Creating your reality is literally connected to your organ system. So let's say that you're trying to manifest money, and you're angry that you can't manifest money. That anger is actually being stored in your liver, and all that gets stored in the earth chakra underneath your feet, which makes you feel ungrounded and like you don't have a solid foundation behind you. And in your brain, the amygdala and hypothalamus trigger and fuel the anger that will eventually spread into other organs, other parts of your body, and other chakras. And before you know it, you're in this cycle where you're just like, I just cannot manifest money. And I'm so, so angry about it. And what's funny is that one of the fastest ways that you can get past this is doing a liver cleanse, doing a little bit of a fast, allowing yourself to journal. Write about the anger. Shift the anger that is internally within the body, and you'll see your external universe no longer harbor the anger that's holding you back. Never forget that your DNA is a hard drive.
