Play The Right Games

Arthur Zargaryan co-founded Parcel Tracker in a King's College London dorm room eight years ago. The shipping software now serves NASA, the US Air Force, Campari, Hilton, and Oxford. He says struggle is integral to success.
I'm Arthur.
I like jamón. I drink way, way too much coffee. And I run a SaaS company that builds software for NASA, US Air Force, Campari, Hilton, Oxford. It's a weird group of clients, but they're pretty cool, to be honest. And the company is called Parcel Tracker. I founded it with these boys and we launched it out of our dorm room in King's College London. Literally our dorm room. The business was registered there in the start. That was about 8 years ago and things have been going pretty well since then. Well, as well as they can be going. We're like constantly putting out fires, but you know, if there's no struggle, there's no life, right?
The danger, the danger, the danger. Hey, je peux le L, vous captez le motif?
But about 3 years ago, I left London when beers started becoming 7 quid a pint and went traveling, living out of this suitcase. We hit up New York, Cape Town, Bali, Bangkok, Seoul, Tokyo. I spent my summers in Europe and my winters in Argentina. And in my quest searching for MRR, sunshine, and perspective, what I really realized what made me click was working with dope people, amazing people who just are really overcommitted and always deliver insane work. And about that time, I started another company called Atomic Growth, and the goal with that was to meet awesome people in the space of venture capital, some of the best tech founders, and help them produce really good podcasts. I partnered with this boy. On that business. And when things really took off, they really took off. Like, we could see the importance there of playing the right game. We had the right product, right price. And during that time, Suba, the CEO, started journaling everything we were doing. And what we realized then is that content isn't just for reach, it's really gravity, pulls in the best people. And what we achieved in 10 years at Parcel Tracker with the team we built there, we achieved in a year with the awesome content we were making at Atomic Growth. And that's why we're deciding to play this new game. We're going to be journaling some of our Ws, a lot of our Ls. There's a lot of those. And the goal is to meet awesome people in this journey. So my question to you is, are you playing the right games?
