Healing Depression and PTSD with RealLifeChange App | Antojai Quantum Healing | Quantum Reiki

In a January 1 2020 video, Axél Antojai Carrasquillo shares how the Real Life Change app helped him recover from PTSD, severe depression, anxiety, and a toxic relationship. He explains that the app offers free and paid options for daily journaling, where users log experiences, actions, discoveries, and decisions using emojis (fire, water drop, planet) and assign hashtags. By consistently recording entries, Antojai identified recurring negative patterns—most notably stress linked to an ex named Richard—through the app’s life‑map, hashtag analytics, and “life flow” visualizations. He describes how recognizing these patterns enabled him to make small, data‑driven changes (e.g., reading more) that gradually improved his mood and wellbeing. Antojai recommends the app to people who enjoy detailed journaling and data tracking, noting its low cost (≈$10) and community features, while acknowledging it may not suit everyone. He urges viewers to subscribe, share, and consider gifting the app to anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, or repetitive negative patterns.

Hello there, everyone. It is 2020. It is January 1, 2020, and I have some stuff here that I want to really share with you. I was kind of cleaning out my phone and stuff at the end of the year here just to see what was there. And as I'm cleaning it out, I found this program that I used to use back in the day when I was trying to heal myself from ptsd, and. And I was like, man, I totally have to make sure that everyone knows about this app, because it really helped me a lot, especially when it came to overcoming depression and anxiety and kind of seeing, like, these patterns that were happening to me on a regular basis. So let's dive into this. The app is called Real Life Change. Okay, so it's basically this app that has free options, and also I believe it has purchased options. I bought this a long time ago. I don't really know if they've changed it at all, but one of the things that this really helped me do was kind of like, keep a personal journal with me everywhere, and then I could mark down the impact that things were having in my life to see what were the patterns that needed to be changed in my life. Because, remember, everything in your life is essentially a repetitive pattern, and sometimes you don't see them. So this actually. This app actually not only helped me get out of my ptsd, but it also allowed me to get out of a really crappy relationship that I was in as well. So let's go into this app really fast and check out what it's all about. One second. Okay, Log in securely. All right, so it starts off when I first started using the app at the very way bottom, which is October 2, 2016. And then we have. On the left side, there's like, the negative sad face. The right side is the happy face. So as you see, like, as I start using the app, there's like these waves going back and forth, back and forth, letting me know, all right, there, like, the. The fire is an idea, I believe. Right? Positive action. The water drop is an experience. The planet is a discovery and a decision that was made. Okay, so these were like. These are like my private entries of my. My experience going through. And you'll see that there are certain things that I feel caused me some negative vibes. I'm going cross it. I'm really keeping track every day. It motivates you to use it every day and mark down, was it a positive experience, Negative experience, decision, action, discovery, what happened? And then you can start really tapping into. Okay. On the days where I was doing really, really, really good. What happened that brought me down to the middle or what brought me back down to the negative side of things. Okay, so one of the other things that you can do with it is not only can you look up the experiences that you had with people, so if you were to flip through this, you'll notice that there's a lot of problems with an ex of mine that I had while I was using this program. And it really forced me to kind of see that every time I was stressed, it had something to do with Richard. Okay, so then let's see if we can find. So then we have a life map as well in this app, which is actually pretty cool because you can go ahead and you can take it and, and see where you've been around the world. When you were writing these posts, what were the most impactful things that were happening? We know we have your life path which allows you to see all these aspects and then really pinpoint what's been working for you and what hasn't been working for you. If you click the explore button and then you type in. If you enter your own hashtags, you can keep track of all the things that really mattered to you during the times where you were experiencing them. As you can see, my number one hashtag is Richard or and my other two top hashtags are onto high and health. So let's say if I click on Richard, let's see what happens when we click on Richard. Apply. So I cut it out and you can see that Richard and I had some really good moments. But there are a lot of like dips in the relationship. Like all those dips. Look at that. Most of my stress was probably coming from that relationship in general. And you can really do stuff like that, like just figure out these different things that have been happening in your life. And let's remove that tag really fast. The life flow. You can keep track of all these really wonderful things and look at all the insights. If you do it on a regular basis, it can really help you. It's got this really cool aspect of having community and giving you ideas on how to use it to expand yourself. I highly recommend this app because sometimes you don't have a notebook that you can just carry around with you to keep track of all these things, but you have your phone on you. So in a way you can not only take the time to make an entry and then see how your patterns are affecting you on a day to day basis. I remember there was one of them in Here, probably was it January or was it February? Let's see here. Ah, Republicans just are just going for it. 2017. And that was one of those things where I was like, oh, my God, what is going on? Right? But yeah, that, like, you know, you can see. I ended up really realizing that I need to relax more. I had to stop freaking out about politics. I had to let go of my negative, toxic relationship. And then I just kept seeing, like, these moments, these high moments. I'm so happy. I've been working really hard to manifest helping others live in happiness and peace. I'm going to go harder trying to. Today I had the slumber, but I'm not going to go and let it stop me. So the slumber was something I was dealing with as a PTSD person. You can really, like, you fall into these deep states of almost like a coma almost. You don't want to really do anything. So I would write, okay, well, today, you know, like, I had the summer, but I was able to wake up and I would look at it and I would use this map to kind of help me. What did I do the day before that made me feel great? Okay, well, the day before I was like, I'm reading again and from the library. Whoa. Never thought that would happen after college. So I started reading and then instantaneously it made me feel better. And then I was like, okay, well, I need to read more in order for me to feel better. And I started doing these small little changes, little by little by little, looking at all the aspects over the course of a year or two. And I was able to change my life, real life change. This app is amazing. It's not for everyone. Like, some people will never use this and it's a waste of money because you don't. You don't heal in this manner. But if you love to journal, if you love to really, you know, keep track of data the same way I do, like, I'm a researcher, so I love to keep track of data and see what's going on just so I can get a bigger picture on it. This is the way for you to go, especially since we're starting 2020. I know some of you in our Tarot Tuesday were for the last Tarot Tuesday of 2019, we're going to be dealing with some life changes. So why not use this real life change app that can definitely help you make progress. This is Ascended Master on TWI sending you so much love. Don't forget to subscribe. Don't forget to comment. Share this with as Many people as you know could help themselves with this program. People who have anxiety, depression, paranoia, people who are OCD or have repetitive patterns that they cannot see. Anyone who's dealing with addiction, like, this is a great app that can help you recenter your life declutter yourself by having something else kind of keep tabs of the things that are are happening in your life. The only thing you have to do with this app is actually put in the entries and the work and then let it after some time when it collects data, tell you what needs to happen in your life. And maybe you might figure it out before the app ends up tell you about it. But this is one of my handy dandy tips that helped me get out of PTSD and like severe depression. So definitely take advantage of it. If you're one of these people and if you just know somebody who's using it, who's going through these experiences, this is one way you can really help them. Gift it to them, get it to them on the app store. It's really cheap. I think it was all of like $10 or something like that. So sending you so much love sat.
