Manifesting Yourself | How to Manifest Yourself

In this solo monologue, Axél Antojai Carrasquillo reflects on a recent two‑week journey through San Diego, Ojai, Mount Shasta, Oregon, and Seattle, using his travel experiences as a springboard to teach a holistic, body‑centered approach to manifestation. He argues that true manifestation is not a occasional meditation practice but a lifestyle built on three pillars: the power of the body, focused intention, and conscious action. By tuning into the billions of cells that constitute the body, one can amplify focus and “manifest” any desired outcome. He emphasizes embodying happiness through physical actions (e.g., staying in bed at Mount Shasta, savoring a new coffee shop) rather than waiting for external validation, and warns against living through screens that detach us from the present moment. Manifestation, he says, requires concrete steps—leaving a job, taking small and large actions—to bridge the gap between intention and reality. He expands the concept to relationships, describing the “sole purpose” as a relationship with oneself, and stresses that self‑acceptance is prerequisite to attracting external love. Throughout, he weaves practical advice (yoga, breathwork, diet, environment, mindset) with spiritual framing (light codes, ascension, shamanic identity), urging viewers to see themselves as already manifested and to continuously embody the states they desire. The video ends with a call to subscribe, work with him as an ascension coach, and a reminder to love and embody one’s true self.

So I've been traveling, and for the last two weeks, it's just been magical. I started off in San Diego. I did a podcast in San Diego, and then I went to Ojai, and I spent amazing time in the middle of the mountains and vortexes. I went to Mount Shasta, the root chakra of the world, and I meditated there. And I cleared out a lot of energy, not just for myself, but for Mother Earth with the onto high neuro codes, the light codes. I went to Oregon, and now I'm in Seattle, Washington. And the main theme that I think that has really stood out the most during this trip has been the power of your body, your focus and your intention, and what you're doing with those three things all the time, not just when you're actively sitting down and trying to meditate or manifest or feel better or heal. Like, it's about doing it everywhere as a lifestyle. And I always teach people onto high means the cravings of life. It means it's a lifestyle. You got to live this life if you want to be magical. Alchemists, shamans, psychics, we all live this life. It's not just a hobby that we pick up whenever it's cool to have our friends over. It's a lifestyle. You got to live this life. And you start seeing how magical your reality is, right? And that's the difference between people who practice law of attraction, people who manifest, and people who actually understand that this is just how the fabric of reality is, right? So I've been really focusing on, like, okay, my body. My body has billions of cells. Each one of those cells, cells are just a miniature version of me anyway. When I get in tune with my body, there's a billion different versions of me that are focusing on any one subject that I want to put my attention to. That's me times the power of a billion squared, right? Focusing on any one manifestation to happen. That's powerful. You are so powerful that you can manipulate the world if you really wanted to, if you got in harmony with yourself. So first is getting in harmony, recognizing the power of you and your body, that you're infinite, that you literally have so much power that you can power a city for a week. That's crazy. And then how you apply the focus of the entirety of you, what are you going to focus on? And that, that. That's something I've learned during the last several weeks that have been on. On this trip of my own home. Harmony and realization is like, if my body is manifesting with my thoughts and with my intentions and with my consciousness. Every step in everything that I do physically is a manifestation if I want to be living a more happy lifestyle. If one of my manifestations is to become happier, I need to find ways to physically feel happy or to physically experience happiness. I. I can't wait for happiness to show up for me to then be like, oh, it's here. And that's one of the things that's been so crazy about this trip, is like, realizing that a lot of my manifestations are waiting for me to take action. Some of the bigger manifestations that I've put out into the cosmos, and I've just been kind of like, when is it gonna happen? When is it gonna come through? I want it to happen right now. It hasn't happened because I've been waiting for it to happen. I haven't been walking towards those specific things. And if I have been walking towards them, I haven't been walking towards them hard enough, fast enough, consistently enough to see them manifest faster. For me, I'm not blaming other people. I'm not even blaming myself. I'm taking an internal registry of my actions and how I'm manifesting myself through my body with my intentions. So if I want to be more happy, what are the things that are going to make me physically more happy? What are the things that are going to make me feel and embody happiness? More traveling? And through this trip, I realized one of the things I really love to do is spend a day sleeping in or just being in bed in a different city. And it's a. It might be a weird little kink or whatever, but I really do like waking up in Mount Shasta and spending one day in bed. This is what it's like to spend a day here in bed doing absolutely nothing. Like, what's that feel like? That's an amazing experience alone, and that makes me feel happy. It's super small, super small. And some people are like, wait a minute, you went to