A short tutorial (YouTube) by Ronika Khanna demonstrating QuickBooks Online’s "Bookmarks" feature to save time by creating shortcuts to frequently used pages. The video defines bookmarks as shortcuts to features/pages (sales, banking, reports, sales tax, business overview), shows how to add or deselect bookmarks via the left-hand menu (click the pencil next to Bookmarks, select/deselect pages, then Save), and gives banking as a concrete example where bookmarked bank transactions are accessible directly from the left menu. The clip closes with a call-to-action to like, subscribe, and comment for more QBO tips.

Hello everyone. So QuickBooks Online has a number of cool features and features that help you save time.
And so today we are going to.
Look at one of those features which is referred to as bookmarks.
And bookmarks are simply a way to create a shortcut to the features in.
QuickBooks Online or the pages that you use most frequently. This might be sales or banking reports.
Perhaps, or sales taxes. There's a bunch of different features available and it really helps you save time.
By not having to navigate each menu option and figure out where each feature might be located.
So let's take a look on how.
To add a bookmark.
If we move our cursor over to the left hand menu, which is where.
You will find all of your menu.
Options and you'll see some bookmarks have.
Already been set up. But if we click on the little.
Pencil next to the bookmarks, then you'll.
Have the option to select the pages.
That you want or if you've already.
Set this up to deselect pages or features that you really have stopped using frequently.
So if we scroll down we can.
See I've selected bank bills, reports, sales tax.
I think I also want to look at my business overview and I, you know, in the process of sort of changing my trend of account. So I'll select that as well. Once that is done, you can click.
On save and lo and behold you will see that these bookmarks now appear on the left hand menu. Whenever you need to use them you would simply click on the feature. Banking is the one that I use most and probably many of you use and here the bank transactions will be reflected without you having to go to transactions and find where it is.
