Your brain waves control how you manifest. And it's super easy to do. All I want you to do is look up like you're looking above your eyebrows. The longer you hold this frequency in a relaxed state, you're going to enter alpha. And when you enter Alpha, you can then start telling your brain, your subconscious, your desires, what it is that you want.
