Kuji In Mudras Aghora Shamanism | Regulate Your Emotion

In this instructional video, Axél Antojai Carrasquillo leads a solo guided session teaching the nine fundamental Kuji mudras used in Agora (Aghora) shamanism. He explains that these hand gestures connect energy pathways to activate the seven primary chakras, awaken kundalini, regulate emotions, enhance intuition, creativity, and manifest intent. Each mudra is described with a specific hand position, the chakra or energetic quality it targets, and the subjective effects practitioners may notice (e.g., heat, purging of negative energy, heightened imagination, awareness, psychic ability). The practice protocol starts with a 10‑minute hold of the first mudra, progressing to three‑minute holds for each of the nine mudras (total 30 minutes) or longer sessions for accelerated development. Carrasquillo emphasizes daily repetition, preferably twice a day, and suggests increasing hold times to 10‑15 minutes per mudra for rapid evolution.

What's happening? So, fam. So what we're going to be doing here is practicing the nine fundamental mudras of Agora shamanism. Now, there's two different versions of these sets we're going to practice. The first one, which is kuji in shamanism, it's basically used by ninjas. It's also used by Shinto shamans. And it's very fundamental for activating the first seven chakras that you're going to be working with. Okay. So you're going to be using hand gestures. That's what mudras mean. Mudras basically take your hand and they connect different energy pathways that then allow you to start opening up more power, more energy, more divinity, more healing. It really just depends. So one of the most common mudras that we see is this mudra where people hold it in prayer position. And this is them allowing themselves to become in alignment with the universe. This is just an example of one of many, many mudras that exist in reality, but this is one that a lot of us have seen at some point in our lives. Okay, so the first set of mudras we're going to pract practice at least 10 minutes a day until you get familiarized with them. And as you progress more and more in your understanding of the mudras, and you can do them faster and faster and faster, you'll just be holding each mudra for about three minutes each, for a total of 30 minutes. Okay. You're always going to start off with the same mudra, and then you can end off with whatever mudra you end up feeling is in alignment with you. Okay? So the first mudra is very easy. We always start off with this first one. This is going to allow us to activate our kundalini center and our high energy vibrations. Okay? So what we're going to be doing is we're going to be holding our hands like this, both middle fingers. Okay? We're just going to hold it like this. This is a power mudra. Okay? So when we hold this for 10 minutes flat, what we're doing is we're fortifying our spiritual and our moral strength, okay? While also giving ourselves power, letting the energy of our maximum potential flow up and down the spine, awakening the kundalini and allowing us to then really tune into our root chakra, our base, our understanding of self. So we always, always start off with this mudra. You might start getting hot as you practice this. That is normal. You will get used to it as it goes along. So remember, middle fingers are together. You grasp the rest and you just hold that. Okay. The second mudra that we're going to be walking into is the Mudra for Empaths. And, okay, so what we're going to be doing is we're going to be bringing our fingers, like our pointer fingers, like this, right? And you're just going to cross them like that, like you're making a pinky promise, right? You're going to bring them together, let the two middle fingers touch, let the rest of your fingers touch, and then bring your hands inward like this. Okay? And as you hold this, you're going to end up noticing that your energies start purging. Okay? This is for your sacral chakra. This mudra is really great for opening up more energy and allows you to put the direction of the flow of your energy into a specific space. If you ever get really overloaded with emotions, you can use this mudra to clear out your emotions. And you can hold it right around where your stomach area is and face it downward towards the ground. You will start purging any negative energy that you do not want to hold on to. So it's very easy. This is all we do. We hold it sacral chakra, and that's it. Okay, now we're going to go over to the solar plexus chakra. And the solar plexus chakra one is basically holding your hands like this. Okay? So you bring your hands together and you just create one of these. Okay? This is for your solar plexus chakra. This is also going to align you more so with the energies of healing your mind and your body. This is great for anxiety. This is also great for centering your thoughts and allowing you to hit a higher peak. As you hold this, you might start noticing that your imagination gets kicked in and you start feeling a little bit more calm, creative and centered. Even your intuition will really kick in. Okay, when we go from there, we're just going to bring up these two fingers and bring the rest down just like this. Okay? Very easy. And this is going to be in between your heart and your solar plexus chakra. And this is to bring in more harmony and insight into your reality. So as you start holding these mudras, you're going to start sensing a lot of yourself, start opening up. Okay. The fourth mudra that we're going to really be stepping into is this one. We're going to bring our fingers in like this. Okay? We're gonna hold them and we're gonna cross them like this. Okay? Very easy. We're just pretty much interlocking our fingers, left thumb over the right thumb. We're gonna hold this. This one right here is for your awareness. As you hold this, you become more aware of your environment. You become more aware of yourself. You become more aware of everything that is revolving in your reality in general. So then we switch over to bringing each one of your fingers in between the knuckles here. And it kind of looks similar to the old one, the previous one that we just did. But this time we're going to put the right thumb over the left thumb and we're going to hold it like this. This is pure intuition, okay? When you hold on to this, you're really tapping into your higher intuitive self and you're allowing yourself to open up more and more and energy. So then we're going to switch over to holding left hand like this. You're going to cup it with your right. You're going to put this finger on top of the nail and this finger right at the top of your hand holding this. This is the Vajra Mudra. This is to open up more dimensions, okay. And to open up more understanding of power. When you start mastering sacred abilities, this is going to be one of the main mudras you come down to. Okay. Taking a deep breath in. The next one is fairly simple. We hold it like this, okay? Kind of like a triangle. This is the power of your creation, okay? This allows you to create things from your mind into reality. Okay? And we hold that for a minute. When we're done with that one, we're going to put our left hand as a fist, we're going to put it on our right hand, and we're just going to touch both of these like that, okay? That's pretty much all we're going to do. We're just going to hold it just like that. And you'll see another video of me doing these mudras together. But this one is basically for the absolute. When you have come to your full understanding of whatever it is that you're looking for, and you're going to sit down with the full power of your understanding. This is the main mudra that we're going to be practicing. Okay? So the 9R. Okay, ready? Very quick. Number one, okay? Always for power, always for connectivity. Number two, to clear out your emotions and anything that's holding on to you that's negative, that no longer serves you. Number three, for your creativity, your mind in harmony. Number four. Just those right there. Then we're going to go ahead, interlock the fingers left over the right. This one right here. Is for awareness. Then we're going to go ahead, bring these inward right here, right over left. This is for higher intuition and psychic abilities. Then we'll bring it into the power Mudra, which is basically going like that. This is for activating more high energies. Then we go into creation, and then we go into the absolute of your own meditation and manifestations. Okay, so that's pretty much the gist of the nine first Mudras that we're going to be practicing in Agora shamanism. I want you to practice this at least twice a day. Do it three minutes for each mudra, that's a total of 30 minutes. If you do it for six minutes each mudra, that's a total of an hour. But I highly do recommend, if you want to get the highest, quickest evolution in your training, that you do it at least 10 to 15 minutes each mudra. Okay.
