F*ck it & Let That Shift Go | Emotional Relief Meditation | Antojai Quantum Healing

In this guided meditation, Axél Antojai Carrasquillo introduces the phrase “fuck it” as a powerful release technique for forgiveness and empowerment, drawing on personal experience and teachings from his mother. He leads listeners through a visualization where each person exists within a personal “bubble” or universe; when these bubbles overlap, conflict arises. By mentally separating the bubbles, the practitioner observes that they lack full knowledge of the other’s reality, highlighting the concept of two subjective truths and a higher, objective truth. Carrasquillo argues that all interpersonal experiences are self‑created—manifestations born from one’s own needs (e.g., loneliness) and that blaming the other is essentially blaming oneself. He encourages logical acceptance of flawed emotions, noting that holding resentment attracts more of the same via the law of attraction. The meditation stresses that time is an illusion; transformation should not be scheduled but arise from recognizing the non‑existence of the limiting narratives we cling to. The session concludes with a call to share, subscribe, and seek ascension coaching.

What's happening? So, fam. So the phrase fuck it can be very powerful. I learned this from my mother. And you can use it in a lot of different techniques to expand your consciousness on forgiveness, on empowerment. There's a lot of different ways to do this. A lot of times we have this limitation when we have experiences with other people about whether or not we can let go of some of the BS that they end up giving us, right? Like the bullshit they give us. It's hard for us to sometimes let go of that energy. Well, one of the things that I've learned with this. This phrase of fuck it is a release technique. Now, this technique may not sit well with everyone. You know, like, not everyone likes that phrase, but that phrase has to be changed in its polarity. It's not always. It can be empowering, it can be freeing. If that's something that's part of your natural vernacular, this is not part of everyone's vocabulary. But if this is part of your vocabulary, this might be a really good way for you to let go of some tension and some negativity that you have towards others and the experiences that you may have encountered with others. So we're in the same room right now. This is a guided meditation. Take a deep breath. Let go of everything that is right now distracting you. Just be present in this meditation. So I want you to think of a person that's caused you some sort of negativity. Doesn't matter who they are. Someone who you can't let go of your negativity with. As you think of that person, I want you to see a bubble around that person. This bubble is going to be their own little personal universe again. You're then going to see yourself outside of that bubble, and you're going to see a bubble around you. And this bubble is your personal universe. When you and this person came together, both of your bubbles were overlapping, right? So you could have a shared and experience. Now, you may have mulled over this experience a ton of times trying to let it go. And part of you might be like, yeah, I know I'm supposed to just, like, not care about it. So you're naturally gonna tell yourself, eff it, fuck it. I'm just gonna let it go. Fuck it. But as you do that, sometimes that memory wants to cling onto you. It wants to stay in your vicinity. And you're just like, I'm gonna push you away. I'm gonna push you away. I'm gonna push you away. F it. F, F, F, F, F, F it. You can work that into your system, but you're gonna push that far away. It's eventually gonna come back. So let's look at the two bubbles. When you guys separate your bubbles apart, you have your whole little radius in your bubble, and they have their whole little radius in their bubble. It is when you two came together that there was a bubble interference that created a salty experience with this person. If we separate the two bubbles. This person's personal universe is not something that you can fully comprehend because you are focused on your personal universe. So there's two personal universes going on right now. Do you know every limitation, every experience, everything that took place in their personal universe, detail for detail, like you experienced it yourself? Do you know all those limitations in their reality? Were you there firsthand? Were you in their thoughts being able to comprehend what was going through their mind so that they were creating their own personal universe that when it came into contact with yours, boof created this disturbance? Were you in their shoes to be able to fully justify this negative emotion or feeling that you amplify occasionally when you think about this person, a logical mind or a mind that is somewhat coherent with their heart would then justify and say, obviously not. Like, I don't know every detail that went on in their reality. I don't know exactly their thought process. I don't know exactly what motivated them to get to that point. I was focused on my reality and seeing how their interaction with my reality was creating the disturbance. But I don't fully understand what led them to having their experience. So can I fully justify my negativity to this person? Not really, because I don't have the fullest frame of the picture. Right? The ancients tell us that there are two versions of the truth and then there's the third. Each person's versions of the truth, and then the third up top, which is the truth itself. If you're looking at it from your point of view, then you're not looking at the truth itself. No matter which way you want to own up. All you know is the truth that happened in your reality. That's it. That's it. All you know is the truth in your reality. You don't know the truth of that other person's reality wholeheartedly because you weren't living their experience. And if you're gonna look at it from the level of co creation, if you only know your personal truth fully, and then you want to extend your personal truth and say like, well, that other person is just a creation of my bigger reality, because this is All a dream. So I created that person to give me a lesson to have an experience. Who are you getting mad at other than yourself if that's how you truly look at reality. So then again, if you. If you do have the awareness to understand that this is all self critical created and that person came into your life because you created that, do you really? Does it logically make sense to be angry at an illusion? If you created it, is it logical to be angry at the illusion that you created yourself? Really what you're mad at is yourself for