In this comedic monologue, the speaker presents a tongue‑in‑cheek “gay spirit guide” narrative that reimagines the Hindu fire god Agni as a queer figure who disguises himself as the goddess Shakti to seduce Shiva. The story humorously frames Agni’s desire for Shiva’s attention, his jealousy over Shiva’s relationship with Shakti, and his deceptive transformation, culminating in Shiva’s realization that something feels “off.” The speaker uses slang, playful language, and a modern LGBTQ+ lens to reinterpret mythological characters, positioning Agni as a spirit guide to summon when one needs to “perform.” The piece serves both as entertainment and a queer‑centric spiritual metaphor.

Gay spirit guides. So did you know that there's a gay spirit guide for the bajay? You know the bajay? Agni is the fire God in Hinduism. He had the hots for the God Shiva, the lord of destruction and peace. Agni was jealous that Shiva always got the bjay from his wife Shakti. And therefore Agni was like, I'm about to get in on this action, girl. Agni one day is like, you know what? The best way to get into that, like, so secret sauce is to make sure that I change up my appearance, girl. So he makes himself look like Shakti just so he can get real, real close with Shiva. And of course, Shiva ends up falling for it while Agni is in heaven making sure that he devours all of Shiva's snacks. Girl. Shiva's like, something's kind of off here. I never felt teeth before. So Shiva stops, looks down, and it wasn't Shakti no more. It was Agni. So whenever you gotta perform, summon Agni.
