In this guided session, Axél Antojai Carrasquillo leads participants through the Orgasmic Bliss Mudra, a hand gesture shaped like a heart that is combined with specific breathwork, posture, and the Om Kalika Tantrika mantra repeated 108 times. The instruction details how to form the mudra—fists with thumbs touching, fingers interlaced knuckle‑to‑knuckle, pinky curled—while keeping the soles of the feet together and the spine straight. Practitioners are prompted to exhale negative energy, allow the flow of energy through the feet, hands, and spine, and synchronize the mantra with the mudra, using either vocalization or silent repetition, optionally aided by a mala. The session emphasizes the activation of kundalini and higher root chakra protection, describing sensations such as heat spreading to the crown, fluctuating vocal tones, and a deep alchemical experience. After completing the mantra cycle, the practice concludes with a release sequence: opening the fingers, uncurling the feet, and letting the tongue relax, followed by a grounding breath. The overall tone is instructional and supportive, encouraging participants to move at their own pace and to cultivate personal alchemy through breath and sound.

So we're going to practice the orgasmic bliss Mudra. And it's pretty simple.
You're going to grab your hands as a fist.
Okay? You're going to open up your thumbs, and your thumbs are always going to be touching like this. When we do the full Mudra or the hand symbol that we're going to be doing, okay? So you're always going to have them touching like that. From this angle, you're going to grab your index finger. Your index finger is going to touch on this finger first half on each side. With your middle fingers, they're going to touch on this half for each side, the second half for your ring fingers. They're just going to end up touching knuckle to knuckle, and your pinky is going to be curled all the way in. Okay?
So it sort of looks like a.
Heart when you're holding onto this mudra. So.
So two fists forward.
Thumbs touching each other, first part touching its first, second part touching the second. And as you can see, it looks like a heart again. And once you can hold this comfortably, you'll be able to combine this with specific mantras that will open up very special energy centers for your kundalini and higher root chakra protections.
So it's really important that you combine the soles of your feet together for.
This mudra as it is part of the Mudra.
Okay, once you have that set up, then I want you to do the hand portion of the orgasmic bliss. And I want you to sit down with a straight spine. Make sure that you fall comfortably into your body and breathe out anything negative that may come up. Do not get caught up in any of the thoughts that come up. Okay? Let the energy flow through your feet and flow through your hands, flow through your spine.
All right, so we're going to go ahead and we're going to put ourselves.
Into position, balancing both of our legs.
We're going to do the hand mudra, the orgasmic bliss.
Put ourselves in that position.
We're going to hold this and we're going to do the Om Kalika Trantrika mantra 108 times. Okay, so we're going to take a deep breath, straight spine. Relax your mind. Take your time with this. At first, it might take you a while to get this mantra in this.
Position just right, but once you get.
Accustomed to it, you'll be a. Okay, you'll do this super fast. So take a deep breath. Remember, your breath is always going to be your best friend. Doesn't matter if it's emotional mental Physical or spiritual, whatever is negative, you're going to breathe it out with your breath. Some breasts require inhale, some breasts require an exhale that are longer than your normal breaths. They also require sound sometimes. So. So this is about 108 repetitions of this mantra, Om kalika trantrika, with the orgasmic bliss mudra. While we just go ahead and connect to that energy, this is going to open up your kundalini and you're going to feel like you get hot. I definitely got hot and I could definitely feel the top of my head kind of like almost as I was taking a hot shower. So it's one of those things that you want to take your time with. You want to be very comfortable with yourself. You want to be alone and remember to breathe. Sometimes when you end up doing the vibration of the mantra out loud, it hits you a little bit more than when you're just doing it at a lower level. Sometimes you're going to notice that you get really accustomed to the mantra and you start saying it really low and. And then all of a sudden you start saying it really high again. Go with the flow. Express yourself. Your alchemy is the most precious alchemy. So you have to work with yourself to open up your kundalini. When you're done doing this meditation, what you end up doing is you open up your fingers first, you let go of your feet, and then you end up letting go of your tongue as well from the roof of your mouth. And you just take a deep breath, you relax, you let yourself get centered. And I did the mantras with the help of my cameraman here, which you could use a mantra mala if you wanted to. You can use a mala to just Keep track of 108 repetitions. Some people are really good at doing so with their mind just in their head. Whatever works for you. It is a little bit more difficult to do it with a mala if you are holding the mudra. You don't necessarily have to hold the mudra, but for the highest effect possible, you do want to be holding the mudra while doing the meditation itself. I'll see you in our next lecture.
