Hi, my name is Asif Osman and I organized this Power your mind seminar. This is the first one we organized and I'm happy to see that we send over 150 invitations and approximately about 50 people have come.
The idea of organizing such seminars came from. The inspiration came from Dr. Rashid Ali who is with us here today. And I went and spoke at one of his events. Dr. Ashad, if you don't mind, could you just address our small gathering here and say a few words of the encouragement.
Does it mind where I stand or.
No, not mine.
Okay. It's not part of him. I'm really inspired and encouraged by brother Asif to give me the chance to be the first speaker so I can give all the attention to me one of those principles. You will see that everyone, everyone has almost all those companies in training, development, teaching through their employees and I'm sure everyone is excited, including myself to see what comes next about the three presenters, the three speakers and thank you very much for giving me the chance. Thank you very much.
That's a judgment. But If I say Mr. Adil, you know your timings are not acceptable.
Your.
Late coming is not acceptable. Now am I judging him? I'm judging the behavior of the person. I'm leaving a door open for him to see it without being, without putting up a barrier. Because the moment I push him, he pushes me back. So I'm not pushing him, I'm saying look Mr. Adep, you're late coming. This is the contract. Late coming is the culprit, not you. Could you please come to office in time? He said yeah, okay, so Neuro linguistic programming, it's how you say things to people, how you make them feel is how you basically communicate. To do that start looking inside first. Alright, thank you so much.
My name is Vivek. I'm the junior production engineer from Ocean Rubber factory and I'm very happy so far. My I have a prejudgment about this program even before I was coming here. So far my expectations are there. The program has kept up with those expectations.
My name is Ari Razabat, I am from United Kafr Industries. As soon as got the invitation for this Smart Enterprises seminar I was very interested regarding the topics. And today Mr. Asif Usman and Mr. Mama Khali will explain these topics very brilliantly and it is not done yet. I hope they have something for us for the rest of the show. Thank you.
Question arises that how much of continuance planning should be done. I always say follow the 1820 rule. What's 1820 rule. If you have done good planning for your department, your life, your children, your family or your company, what is good planning? Good thinking, good data, good analysis. If you know right from the beginning that your sales team is not a highly motivated or competent team, should you not factor it in the beginning rather than wait for a contingency?
No.
Surely you can get hold of it by revealing that.
But in spite of human see, planning is not for today, it is for the future. Future is uncertain, internal or external.
In terms of external issues, yeah.
Maybe the head of sales will change. Will your plans change if the CEO changes? Quite possible. If the CEO of the company changes.
Things, you have to change.
Good morning once again. How many of you are leaders over here? I'd like to see a show of hands who considers himself a leader. And if he is a real leader.
He will put his hands high.
Very nice. I think you are the only real leader here. Well, my first presentation, I'm going to do small, small presentations. This is one of the advantage of being the organizer. You know, when you are the organizer, you can choose the schedule as you like. So I'm going to do one small presentation in the beginning and hopefully one small in the end. And all the real stuff is in between.
Okay, so this is the first leadership challenge.
It was amazing. Quite informative. In the morning I was hesitant to come but thought I would waste my time. But the speakers were so amazing, especially Mr. Chandar. I think I know how to communicate better with all of them and getting things done with my workers, how to improve my relations with workers and getting things done from them. I think I'm in a better position right now.
Good morning. Chandra Mon here from Creative Management Consultants. It was a wonderful experience to be here with a very intellectual and intelligent audience. This seminar, true to its name, has really opened the minds of the people, given it more power. It was also an opportunity to meet other speakers who have added a lot of value to the people's lives and their thinking. In today's seminars, I met a lot.
Of people here and it's nice to meet people and get their views. As a matter of fact, I think we, the people who are actually presenting in the seminar, learn more than the people who come to the seminar. Seminar. And what can I say? It was nice. Thank you so much, Asif and everybody.
In these times, expanding our knowledge is so important, we don't know it all. We'd like to learn from others. So this way we should take the opportunity when we have free seminars such as this, to learn from each other and to learn from experts who talk about the subjects that they have their expertise in. So the next time I hold the Power your Mind seminar, I think I'm going to invite a whole lot more people and hopefully many more people will take advantage of this event and make it a huge success.

If these are God's chosen people then God chose them to test the rest of us.
