In this video, Axél Antojai Carrasquillo explains how negative energy, negative people, and black magic persist by being continuously fed with attention and belief. He describes "energetic vampirism" where narcissists and overly negative individuals require others' awareness to sustain their negativity. He argues that the moment you stop agreeing with or validating another person's negative narrative, you stop absorbing that energy and break the vortex that fuels it. The same principle applies to black magic, which thrives on the victim's focus on the curse. By consciously shifting thoughts to a positive outlook, you deprive the negative storyline of its fuel. Carrasquillo frames this using a shamanic view that reality is a story; the more one immerses in a negative story, the denser and more manifest it becomes. This is how you get rid of negative energy, negative people, and black magic that's in your reality. The main thing that you got to really understand is that negative energy needs to be stoked. It needs to be interacted with. It needs to keep getting gasoline from somewhere, and that's usually you. We've all heard that saying of like, misery loves company is 100% true. Unless a person is super, super negative, they won't be able to sustain that energy by themselves. That's why they kind of sort of drag other people into it. It's almost like energetic vampirism. So, like, if you're dealing with a narcissist, a narcissist needs your constant awareness, your constant attention, your constant interaction with for them to continue to drag you into the same cycle. If you have friends or family that don't want to shift from their negativity, they need you to continuously participate in their story by validating that something bad is happening to them or that you can't get out of this particular situation, or that reality is super, super difficult to live through. The moment you stop agreeing with another person's constructs on their reality, you no longer start absorbing it. And you're not participating in stoking that energy. You're not creating a vortex for it. The same is true about black magic. Black magic wants you to continuously put your attention on the fact being cursed, that you're being haunted, that you're being, you know, affected by some sort of negative energy. But if you just change your thoughts and you're just like, you know what some this today is like, not convenient, but it's gonna work out. It's gonna be great tomorrow. Then you start shifting the energy because you're no longer feeding the storyline. The thing you need to understand in shamanism is that everything is a story. The more you give into the story, the more that story gets dense, and it becomes a manifestation that you have to live through.
