Jane and Paragon Jay Pierce are here, and look who's with them. Mutiny's nemesis is back. That's right, you better run. This is Unbelievable! No, Corey, this is beautiful. Punk's been fooling around and now he's going to find out. Looks like Punk didn't want a taste of his own medicine. Punk's high-tailing it so fast he didn't have time to blow a kiss. Is Punk— CM Punk is finally going to face the consequences of his actions. When he betrayed this man and formed an alliance with his former partner, he unleashed a whirlwind on his own house. I hope he gives Punk the beating that treacherous SOB deserves. Well, this is really no place for a fight, surrounded by pavement and cars. Well, these superstars seem to think it's the perfect place. Picked up and being carried around now.
Running power slam! Oh!
Oh, look at that scope slam! And he counters! Punk had to expect this after everything he's put him through. Into the steel door! Punk's in trouble here. From behind!
We got to go!
They asked So B is going to get away again. Punk may have escaped, but this battle has been won. We're getting word that all of Mutiny is fleeing their home base of the Performance Center. Mutiny has fallen. It's about damn time.
First, I just want to thank Mutiny for welcoming us into their home. I hope you like what we've done with the place. It was so nice to see all my old friends tonight, especially one in particular. I'm sorry you had to run, but now that I'm back, we'll have Plenty of time to catch up, because we have a lot to talk about. You picked the wrong side. You followed a guy who likes to stir the pot, rile people up, all in the name of being some sort of holier-than-thou martyr who somehow always knows better than everybody else. CM Punk, it's clear to me this was no mutiny for the good of the people. But don't worry, Punk, me and my indie friends aren't even close to finished.
Want it back?
Give me a match and let's settle this once and for all.
What a night! What a takeover!
And you are?
Baron Blade, famed indie promoter and owner of PCW. I'm sure you've heard of us. Geneva let it slip what you had planned. No way was I going to miss it, especially—
You definitely could say that.
You know, I actually used to train here at the PC.
Really?
Yeah, before I founded BCW. Mutiny doesn't stand a chance. It's Team WWE here for one final Mutiny battle. The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, The Machine, Paragon Jay Pearce, Abel Moreno, and Chase. The leader of this team struck right at the heart of Mutiny and forced this winner It Takes All final showdown. It's not over until CM Punk and every one of his flunkies pay for what they've done and never show their faces again. Mutiny's last stand is about to begin, and Team WWE looks ready.
So I'm not gonna lie, I mean, I'm enjoying this game so far.
The final battle between WWE and Mutiny has begun. Everything is at stake. Mutiny was beaten as soon as that man led an army into the Performance Center and evicted the whole treasonous lot of them. Well, they have an ace in the hole this time, Saxton. His ex-partner is standing across the ring in and she knows everything about him. That's a tactical advantage that's hard to overcome. Tandem up, double leg takedown, got the shoulders down, reverses the pin, shoulders down, and for whatever reason, she stops the pin herself. Ooh, strong forearm!
What a clothesline!
Oh! Grabs the leg, just toss their opponent. It couldn't have felt good being sucked around like that. Ooh, bad landing.
Elbow drop.
The advantage in Moreno's corner now. Owens needs to find an opening.
Boom!
Not looking good in this position.
And did you hear the impact of that?
Drops the hammer right on the lower back. Oh man! Lariat!
Oh, uh-oh.
Oh, nothing fancy there. Not the prettiest thing you'll ever see, but it sure looks effective from here.
Oh, he dropped—
KO is getting knocked around a bit. I don't think anything can stop Ava now. Oh, did you hear the sound that made? He's looking fairly drained. It's important to stay calm in a situation like this. Yeah, you're taking some hits, but there's a lot of time left to go. Tag's made. Oh yeah, not waiting any longer to get in this. You want to control the tempo, you want to dictate the pace. That right there is how you do it. It might not be flashy, but sometimes you just got to toss another person to make a statement. Running elbow drop. Right to the heart, and he's just chaining together more offense now. Bayley's getting beaten to the punch with every exchange. Stomp after stomp after stomp. That was a showing of control and aggression, something they'll want to keep up. Oh my goodness! Power slam incoming. No, from behind, nearly inverted DDT. The face first toss, hooking their opponent. Flat out power here, just a stunning vertical suplex, and that's Now showing off a bit, going to the top rope. What's his plan? The count's going. This one will be over if he doesn't get back in the ring.
9, 10!

Well, they have an ace in the hole this time. Saxton, his ex-partner, is standing across the ring, and she knows everything about him. That's a tactical advantage that's hard to overcome. And a little disrespect for dessert. That was showing great awareness of positioning, placing yourself between the ref and your opponent. Ah, that can dislocate something. And into the corner he goes. Owens intercepts it. Proof these superstars have done their homework.
Oh, strikes with the— tag is good.
