Marijuana & Spirituality | A Stoner's Guided Meditation | Cannabis Meditation | Antojai

In this solo, informal guided meditation, Axél Antojai Carrasquillo (referred to as Antohai) invites viewers to spark up cannabis and enter a meditative state he calls "Kanna Shaman." He begins by explaining why he paused previous episodes and encourages the audience to prepare their joint, bong, or edible before proceeding. The session blends breathwork, gentle hand and arm movements, and vivid sensory imagery to help participants feel "energy waves" flowing through their bodies. Antojai describes distinct sensations in each hand—one feeling heavy like a sledgehammer, the other electrified and blue—illustrating how cannabis‑enhanced awareness can reveal different energy qualities. He references qigong, tai chi, and Brazilian jiu‑jitsu as practices that teach moving with the flow of energy, urging listeners to let their bodies naturally twitch and move without self‑consciousness. The meditation expands into a discussion of light language, authenticity, and conscious creation, suggesting that integrating these practices can lead to a lucid, manifesting state where one can influence reality. Throughout, Antojai offers a free "clarity call" for personal guidance, promotes channel engagement (subscribe, comment, share), and ends with gratitude and love, promising future "Kanna Shaman" episodes.

What's happening, Soul fam. Antohai here. And we're back with another kaneshaman episode. If you don't know what Kanna Shaman is, it's time to meditate while we get, what, blazed or high or lifted or ascended, whatever you want to call it, it all works. You know, we're all going to the same place when we get there. Okay. Now, there's been a hot minute where I stopped doing some Kana Shaman episodes. Why? Because I just felt like I needed to step away for a little while just to organize myself, and I even switched to some edibles, and I was just like, no, you need to, like, really get your shit together. So before we get started, we gotta what? We gotta spark it up. So I'm gonna give you, like, about a minute my time on the video to go ahead, get your joint, pause it right now. Get your bong, whatever it is that you gotta do to get in that space. But we're gonna do some heavy meditation. This is a wake and bake for meditation for those of you in quarantine that need to get it all moving and in flow. Okay? All right, let's get this started. If you're looking for a way to ascend in the fastest amount of time possible, so schedule a free clarity call with me. I'll figure out what it is that's stopping you from getting there, and we'll see if I can help you. It's totally 100% free. Check out the link in my bio or DM me on Instagram saying clarity call. We'll get you started. We're almost there. I'm gonna take one more puff. You best be ready. All right, I'm ready. So first of all, when you're gonna do any sort of meditation, especially when you're on cannabis, music definitely helps. All right, so I like some techno beauty booty music, all right? And it'll go everywhere. Like, I really don't care, but I'm just gonna have it playing in the background. All right, let's get started. You're more than welcome to go ahead and hit this, you know, joint or whatever it is that you're doing in the middle of our meditation. Just kind of try to stay in the mindset, okay? You're gonna feel your body. You're gonna feel the vibration all up in you. You're gonna connect. To your cells, to the weed, to the cannabis. You're gonna feel mother Earth. You're gonna feel your body, and you're gonna start feeling waves kind of like come right and you're just gonna let yourself move like this. This is all I'm doing. And you're going to feel like waves of energy that layer on top of each other. I'm going to do it mostly smaller movements for me because I don't want to rub on my mic. And you can do even movements like this, where you're starting to just feel the energy. When we were kids, we used to meditate in a way during gym, right? We used to do those, like, arm circles sometimes. Well, when you do a circle, feel the wave of the energy. Feel the weight of your hand when you feel the movement and you feel like a weight. For me, I feel the weight right here. If you feel the weight right there while you're doing the movement, connect the movement and the weight together. Let find that middle ground. And you're going to notice that the energy, like, kind of like stabilizes and becomes a little bit wider, not more intense, right? It's just flowing. Take a deep breath, exhale, flingo, whatever is there. Now move your hands up and down, and you'll notice that you start feeling like there's a distortion. Like, I feel like there's a lag between me having the energy up here and bringing it down. Like, it almost takes some time to, like, fall in small frames. That means my matter is heavier