Mount Shasta and you stayed a day in your bed? Like, what? Who does that? That's my manifestation. That's what's helping me embody more of my happiness, is being like, wow, this is. How many people get to do this? How many times have I been able to do this? I might as well feel grateful. I've been really focused on not only just the intention of what makes me physically feel happy, but what takes me away from the moment when I'm experiencing something. Oftentimes you're having a really great experience, and you're like, yes. And then all of a sudden, like, you have to pull out your phone or somebody else around you pulls it out. And I don't know about you if you've ever gone to, like, a concert, but you can be in a concert and it's pitch black. And it only takes that one person with their camera, their LED light recording the moment to make it feel like you got swallowed out of that moment. Like, now you're looking and you're witnessing it behind a screen. Today's society is trained to live your memories behind a screen first and then review them later. Oh, my God. I love watching the video of my kids playing on the beach. Instead of just being at the beach, watching your kids be at the beach and recording it in here and in here. Okay. So I focus on, you know what, if I don't catch this on camera, I don't catch it on camera. It wasn't meant to be. I'm going to focus on being here right now. And one of my manifestations is to embody more happiness. And I'm in front of a beautiful waterfall. The last thing I'm going to do is try to be behind the screen perpetually trying to record and capture the essence of. Of the waterfall when the waterfall is freaking in front of me right now. I can capture the essence by being there, by being focused on the manifestation and what I've been really focused on. And I want you to do the same thing. Every manifestation you want is happening. It's coming true. You may not be aware of it just yet, but everything that you want has come true or it's already coming true in some way, shape, or form. If you want to leave your job, the job that's waiting for you is on the other side. It's waiting for you. It's like, hey, all right, we're waiting for you. Come, come, come. But you first have to leave your job to find your dream job. You need to physically make the action of stepping out of your old job so that you can leave space and open up into transitioning or quantum shifting, quantum leaping into the next state of consciousness. You subconsciously reprogram yourself, you into another reality that gives you the things that you want. The dream job. But you have to take action. You have to do it in small ways and big ways. So my focus has been understanding myself, what makes me happy, what makes me feel like I can physically embody happiness, Making sure that I stay focused in the moment when I'm actually having a happy moment. Like, wow, this is, like, beautiful. Thank you Universe, for this moment, thank you for being in front of this and embodying this happiness. Instead of taking out my phone to feel gratitude later, I'm gonna be gratitude. Now I'm going to be gratitude. Now I'm not gonna be grateful. I'm going to be gratitude. That's a huge difference. That's claiming your manifestation. Every step that I take now, I'm thinking, is this step gonna get me closer to what I want to be embodying? If it's not, should I be taking this step? Should I be wasting my time with this? If it is getting me closer to my goal, I should take it. And one of the final things that's really come through as a part of just looking at the embodiment of everything is that when you're experiencing a manifestation and it's in front of you, are you able to distinguish that you're. You're manifesting that situation right there, even if it's like not something big? Like, I've been at coffee shops and I've been like, yo, wow. I manifested being in this coffee shop. I woke up this morning and I felt like I wanted coffee from somewhere I've never been before. I'm in Seattle, let's go get that coffee. And then when I'm in that coffee shop, I'm like, yo, Something as simple as getting a brand new cup of coffee from a brand new shop, you don't think about it, but you manifested that. And if you can manifest something so simple as getting a new cup of coffee in a new city, you know, something you've never tasted before, every manifestation you want is that close to you, but you'll never taste that coffee. You'll never have that coffee. If you didn't maybe randomly feel like walking through your streets until you found a random coffee shop you've never been to, or you sat on your phone and said, hey, let's Google shops that we've never been to, you needed to take a step to get to your coffee experience. And that's like, I think that's what's been so mind blowing about this is like, my manifestations are here. They're. I'm. I have no doubt in my mind that everything I've put out there is here. It's now, it's happening, it's mine already. But if I want them to be fully manifested in my reality, I need to do my part to make sure that I'm not waiting. I'm not incorporating time and space. I'm not leaving distance between me and My objective, I'm walking my manifestation now. I'm not a human doing. I'm a human being right now. I'm abundant beyond belief right now. I am blessed beyond belief right now. I'm grateful because I'm gratitude, I'm love, I'm peace. I'm my manifestation. Are you your manifestation? Because oftentimes we focus on like, I want to become that person, that person, the next level, this, this, this, this. But you never stop and you look at, hey, I'm actually the manifestation that I've always been looking for. I actually am that person. Sure, that person needs a little bit more, like, polishing here and there. That person could always be better. That person could always