Now I want you to think about the thing that you're procrastinating about. It doesn't matter what it is, think about it. Bring it to the forefront of your mind. Now notice how you feel as you bring that into your awareness. What chakra do you feel that in? If you feel it in a specific chakra, that's the chakra that has the problem with what you're creating right now. So as you have this awareness, relax into whatever chakra you feel the most pressure in. And then as you do that, I want you to start squeezing your left hand. Squeeze, squeeze, squeeze. Make a fist with your left hand and squeeze it as tight as you can. As tight as you can. Even if it makes you feel uncomfortable, squeeze that left hand as much as possible. By squeezing the left hand, you're. You're literally making your nervous system choose the hard thing, which is the thing you're procrastinating about. Keep thinking about the thing and notice how your energy is shifting as you keep thinking about it. You might be realizing this is really easy to do. I can actually get this done really quickly. You may not even realize that these thoughts are coming into you, but you don't feel that physical resistance anymore to the thing that you need to do. So then let go of your fist. Relax. I want you to think about the thing that you're procrastinating. Think about the thing that you're procrastinating. How do you feel about it now versus what you felt about before? Now think about the thing that you're procrastinating on. Think about how you can solve that thing you're procrastinating. If it's an email, you can write that email across the day in five minute chunks. Think about, okay, like if it's doing chores, you can make make it fun. Just think about some way of solving the problem, right? Solving that procrastination issue. And as you're bringing that into your awareness now, keep focusing on that and squeeze your left hand. Make a fist again and squeeze that fist as hard as you can. As hard as you can. As hard as you can, as hard as you can. Hold it, hold it, hold it. While you're thinking about the thing you're procrastinating on, Deep breath in. Relaxing your mind, notice how much more tension has been released now. Every time you squeeze your hand.
