What's happening, soul fam? So today I'm gonna be showing you a very cool meditation that, I don't know, it just liberates me a lot when I am in this mode of wanting to be more spiritual than what I can actually be. So sometimes I'm going through these moments where I feel so spiritual that I just feel like this vessel can't, like, contain what that power is. And one of the things that I've noticed that really helps me kind of, like, step outside of my limitation is the fact that I. I'm a musician, and lately I've been listening to this artist called Lyra Pramuk, and I just love, love their voice. And one of the things is, like, we each have an internal voice that is so different than this voice right here. We can tap into it if we allow ourselves to actually emit that. So a lot of people don't even think about their spiritual voice. All right? Your spiritual voice is beyond the threshold of any limitations that you have or right here, okay. In your physical throat. That's why when you work with people through energy work and they're having an internal monologue, sometimes their internal monologue is on repeat saying something negative repetitively, right? And then that just solidifies more into their reality. But what if you were to use that internal spiritual voice to do something like. You get the idea, right? So your spiritual voice is going to be very specific. It might not be anything like this synth that I'm using. Right. It might be something so much more powerful than that. So in this moment right now, I want you to take a second to let go of any of your blockages that you have towards yourself and thinking about what your. Your spiritual voice should sound like. Just know that it's beautiful. Just know that it's powerful. Just know that if your physical words can reach someone's soul, their heart, their mind, and have them make a shift, your spiritual words, your spiritual voice is just as powerful, if not more powerful than anything that your physical words could deliver. And just for a couple more ideas for you guys to think about, I literally, literally will listen to a song with vocals that I love, And I just start letting my voice match whatever I'm listening to. My spiritual voice. So take a deep breath and sing. Let it come from every center of yourself and sing. And I really allow myself to just embrace that energy. If my voice were the heavens, what would that feel like if I sung in heaven, Sam? So that particular voice right there, I really like those chords. Like that, that. That sui, right? So, like, my. My voice here is not anywhere near that, right? But I'm gonna keep doing that sui. I'm gonna keep chanting that in my spiritual body, in my spiritual self, and I'm gonna let it become beautiful. If I first hear this voice, this internalized voice that I have in this physical realm, I'll keep singing Sui, until it turns into something as beautiful and as harmonic as that, that song that we were listening to. And as I continue to vibrate that, I got to let that vibration of my voice overtake my cells, overtake my consciousness, overtake my energy. And then I start vibrating that you even more out into the cosmos as I'm singing that vibration higher and higher and higher, embracing it. And I'm not only just singing for myself, for my soul, I'm singing for the trees. I'm singing for the cosmos. I am singing for every astral being that chooses to listen to my music. Last year, I did a whole series on sound alchemy, on how you can transmit music to other people via alchemy. When you learn how to embody that music now, you're going to learn how to work your own spiritual voice. Because when you have a powerful, beautiful spiritual voice that you can use in the astral realms, when you spell cast in this dimension is that much more powerful. It's that much more beautiful for you. You are an astral being. You are an energetic being. You are a physical being. You are being of consciousness. You're being that is unmanifested. Your power is perpetually flexible because there's so many different layers to you. If you cannot sing well with your physical body, you can for sure sing like an angel with your astral body, with your energetic body, with your consciousness. The physical aspect of our voice is not limited only in this dimension. For the Guides talk to us. Many Guides talk to us in the form of telepathy. But in all reality, the Guides to sing. Haven't we heard stories of the angels singing and playing their instruments? Why do we not play our instruments in the astral? Especially if you're a musician. If you're a musician, recreate whatever instrument that you're super familiar with. For me, it's the theremin. Know it like the back of my hand. Okay, so I'll create a theremin in astral space. I'll just see myself and I'll be in a white void. And then My. A beautiful theremin that looks way different than the one that I have in my room shows up, and then I start playing it. And the sounds that I can make off of this theremin are sounds that no physical machinery can ever reproduce. And then when I take it one step further and I add my cosmic, my angelic voice into this mixture, it's just pure magic. It's just pure. And you allow yourself to find your rhythm within that alchemy. And you own it. You own it, you own it, And you let it sweep you away. As you saw, like, I was still in a trance, and so you definitely want to get there and you want to use music that has vocals that are helpful so you can, like, amplify yourself. Find somebody who, when you listen to their voice, it makes you want to cry, or it makes you want to just like, oh, my God, what a beautiful voice. When I hear Lyra's music, the moment I heard it, I was like, holy crap, this is an earth angel. Like, this is exactly like, wow, we're so blessed to have a being that can make this kind of music here, right? And then it forced me to step back into, like, let me sing with her instead of just singing and hearing the music and kind of just like singing with my physical voice. Let my spirit, my soul sing with Lyra's music. Let it sing in every creation that I make. The ancient Egyptians talked about music and sound as being one of the most primordial, important frequencies to your healing. The cymatic frequencies have been documented not only by the Egyptians, but many other cultures as well. And they're an esoteric text. Everything is vibration. Is not your spiritual voice one of the most healing vibrations of all? Not only for yourself, but for everyone else who's in the radius of hearing that voice? That's today's lesson.
