Learn how to send automatic notifications with Volie with Hot Alerts

Liza from the Volley team shows how to use Hot Alerts to send automatic internal email notifications based on call dispositions. Set it up once and your team gets alerted to urgent calls without manual work.
Hello, everyone. Welcome back to another volley rally. Today I'm joined by Liza from the volley team. Of course, most of you probably know Liza pretty well, but I wanted to have her join to take a minute to walk through something that a lot of our volley customers are not utilizing and obviously some are. But Liza, what are we going to be talking about today?
Yeah, I wanted to jump on to talk about hot alerts. As in volley. A hot alert is an internal notification. So based on the outcome of a communication, your agent selects the disposition, they click Save. You can set up specific dispositions to send internal notifications via email so that, you know, a couple of examples might be if a, you know, if a vehicle's being towed in, if you have a tow in disposition, you might want that to go to your service team. If there is an upset customer, you might want that to go to a manager. Any type of escalation, any, any instance right where your team is stopping what they're doing, they hang up a phone call, they're going to stop what they're doing and they have to send an email to someone. I would talk to your volley support person to see if we can automate that for you. You can set up different people to be designated to receive these alerts. So, you know, in those previous examples, the toe. The toe in alerts might go to one person, but your upset customer alerts can go to someone else. I have a sample pulled up here. I'll share my screen and just show you. This is just a sample email of what these can look like, but you can include things like a link to the call recording, you can include the call notes. So here's an example. This one's in our demo instance, but I have here, this would be the name of my store. This is the particular disposition that my rep selected. I've got my customer info, appointment details as well as the vehicle and then my call details. So which rep took that phone call or whatever the communication was, any notes that they had with the customer and then I can actually link the call recording. So if whoever it is that's receiving this notification, if they want to listen to the call to get more context, they can easily do that underutilized, really, really easy to set up. So just a little ad. If you're not using them today, there's probably a good scenario where you could use them. So let us know if we can help you get those set up.
And those come in via email. You said correct? Correct. Okay, awesome. So just an extra way for, you know, dealers for teams to make sure that they're receiving alerts and notifications if something needs the immediate attention of someone besides the agent without the agent having to send that email because it'll handle automatically via email you said correct.
