Volie 15: Feature Refresh

In this Volley 15 webinar, Summer introduces the session and Haley walks through three product updates. First, the Data Imports page has been refreshed with a new UI framework, including a light/dark mode toggle and an enhanced Enroller Run view that now displays a prominent “Why Excluded” column, making it easier to diagnose why certain records did not enroll (e.g., duplicate queue entries or invalid phone numbers). Haley demonstrates how to access import details, view mapping, and examine staging records. Second, a new Group Alerts capability is announced; while the backend setup is not shown, Haley explains that dealers can request activation through their dedicated coach to enable multi‑recipient email notifications for hot alerts. Third, the Campaign Heat Report has been updated: it resides under Reports → Campaign, offers filters (day of week, hour of day), direction toggles (inbound, outbound, email, messages), and is now drillable—clicking any aggregate cell reveals the underlying records, such as specific appointments or dropped calls. A brief Q&A clarifies the meaning of “drillable.” The session closes with an invitation to contact reps for enablement or feedback.
Questions this video answers
Drillable means that the numbers shown in the heat report are interactive; clicking on a number reveals the individual records that make up that statistic, such as specific appointments or dropped calls.

Hello everyone, welcome to another Volley 15. Today we don't necessarily have a ton of brand new things to you, more so refresh things that you're already familiar with, and we're going to walk you through those changes and let you know what these look like now in the platform. We've got Haley joining us today, so welcome Haley. I'll let you go ahead and take over.
Sounds great, thank you Summer. Again, just reiterating what Summer just stated, I have 3 items that I'm going to be running through today. First is just Just a refreshed data import page. Some of you likely have already stumbled upon it or been in there already uploading lists, but I did want to highlight a couple pieces of that just to make sure you noticed, just to make a couple things easier to see why we might not be enrolling something on a list. The second is group alerts, and then the third is a couple callouts on our new heat report as well. So. I'm gonna jump into it. I am gonna share my screen. Summer, please let me know that you can see it just while I pull this up here.
Yep, you're good to go.
Perfect. All right, so first and foremost, as stated, it'll be the updated, refreshed view of the data imports page. I did want to kind of direct you there. So again, this is the spot in our application where you may, or somebody on your team may load in like monthly lists This could be recall lists from your manufacturer or anything along those lines. That's going to live under Admin here and then Data Imports. So same exact section as before. As you click in there though, it will be a little bit different view than we're used to. So this is a refreshed page on our new framework. And with that, we have a couple little enhancements that we pushed out with it just to make things a little bit more obvious. The first thing that I just wanted to make sure you guys were aware, as with all of our new refreshed pages, in the upper right-hand corner you can toggle or decide if you like the regular light mode in Volley or if you prefer a dark mode. So that's something I just wanted to recall out on Volley 15 and make sure y'all were aware in our new pages that you do have this little button in the upper right-hand corner. So That's first easy thing. But then within the data imports here, there's a couple things that I just wanna draw out. The first would be if you do have a new list to come in here and upload, wanted to draw attention that it is still the plus icon at the top here to add in a brand new import. Once you click on that screen, it'll walk you through the, the normal progression of you guys filling out the information on that data import. So not much has changed there. So the piece that I specifically wanted to run through here today is if you upload a list and have the question of why not all of the names on the list enrolled, we can kind of deep dive that within this area of the application. So for demo purposes, I did pull up a fake Scott Motors here. We had 42 customers enroll out of the 197 rows. So So I just wanted to show you how you would deep dive and look into why you might not have some enrollments. So if on your list you see anything like that and you do want to take a closer look, you just hover over the imports that you're wanting to look at and you would click this arrow button to view the import itself. Once you pop into— I'm going to backtrack here. Once you pop into that import, sorry, it'll load this screen here with just some basic information on that import itself. It'll give you date and time of the upload. As you scroll down, you are going to see the mapping of that data import. So how we are matching up what your headers are to Volley's internal fields. And then we also down here will display some of those records that went through the staging process. So just gives you a good view to make sure nothing broke on the initial import. You had data in all the rows, so on and so forth. But the piece that I specifically wanted to call out on the Valley 15 here today is this Enroller Run section. So it's right in the middle of your screen. This is clickable and it's going to bring you up the Enroller Run details. So this may look similar or familiar to you. We did have this accessible in the old Data Imports page, but I did want to call out just where it lives now today. And call out now within the potentials tab here, we are displaying an easier to digest and see why excluded, right? Kind of in front of your face here. So previously we still always had this potentials tab and you would see if something errored or did not enroll, but you kind of had to scroll to the right here to figure out what they were failing. And sometimes that got a little muddled. So we did talk as a team and came out with this just why excluded column right up front so that you guys can easily see why something may not enroll. For this example