How To Overcome PTSD On Your Own - [What Your Not Told]

In this candid, first‑person video, Axél Antojai Carrasquillo recounts a sudden PTSD episode triggered by a podcast and uses the moment to demonstrate his self‑healing approach. He explains why he chooses to confront the trauma directly rather than rely on his usual Onto High Alchemy energy‑work, describing the internal dialogue, resistance, and the fear of giving the episode power. Drawing on his background as an energy healer, he weaves in Law of Attraction concepts, emphasizing that the episode appears as a self‑sabotage moment just as he is about to manifest a major goal. He outlines practical techniques: staying present, visualizing the trauma as a person, reframing the event as something that "happened for" him, and self‑coaching with affirmations. Throughout, he encourages viewers to apply these methods, assures them that they control their narrative, and points to additional resources in the video description.

What's happening? So, fam. So this is gonna be a personal video just to kind of, like, help you if you suffer with ptsd, just because of the fact that, like, right now I'm having a PTSD episode, and I think it's really important to share, like, my personal techniques to get out of this. So I was, like, driving and basically listening to a podcast from someone, and he basically started talking about a particular PTSD experience that I've had in my life. And while I started listening to this podcast, I started feeling sick to my stomach. I started feeling, like, almost as though I was being drawn back into those memories and in that part of my life that I've overcome now. So it's been over five or six years now that I've. I've overcome this particular event in my consciousness. I haven't had an episode like this in many, many, many, many years. And, you know, it's just a thing to let you know that sometimes there are little things in your consciousness, even if you feel like you've grown and you've transcended it, that when they come back, it's your opportunity to face them and desensitize yourself from it. And one of the ways I ended up curing myself from PTSD was through my Onto High Alchemy program, the Onto High Energies that I've been able to teach to people all over the world. And today, instead of actually going into using that technique, I decided to confront the demon head on. And right now, I'm still going through it, and I. All I want to do is sleep. All I want to do is kind of like, be by a bathroom, because I don't really know if I want to, like, put heard, you know, And I'm just kind of, like, very disoriented right now. And in the middle of this, I was like, oh, you know, this is a great moment right now to share not only what I'm feeling, but also, like, how I'm dealing with it. So I could help you as well. And there was a voice inside of me that was like, oh, just do it later, do it tomorrow, or do it when you feel better. But I don't think that's very conducive to having the ability to kind of, like, really work through it right now. So basically, what I've decided to do instead of doing energy work, because sometimes I feel like when we do energy work, we do it as a form of escapism. And even though energy work is beautiful, it's all of our life, right? Everything in our universe is energy. I think sometimes the most powerful energy work itself is confronting yourself and being in the moment. And there's a part of me that's like, I don't want to think about this. I don't want to hear about this. I don't want to be a borrowing this energy. And this is why I'm feeling this negative resistance. But then at the same time, I'm like, if I can't stand in front of this. This idea, these feelings, this flush of energy, am I ever actually transcending it? Am I ever actually, like, getting past it and saying that it has no power over me? And that's one of the things that I decided to do. I'm just gonna sit in this energy, and I'm going to confront it. I'm going to let it course through me. I'm not going to try to push it away, even though it's very difficult, because, you know, it's very natural, especially if you work with the law of attraction, to basically feel like, oh, well, if I don't cause a resistance against it, then I'm accepting it, and then maybe it'll happen to me again. And that's definitely some of the thoughts that have been happening in my mind ever since listening to this podcast less than 30, 30 minutes ago. And I listened to the whole podcast. I didn't even pause it or anything like that, because it's just like, the whole time I'm starting to have these feelings. I'm like, no, I'm not gonna let this have power over me. I'm not gonna let this dictate my life. Like, I'm in control. These events happened, but I transcended them. And I keep having, like, this dialogue, like, it doesn't have power over me. Like, I've not only transcended that particular part of my life with that PTSD setback, but I've also transcended things that are much more difficult. And one of the things that I noticed is, like, this is coming up in a. In a moment of my life where I've decided to really go hard to the paint with my next manifestation. So, like, I'm manifesting something that I've really wanted to do for a very long time. All the pieces are coming together, and I'm dedicated to it. I've never been this dedicated to creating what I want to go after right now. And there's this thing that's just coming up out of nowhere right when I feel like I'm about to make headway. And if You've read any Law of Attraction books. If you've read things like Think and Grow Rich, for instance, a lot of different major manifestors describe a moment in your life where you're about to make a huge transition and something comes through as a second step back. Now, I could have reached out to a friend. I could have reached out to, you know, a counselor or something, and if that's what you feel like you got to do, do it. I'm not telling you that's. That's weak or it's not the way to go. You need to listen to your body. Me particular being me, particularly being an energy healer and working so much with consciousness across the globe, helping people with all different sorts of issues. I kind of feel like the only way for me to really show up for myself, the same way I show up for other people, is by being my own healer, is by being my own coach and talking to myself and saying, hey, you know what? This doesn't have power over you. Let's confront it together. It's like my yin and my yang are working together. And I'm recognizing that this is coming through because I'm about to make this shift. And I'm recognizing that listening to this podcast is almost like a form of self sabotage to shut me down. And, and that this, this event that I heard on the podcast is, like, still lingering in my energy system. It's in my aura, it's in my chakras, it's in my mind. And the only way I can get past it is by not giving it power anymore. And the only way you don't give something power is by not fearing it and not actually letting yourself be victimized from it. And sure, yeah, it's causing me a lot of, like, mental stress and it's causing me emotional stress and even physical reactions to it, but I'm not going to let it take me down. And as I'm sharing this right now on video, I can feel like my aura is getting a little bit lighter, but I feel still dense. And I want you to know that if you have this opportunity to catch yourself in any state of ptsd, doesn't matter where your PTSD comes from, but you are in control and you're talking to yourself and, and you're saying, hey, I am not going to let this override me. I am the one that's going to come out on top. I'm not afraid of you. Talk to it. Create an image for it, like a person. You know, allow yourself to look at the things that you've done across your life that have helped you progress to where you are now. This is one of the main techniques that I'm currently using at the time of this video. Not to let myself be taken into a negative place where I self sabotage. And then I'm also being the person that's enabling this particular event in my life. The things that have happened to you are not the things that define you or define your future. The things that have happened to you lose power when you understand that they happen for you. And it's very difficult because I was, you know, I've been reviewing it and I keep telling myself, you know what? It's not an event that happened to me. It's an event that happened for me. Because I wouldn't be here right now talking about this if it didn't happen for me. And in a way, it didn't just happen for me. It happened for everybody who's watching this video who can relate to PTSD and needs to hear this message right now so that you can gain your power and you can take it back. So it didn't just happen for the singular me. It happened for the globe. It happens for. For all the people that are looking for this particular answer. Right? And when you can change the narrative and you can change your perception on how something affects you, then you start taking full control not only of your energy system, but of the narrative at large. So I hope this is helpful for you. I hope this finds you well. And if you're looking for any resources, they're all going to be in the link in the description below. I'm sending you all the love and I'll catch you later.