than the energy that I'm producing. This is a combined energy between me and the ganja plant. So then I feel that, and then I end up allowing both of my hands to kind of like, feel a different kind of energy between both of them. You might notice that your left hand feels different kind of vibration, a different kind of, like, tingling sensation. And your right hand might feel different. For my left hand, I definitely feel like. Like it's electrified, but the electricity is coming in. The electricity is like a blue color. And on this side, it's heavy. I feel like it's like a sledgehammer, literally. I definitely feel they're both have. They both had the potential to destroy, but they also both have the potential to heal. It kind of just depends on what kind of healing is necessary. Whether I need, like, more stronger energy or if I need, like, more lighter, more electrified, concentrated energy. So I allow the energy and I'll start picking up with my hand, allow the energy to hit a frequency that it's part of my consciousness. Even though previously I was experiencing a lag. That doesn't mean that there's a lag between my consciousness. It's a lag between densities and this thing that I'M doing right now is my fingers where I'm basically like doing that, like, shake as I'm moving my arm around. That's organic. That's just my body funneling the energy. I'm not focusing on doing that. Let your body do natural twitches. Let it do whatever it needs to do so you can keep controlling this energy. A lot of people feel like when you do energy work that you have to be like, right, you don't have to do that. You actually just have to follow the currents of the energy. If you've ever done qigong ever in your life, qigong is really great because it teaches you how to, like, go with the flow of energy. Tai chi is very similar. Definitely. Check it out. You can even do Brazilian jiu jitsu, which I've also done, which it shows you how to be in flow with your body. You know, take a deep breath, keep feeling the energy. And if your body's doing whatever it wants to do at this point, and you're feeling like there's certain parts of you that are dense and they need to be like, released, go ahead, do the movement. Don't be shy. Make it a ritual. It's not self conscious if it's a religious practice or like a spiritual maintenance. It just really depends on how you want to look at it. A lot of people feel self conscious about doing things like this at home or in the morning or out in public. But in other cultures, doing energy work or doing something of self maintenance is just necessary. No one really gets in your way or bothers you about it. When people go to church, do you get, like, judged for going to church? Usually not really. People just know it's part of, like, your life. It's something you believe in. So you need to practice energy work similar like you do a yoga class. It's gotta be something zen. It's gotta be something you do. Deep breath. And as you can see, like, my mind became one with the movement in my hands. And I kind of like checked out. I was present totally still. But the movement of the energy started taking over. A lot of people want to learn how to do light language. And you know what's really hard about light language is being authentic with yourself. That's why all this energy work, where people tell you that you need to be like, being real with yourself, dive into your shadow, like, conquer duality, you have to start integrating. You need to start being more a conscious creator in general, that you're impacting the collective. Right? This is all because of this right here. Like, a lot of us live our day to day without ever connecting to this kind of energy that's flowing through our body. Imagine being at this perpetual rate where you feel like you're lucid and you can control currents of reality and flow with them to make your manifestations actually happen. You can do this forever, literally, if you stand up and you're doing it with movement and dancing. That's another thing that's really, really amazing. I love to do qigong blazed outside, and I just do breath work and stuff like that because when I do that, I can really, like, feel like, how my breath is the breath of the wind and how, like, when I feel powerful, the sun shines or, you know, that I can. I can feel the animals don't. Don't fear me because they can get close to me and they can, like, be one with me. Right, Right. It's a very powerful experience in general. So sending you a ton of love. Thank you for watching. Subscribe, Comment, Share Definitely put a comment down low saying like, omg, if you really, really dug it, because I can make more videos like this. And if you have any other suggestions, post those videos below. I do want to hear your suggestions and make some stuff. Send you lots of love. I'll see you in our next Kenneth Shaman episode.