having to have that experience. Your creation was flawed. Okay, back to the drawing board. It's the moment when you accept then, oh man, my creation was flawed. It's my fault that then you're just. You block yourself. Okay, it was my fault that I did that. Okay, that creation was shitty. Back to the drawing board. I have options. Let me change it and let's refine this and make sure that this doesn't happen again. We. What were the main elements that created this? From my perspective in my reality, what was I thinking about in this moment? Okay, well, I manifested. I manifested. I manifested a narcissist. Well, what was I doing? If the narcissist is just a greater representation of me, what was I doing that aligned me with that narcissist? Well, I was really lonely and I just was manifesting. I was manifesting out of loneliness. I was manifesting out of loneliness. If this is my dream, then I manifested somebody who was going to take advantage of that loneliness. Am I going to blame the narcissist? No. Does it discredit the fact that you had the experience with the narcissist? No. Does it discredit the fact that you never want to have that experience again? Or the fact that like, hey, it was unnecessary? No, not at all. But you have to understand that you self created it, plain and simple. Why get mad at that person? Fuck it, right? If I created it, fuck it. It doesn't make sense to be angry at the illusion I created. It. Fuck. Makes no sense. But then even if I look at reality from that standpoint, where I'm saying, oh, you know, there's each person's version and then the higher truth, right? And I don't know all the details in their reality to justify, you know, they. They fully are in fault. Fuck it. Like this idea that whatever I've been holding onto to justify that flawed form of mentality isn't true. Fuck it, I gotta let it go. Damn. You can even continue diving into yourself like that. And get to a point where you're like, fuck it. Why am I even mad at this anymore? If there's nothing logically stating that I have any basis of being fully angry at this individual and the experiences, why am I doing this to myself? It's when you start sitting with yourself and you start understanding, like, the power of fuck it. Like, I don't know their entire experience. I only know half of the truth. Even if I did know their full entirety of the truth, I created the whole entire thing anyway because I needed to learn something from it. Did I learn something from it, or did I just absorb it and carry the trauma with me? If I carry the trauma with me, guaranteed, I promise you it's gonna happen again. Because you're just holding on to that energy. You're just resonating that energy outward. If you're a magnet based off of the law of attraction, that's all you're gonna get back. You're holding onto the resentment. You're going to have something show up to reinforce the reason why you. You need to hold on to that resentment or that program of resentment itself. If you put yourself in this position of understanding, okay, you know, this energy existed in me, I'm gonna decipher it with my logistics. If I do wholeheartedly understand that something is flawed, why am I gonna hold on to it? The logical mind likes to play this game with you, okay? Where it states that there's some certain things that are logical and other things that are illogical, but every illogical thing is logical at the end of the day. And that's what the logical mind does not want you to understand, that every illogicality is logical to some degree, always. Because that's the, that's the rule of the universe, right? Everything has its polar opposite. So you literally have to put yourself in this position of understanding that, you know, if I can logically understand that a math problem was wrong and accept that, that should be the same level of training that you put to any aspect of your reality where you're like, oh, hey, like, I realized that this, this form of thinking is not logical based off of what I know about reality. So I'm gonna just, okay, it's wrong. It's a wrong answer. I have to, like, accept that, right? If you at one point in your life been proven that your, your methodology is wrong and you've been able to accept that and say, hey, okay, like, I. I have to change the way I'm thinking to get to the next level, then you should be able to do that with your emotions, because you already. You already have that registry of that emotion saying that you can let go of this easily. That's pretty much how it works when it comes to your understanding. Fuck it. I don't. I don't have all the pieces of information. So can I logically make a conclusion that justifies this experience? No. Fuck it, then. My perception of reality has been flawed to some degree. That flaw has been causing me a ton of stress. Whether it's resentment or negativity or whatever. I don't need it anymore. Fuck it. It's wrong. Like, back to the drawing board. That's it. Once you do that, you will find a way to expand beyond your reality in a way that you've never even thought possible. Like a lot of people think, transformation has to be complicated. Transformation just has to be active. You can't transform. Last Sunday and next Sunday, you're going to transform. You can do that, but that's based in time. You're not going to transform as quickly or as rapidly or experience magic perpetually because you're. You're. You're putting your life on a schedule. You're putting your ascension on a schedule. Whatever is placed in time will operate by time. If you understand that time doesn't exist, and you also understand subconsciously that this bullshit that you're holding on to doesn't exist, you're the only one that's giving weight to the illusion that it exists. And for some people, that's really hard to, like, accept and understand. It's like, what? But, I mean, you're discrediting my. My. My experiences. No, it has nothing to do with discrediting your experiences. It has to say that, like, that illusion was something that you created because you didn't know that you were creating it in the first place. And let's say, like, we take it one step further, and you're like, you come from a place where you architected the whole entire story for yourself. Like, that's what you needed to get here right now. So why even give it weight? Why not accept the fact, like, it was necessary to attain what we're talking about right now? To be sitting in this manifest right now of us watching and interacting, like, you had to have gone through that to get here. That's how you orchestrated it. So what's the point of holding on to anything stuck in time? Because time is going to work against you ultimately, if you do that. I'm sending you all of my love.