Oh man, shot right to the midsection. He wasn't tough enough contending with one opponent, now you got to deal with two. And Owens is perhaps not the only determined man in this matchup. Yeah, Yeah, Eva's physicality is in full effect. And tag! He finally made it! Beautiful swinging neckbreaker! Oh, knee to the jaw! Oh, kick right to the back! Got face first.
Cops!
Oh, arm extended. And it tags his teammate in. Oh, he had that scouted, and he tosses him back in now. He ends the pin attempt for some reason.
Hurricanrana!
Wow, incredible Hurricanrana!
Oh, brought down with DDT!
Now shoulders down, here we go. It'll take more than that to hold him down. Putting the corner now. Now sending their opponent across the ring. Oh, shotgun dropkick! Wards that off. What a response! Got the tag just in time too. Double axe handle! Boom!
What a forearm! Neckbreaker!

Saxton, his ex-partner, is standing across the ring, and she knows everything about him. That's a tactical advantage that's hard to overcome. Standing moonsault! That extra rotation creates so much more force than a standard splash. You got Out of dodge just in time. Deadlift! Look at the power here.
To the German!
Incredible power. I don't care what size you are. Drop kick right on point. He's headed to the top now.
Blast off!
He's going back up a second time. Outrageous athleticism on the hurricanrana. Standing moonsault. I Agility like that is what can set you apart from the rest of the locker room. Already he's taking on some damage. Man, what timing on that! Nothing fancy here, taste of victory. Backed up, hold on, try to hold on. He stops the count. Owens running into some trouble. Chase is showing no mercy out here. Not a Good spot to be in.
Slam down!
Oh my gosh, lands the crossbody and he makes the tag. Watch out, coming in hot. What a hurricanrana! Tagged in here. Frankenstein! Every strike more devastating than the last. Double axe handle smash!
What a shot!
What the— oh, nothing fancy there. I don't think people realize the amount of strength it takes to hurl someone like that. Taking out the arm Great strategy. The advantage in Moreno's corner now. Bayley's being cut off at every pass. Elbow drop! Frankensteiner! You can see that each strike drained their opponent's energy. Ah, jeez! Grabs the leg. Just a good old toss for the leg. I'll just leave it at this— nobody comes into a match hoping to get chucked around like that. Setting up for something here.
Oh, slam!
Bayley struggling to defend herself. Attack after attack from Ava. Getting carried to a vulnerable position here.
Big forearm! Nothing fancy here.
Big right arm backbreaker! Ah, claws piercing into the skin. Just how desperate do you have to be? Why not a fair fight, huh? Frankensteiner! And with an onslaught of strikes like that, it's clear they have nothing but punishment on their mind. She makes the tag. Right to the knee. Swinging the elbow to halt the offense. He's hurled out and crashes down to the 4 in off the tag. Just ejected from the ring, and he's tagging his partner in.
In the clothesline! Oh, the clothesline!
And there's the tag. Cassidy finds the mark. First a knife edge chop, and now continuing the attack on the knee. Straight to the knee.
Oh, look at Neckbreaker after the float over.
That was pretty, coming in off the tag. Feet tied up, has to be feeling vulnerable here. Ah, kick! Nasty kick! Oh, great anticipation!
Neckbreaker! Ouch!
Oh my goodness, sent hard into the corner.
Oh, what a clothesline in the corner!
Stomp after stomp after stomp, and a minor butthole is being stomped. Oh, kick connects! Oh man, the damage is starting to affect her.
Picked up and being carried around now.
Charging up the arm and there's the clothesline! And now she's in full defense mode. Can she recover from this? That's the question.
Oh, Moreno with plans on ending this.
Moreno takes hold.
Damage inflicted.
Did Moreno get enough of it? Frankensteiner drops the hammer right on the lower back, and now she's making it to the top rope here. Taking flight, the thrust connects, and she's tagging out. She fights back with the counter. Both superstars countering one move after another. Ooh, brutal impact into the corner. Tags in here.
Nice, man, nice, nice.
Great elevation. Oh, drop kick hits the mark. There's the tag.
Off the apron to the floor, hard.
Big right connects, and into the turnbuckle he goes. Manages to reverse it. Time to go for— uh-oh, fires back with a crucial elbow. Oh, and he gets discarded out of the ring.
Boom!
What a clothesline!
Ouch!
Brought back into the ring from the floor now.
Oh, what a clothesline!
Forcefully delivered, and that can end up putting CM Punk on shaky legs for a bit. Yeah, Moreno dropped the fight in a major way on that exchange. Tag made, here we go! Stomp after stomp after stomp! Grabs the leg, just toss their opponent. Oh, she manages to reverse it. Popped right in the face, a Flash of counters, and these superstars did their homework. Right hand was wide. Stops that offense from connecting. Bang!
He finds a counter.
Calculating the next move here.
Running power slam!
Effective dodge there.
Hurricanrana!
