So you want to talk to your spirit guides. But how? Here's three ways I'm not going to edit the next clip just so you can see the authenticity of the process. In the video, you can use a pendulum, and as you can see, it's relatively still. There's not too much movement happening, but when you introduce energy to it or a consciousness, it starts to spin and it starts to move. Usually goes up and down for a yes, left and right for a no, or it'll spin clockwise for a yes, and counterclockwise for no. The more you stay in this frequency, especially when you're thinking about your spirit guides, they'll be able to move this particular pendulum or whatever that you're using to communicate with you with yes and no answers. The reason why my thinking and my speech slows down is because I am actually trying to focus on channeling the energy.