be more manifested. But I'm manifested now. If you are live watching this video right now, you're a powerful manifester. You just haven't given yourself the credit. Maybe you had to manifest the next day. You had to manifest enough life force to get to tomorrow, which technically is today. You needed to manifest a vision that you were going to be here for your kids or your business or your responsibilities. You had to manifest watching this video right now. There's something here that's shown you that just because you're watching this video that you can manifest and that you've complicated manifestation beyond belief. But that's why a lot of the yogis come through and they tell you, connect to your body, do yoga, do meditation, breath work, watch your diet, watch out who you hang out with, watch out what you watch, what you listen to. That's all your body. Your body is going to remember what consciousness you program it to. If you're constantly reminding your body, I'm getting blessings. Oh, money's always coming through. Oh, I'm a focus on all the good things. Even though there's a couple things that are messed up right now. Your aura changes, you evolve, you ascend. And a lot of times people are like, I want to become an ascended master. I want to ascend. I want to master the law of Attraction. I want to become a yogi, I want to become a sage. Well, if you want to become those things, you evolve into those things by embodying the states that you want to be in. I became one of the top shamans on the planet because I started embodying that energy. I said to myself, every day, I'm going to be that person. I started reading stuff to become that person. I started practicing to become that person. I started taking risks to become that person. I made myself feel uncomfortable to become that person. I took Steps every way that I could to. To become that person. And now I'm here. But it took me not only continuous trial and error, but also reflection that, shoot, I'm still alive. I'm manifested. It hasn't been all bad because even though some of my manifestations that I really wanted haven't come through yet, I've had a lot of bigger other ones that I've wasn't even expecting to come through. So what are you embodying? Are you your manifestation? I can say, I wake up every morning being that person. I try at least. And you know what? If you're trying to be that person and you're making small strides, you're successful, it doesn't really matter. You don't have to have a million dollars to be successful. You need to have a purpose to be successful. I wake up every day trying to help somebody. That's my purpose. I'm successful. And sometimes people are like, I want my sole purpose to just manifest out of nowhere. But again, just like any other manifestation, if your sole purpose is a manifestation, sometimes your sole purpose is literally waiting for you to say, I prioritize you so much that I'm gonna just be in a relationship with you. Have you ever been in a relationship with a person? And maybe if you haven't, here, here it is. Sometimes you're in a relationship with a person romantically, and they don't care about you as much as you care about them. You're an option to them, and you've made them your priority. And you're like, I want to be in a relationship with somebody who really cares about me the same way I care about them. But you won't make any moves to embody that energy and be with that person. You won't get out of a shitty relationship so you can become single and say, I'm dedicated to my next craft. Therefore, you'll never meet the next person that actually is going to be aligned with you. Your sole purpose is, is like another person that you're dating in the universe. Most people will not get in a relationship with another person who's already tangled, entangled to someone else, or is still trying to figure out what's going on in the relationship, because that's not healthy. I wouldn't get in a relationship with you if you're like, oh, I'm still seeing this one. I've been seeing this one person. We're on and off for, like, the last seven years. And, you know, like, it just never works out. And, you know, but I care about him so much and just something about him. Like if he came to me with that bullshit, I would not give you the time of day. I'd be like, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're not ready for a relationship with me. Your relationship with your manifestation of your sole purpose is going to have very high standards. It's not going to be like, oh look, you're still married. Oh, you're still dating this shit reality that you've been experiencing. Let's get together, I love home wrecking. Your sub purpose isn't going to do that. Your surprise is. Your sole purpose is going to be like, yo, you're still in that raggedy ass relationship. How about you call me when you get out and you figure out what's good. Are you embodying your manifestation? Are you the person that you want to be dating? Are you dating your relation? Is your relationship with your sole purpose real or is it one sided? I've learned that my sole purpose is my relationship with myself and everything that I'm doing every day in any way, shop, shape or form possible and how I'm focusing on those things. If I'm doing my part in small or big ways and I'm aware that I'm in a relationship with myself, which is a relationship with my manifestations, which is a relationship with my sole purpose, how would I want to be in a relationship with myself? Most of you want somebody to date you and accept you with all your flaws and you can't even accept yourself. You wouldn't even date yourself. So that's it. These are some of the lessons that I've learned. I'm embodying myself. I'm going to embody myself. Are you? Don't forget to subscribe, comment, share. Do you want to become an Ascended Master?