that we're looking at here, I have kind of 2 reasons at the top here. This Michelle did not enroll because she was already in the queue, so we're not going to double up her enrollment there. And then a bunch of the rest of them did not have a valid phone number. So many reasons can be displayed here, but we're just hoping to draw that out and make it easier for you guys to figure that out when you're doing the list uploads. That wraps up this section. I'm gonna kind of transition for a minute here and I'm actually gonna stop sharing because the second part, there isn't much to show, but I did still wanna talk through it. The second part is what we're calling group alerts. And this comes into play for any hot alerts you guys may be sending out of the Volley system to anybody at the team, whether it's a manager at the BDC or anybody externally in different parts of the dealership. Today we have a lot of dealer groups that may set up like a distribution email to kind of scratch this itch if they're needing one email to go out to a bunch of parties and kind of have them linked together to make sure the action that is needed there is followed through. However, we have heard back that sometimes that's not a possibility. Or they just need to be able to have recipients kind of CC'd on an email chain to make sure that we're fully closing that loop for those action items. So good news is, is that is available in Volley. The reason I don't have much to show here, it is kind of a behind-the-scenes setup piece. So if you guys are interested in enabling this for your account with Volley, please just go ahead and reach out to your dedicated coach. or myself or anybody else on the leadership team, we would be happy to kind of walk you through what that looks like and make sure we can start implementing that for your team. So that's more of just a heads up. Perfect. And honestly, that brings us to the 3rd item. So we're moving right along here. So 3rd item here then is another just refresher or call out. For our heat report specifically. So I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen one more time again. Pull this back up. So to show you or remind you where to get to these reports, it is just on your left-hand menu here, right at the bottom under reports. And I'm specifically drawing attention to our updated version of the heat report. So you will find it under the campaign section. We have it labeled Campaign Heat Report. Clicking in that, it's gonna drill you into that report itself. A few things, if you haven't played around with this screen much in the new reporting, which we're, we're hoping, we're encouraging y'all to get over here because it's, it's been fantastic so far. We do have different filters you can still toggle on and off depending on what you're wanting to look at. For the heat report specifically, you can group by days of the week or hours of the day. And really this is geared towards helping you guys staff the BDC, checking when the inbound volume is occurring in the BDC, when you guys are getting out more outbound calls, so on and so forth. So it really can be broken down a few different ways. I'm just looking at it by day of the week here. And then I also wanted to call out that we have different toggles at the top here to kind of go deeper within this report. So if you just come into the report, you're gonna land on kind of the high-level view of your directional totals. But you can transition and look at, you know, outbound-specific direction, inbound-specific, or even get down to like the emails and messages themselves. So just wanted to make sure you guys saw those buttons at the top. And as well as we wanted to call out that this new version is now drillable as well. So we're really excited about this feature. This was something I know a lot of our accounts loved. With kind of the legacy version. So they've updated to include that on the new report. If you need to deep dive into any of these specific stats, all of these squares are clickable. So for demo purposes today, we don't have a lot of true data in this demo account. But say I was, you know, running the BDC and I wanted to look at my outbound-specific appointments. We only have one in here, but I can click this number one. And it's going to pull that up into a nice easy table for me to read. So again, you can see all of the information, the agent that scheduled it, so on and so forth, link to the customer, which is all great information. Another example, maybe I was looking down at the inbound side and I wanted to dig into, you know, my queue drops as a team, right? I could click into a specific day, specific hour if we were toggled into that, or the total. And again, it's gonna give me a list of all of those calls that were considered dropped. So high level, we're excited about it. We wanna make sure all of you are just at least starting to touch this and coming back to us if you have any feedback. But it's been great for those that have used it thus far.
And not a question that came in, but yeah. That was good. Not a question that came in, but just for maybe someone like me who is not in the platform, can you define when you say that the new heat report is drillable exactly what you mean by that?
Yeah, completely. So view of the report itself, you're seeing numbers. If you need to know what makes up that number, so I have 10 here. If I click the 10, it's going to list out What 10 make up that stat. So yeah,
I'm gonna expose me and Wendy. When you gave us the information on what we were gonna cover, we were like, we're not sure what drillable means, but I guess we'll find out. So I wanted to make sure that I clarified that. No other questions have come in through the Q&A, so I think we're good to wrap up here. Everything is live. If there's questions about anything, of course, get with your reps, get with us. Any feedback on these sessions, You know, maybe things you would like to see in the future. We're always open for those as well. Other than that, Haley, do you have anything else for us?
I don't think so today. So again, thanks for having me, and thanks for letting me talk for 12 minutes.
Anytime, Haley. Well, for the rest of you, thank you so much for joining, and we hope you have a fantastic day. We'll see you on the next one. Bye.
