Hello, I am Dr. Usha Devrajan. I hail from India, Cochin. I am a trainer, a conflict management trainer and a mediator by profession. And I am here today to attend this program. The training by Asif Usman from uae. I found it very interesting. What I like best about the program, the training was that he used some very good videos which makes it easier for people to understand and relate to concepts. You know, when you talk about it in abstract form, it's difficult. But Asif did an amazing job. He gave us the visuals which really made a great difference. Fantastic program. Thank you.
