Hello there, everyone. So we are going to start off doing the next binaural beat training, which is the moon sexual magic at 210 hertz. All right, so we're gonna pick up the, the pace a little bit here, and I'm gonna play it again on my binaural beats. My binaural beats on these bone conducting headphones. So I decided to do this episode a little bit differently just because I know there are certain members in our group that might be going through life changes where they can't do some of these standing up movements. Whether you're dealing with a lot of pain or you're perhaps going through pregnancy, this is our community. So I just wanted to make sure that I was giving you guys the best options possible so you guys can thrive in any situation that you're in. Okay. So the moon is very tied to the subconscious, to these aspects of our sexuality, our divine feminine. Okay, take a deep breath. Sitting down on a chair, putting your feet flat on the ground. Let's begin. Okay, I'm gonna start grabbing some earth energy like we did with the Kundalini. And as we grab it, we let go of any rigidity, any restrictions that we're holding on to, and. We'll let that energy kind of soak in, come into us. Now we're going to put our hands together like this. Okay. This is us uniting the energy circuit between our yin and our yang. The left side female, the right side, male. Okay, so when we do this, we're trying to balance these energies. We're going to put it at our heart center. We're going to let the energy circulate here. We're going to ask the energy to connect us to the moon. Take a deep breath and remember to breathe out anything that does not serve you at any point. Doesn't matter if it's mental, physical, physical, spiritual or emotional. Slowly allow your hands to start going up at their own pace. As we connect more and more to this moon energy, And we're going to allow ourselves to connect to the frequency that this binaural beat is playing. And all I'm doing is I'm giving my body full control so it can show me where this energy is rising, where it's going. To be it. Now, deep breath. We're going to grab the moon energy above us and ask it to come down, showering us down, and you can bring that energy slowly. Since this frequency is sexual moon magic, you may be feeling it in your root chakra, your sacral chakra. It may be enticing you sexually give in to that. Take another deep breath. Deep breath. Now from the root chakra, we're going to put our hands like this, like a bowl, and summon more moon energy, moon sexual energy from the bottom of our root chakra all the way back up and give yourself into it. Relax into it. Let your hands guide you and talk to that is strong. You where this energy is, where it's rising. Deep breath. And again. Once we get to the top, shower yourself down with moon energy. Feel the blessing of the moon. Feel how it's connected to every portion of your body in terms of water. When the moon changes the tides of the planet, it also manipulates our own water structure. That means the moon is heavily interacted into your water system. So let us put our hands down on our knees right here and call upon the moon energy that resides naturally within our water cells. Give yourself to it. Just like a nap. You turn it on, you set it and you forget it. And soon you'll feel something vibrating across your body at a very subtle level. This is the moon energy inside of your water cells. Let us reach up, back up into the sky. Today is going to be the full moon. What a beautiful time to do this. Now grabbing up into the full moon, taking a deep breath and showering yourself down with this energy of this new moon. It's not the new moon, it's a full moon. Sorry. Sounds like we are summoning rain. It was nice and sunny before I started this moon meditation. With some clouds coming out, we're gonna be summoning water in a few minutes. And if I end up stopping this audio, this video, it's because the water came. Don't be surprised when things like this happen. Now we're going to start doing these circular motions with our hands. Summoning in the rest of this moon energy into our system. Opening up our chakras to the moon magic. The moon sexual energy of this magic potential. Absorbing it, becoming one with it. And then we're going to install a little bit of it in each chakra. Ready? Quickly, before the rain comes. Grabbing it once into the solar, the crown chakra. Deep breath. Grabbing it again into the third eye. Grabbing it again. Into the throat chakra. Grabbing it again. Into the heart chakra chakra. Grabbing it again. Into the solar plexus. Grabbing it again. Into the sacral. One more time. Into the root. And this final movement from Mother Earth for our Mother Earth chakra, for we are Mother Earth. You can post it right at your knees and let it travel down. Let's take a moment to connect with the gods of the moon. The masters of the moon. Diana, Thoth, purification, snow, water. We are just a vibration of the elements. I am the moon. The subconscious. I am the water of the cosmos. I am nothing more than this divine element. I am sexual energy. I am sexual power. Then we're allowing our hands to feed in to the subconscious all this moon energy, feed in all of the consciousness, moon energy into the right side and meeting it here at the heart chakra, we have two centers of energy fusing us with divinity, with the mysticism. The Elders. Take a deep breath. We are grateful. We are grateful. We are grateful. And now, within each one of our chakras, we summon today's full moon.