Getting set up in the corner now. Oh, what a clothesline in the corner! And now the hunter has a weak prey about to pounce.
Oh, uh-oh! The end of days!
That's it, shut the door, it's over! Taking their teammate in the match for now.
Tag is good.
Tag made. Oh, right to the gut! Kick to the knee! Ramai saw cradle perfectly applied. He breaks the ref's count before 2. We are this far into the match, where is this energy coming from? Got him in the corner now. Find some payback with their own reversal. Oh, vicious knee to the face.
Sleeper slam! Clothesline! Bulls!
Ooh, bullseye! Big knee!
Savage knee to the face!
And a pin! We have a pin! And just like that, the nightmare that was Mute Mutiny is officially over. Normally I'd say that's overly dramatic, Saxton, but not after everything we've been put through. CM Punk is clearly not happy with the outcome. Mutiny may be finished, but I have a feeling there's still business to be settled.
Looks like we're gonna have some words exchanged here.
No, you don't get to just walk away. You told the world at Survivor Series just how disposable you think I am, so now it's my turn.
Through all all our training over the years, you always wanted to take the shortcut. And that's what this was, a shortcut that didn't work out the way you planned.
But you never even plan, do you?
No, you leech.
You leech onto someone else's plan, someone else's talent, someone else's career for First me, then Punk, and all for what?
A match at the Showcase of the Immortals? WrestleMania CM?
Against some hand-picked opponent? Don't worry, I'll make sure you still get a match at the real WrestleMania against me! And when I beat you, I can't wait to look into your eyes for the very last time and tell you to get out of my ring, because you, you don't deserve it. Does this mean we're getting WrestleMania this year after all? I think it does, Saxton, and I think we have our main event. I can't wait for these two to finally settle their issues at WrestleMania. Man, does it feel great to be at WrestleMania, the real WWE version. I don't know if I could have stomached that Punk-branded nonsense. It was a hectic few weeks getting everything together last minute. But we pulled it off.
We?
You may have booked the venue, but I got the event back on track, for which we are all very thankful. I guess we all learned a lesson. In hindsight, it was a mistake to give CM Punk as much leeway as you did.
A mistake? I'm not sure about that. Everything worked out in the end, didn't it? May have been a few bumps in the road, but look at us now.
No thanks to you. You let a civil war break out in WWE because you thought it was best for business, and you never even thought to ask why it was happening. All of the problems that led to Mutiny are still here.
I'd be happy to run any of your suggestions up the flagpole.
Somewhere along the way from changing out of your gear and into your suit, you—
What are you looking for here?
For you to step aside so that I can give this company what it really needs.
Yeah, what's that?
A leader who's not afraid of change.
Well, it is official. I have a job again.
I see what you did there. Good to see you again, Adam.
Welcome back.
Thank you.
I believe they need to earn I'm interested in the format. Thanks, Ed.
It's the man who's out for ultimate payback. The following is scheduled for one fall. Making his way to the ring from São Paulo, Brazil, Brazil, weighing in at 163 lbs. The Machine! That superstar has been looking for retribution since Survivor Series. With good reason, Saxton. Revenge is a dish best served cold, and it— this woman is going to pay There's the bell, and we're underway with WrestleMania's main event. This one isn't just a match, it's as personal as it gets. Their lives and careers have run in parallel since the beginning, and now that journey comes to an end. These two people helped create each other, and now one of them is going to destroy the other once and for all. Dropping the knee for more punishment. He's able to avoid heavy contact. Wow, what a drop kick! Agility like that, easier said than done, gentlemen. And it was head scissors! We got a cover! It's going to take more than that to keep him down. Trying to wrap up this match fast. What a reversal! Oh my, what a splash! Look at this, just what a barrage of stomps! You can feel the resentment building with each stomp there. He is in the zone and he wants everyone to know it. Man, the neckbreaker! She got put to the test there. You can't begin to count her out yet though. Yeah, still plenty of match left. No respect being shown. What the— wow, look out! No matter who you are, when you crash on the floor, a searing pain rakes braces through your body. Dominator toss back into the ring. Slowly rising, looking like a very easy target here. No way! Astounding power! Gotta make the most of it. Now down across the neck. Pin!
This could be it!
This match is over! Not only has a personal score been settled, but the final weapon of mutiny has been cleared from WWE. Good riddance! A clear statement has been made tonight: long live the Showcase of the Immortals. It'll outlive us all, Michael. When good people stand up for what they believe in, they can turn back an entire rebellion. Now that the mutiny is over, it's time to start thinking about what's next. At least we know we're in good hands with this super Superstar leading the way for Byron Saxton, Corey Graves. I'm Michael Cole, and this was WWE WrestleMania. Beating your former partner at WrestleMania is all the WWE Universe is talking about. The following is a steel cage match. Making his way to the ring, from São Paulo, Brazil, weighing in at 163 pounds, The Machine.
Here is your winner.
Thomas Sheen.
