In this 1‑on‑1 testimonial, a facilitator (Speaker A) guides participant Elisabeth Hoekstra (Speaker B) through an Atohai energy activation session. The facilitator prompts her to give herself fully to the Atohai energies, describing them as part of her anatomy, and asks her to notice sensations, especially in the right side of her heart. Elisabeth reports feeling a shift from a dead weight to a moving, lighter sensation, and describes an overall feeling of being different, more settled, and calm. The conversation includes a rating exercise where the facilitator asks her to quantify her "royal" or deity‑like energy on a 0‑10 scale; Elisabeth moves from no feeling to a 12, indicating a dramatic increase. She also recounts a vivid past‑life vision triggered by the word "royal," seeing herself in a white robe looking out at a multitude of people. The session ends with the facilitator noting the white‑robe imagery, confirming the depth of the experience. The testimonial showcases subjective sensations, emotional transformation, and symbolic imagery associated with the Atohai activation practice.

Give yourself totally to your energy and to the energies of Atohai, which are part of your anatomy. Yep. Now we're starting to activate that. Do you feel it yet?
Yeah, I feel all types of stuff. It's crazy.
Okay, so that. That. But that second that. That right side of your heart area is starting to be, like, move. Pretty much, yeah.
It kind of feels like. It doesn't feel dead. It just kind of feels like a weight now.
Okay, perfect. All right.
I feel different.
How you feeling?
I feel different. I feel, like, different. Yeah, I just feel different. Oh, wow. Oh, damn. It's been a minute. I don't know. Settled into who I really am or something. I don't know. I'm trying to process.
When I say the word royal. If that's like an energy 0 to 10 scale, where was that before 10? Being maxed out.
I didn't feel that at all before. I feel it all the way now. It's crazy.
So it's 10, right? Yeah.
Yeah. I feel like I connected to some sort of different part of me or something.
Like, they want to say deity, goddess before. Where Was that number.
Six?
Where are you at now?
I feel like a 12.
Okay. Awesome. Okay, cool. So you literally just changed, like, almost like costumes out?
Yeah, I feel different. I feel more settled into, like, my spirit. It's weird. Just feel like sense of different. Kind of sort of calm. It's weird. It's not weird. It's great.
Did anything come up to you while you were in there?
You know what? I just. I kind of felt like I connected to some past lives. When you said royal, it just kind of resonated, you know, and it kind of. I just felt. I felt like myself. I almost saw myself in this white thing, and I just was looking at a ton of. Of people. Just like I was looking out at, like, there was million. It was so many people. I just got that.
It was like a white robe almost.
Yeah, yeah. And I was just looking at a bunch of people screaming, like, who am I looking at? Yeah, I felt that, like, speaking to a bunch of people, like, here I am. Yeah. That's crazy. Freaking crazy. Wow.
