In this 10‑minute guided meditation, Antojai Axél Carrasquillo welcomes listeners into a morning practice centered on self‑gratitude and shadow‑work. He begins with a casual, personal introduction, then guides the audience through breath awareness, gentle stretching, and hand‑positioning to stimulate the heart and vital energy. Listeners are invited to notice tension in their chakras, to acknowledge both light and darkness, and to reframe negative emotions through gratitude. The meditation emphasizes the concept of a personal "universe"—a mental space where positive and negative energies coexist—and encourages participants to rewrite neural patterns by verbally affirming qualities such as kindness, trustworthiness, and generosity. Practical prompts include writing down any thoughts or sensations that arise, changing language (e.g., replacing "nice" with more specific virtues), and allowing natural bodily releases (yawns, sounds) as energy discharge. Anecdotes about a past guru who encouraged farting during meditation and references to Reiki illustrate the idea that releasing unwanted energy can be therapeutic. The session concludes with a reminder that true change starts internally, that darkness can be embraced rather than avoided, and that the practice can serve both as a morning energizer and a sleep aid.

Good morning, friends. I just woke up and like this speed motion to remind myself that I needed to be here. So I'm still like kind of awakening. Give me two seconds because it's kind of cold. And I apologize that I am late so I can turn on the light in here. I woke up and I was like, oh my God, it's 807. I'm like, holy crap. Hopefully you all have an amazing day. So far, Man. Sorry, I couldn't find my tripod. I just literally got up and I was like, oh my God. Go be there right now. All right, you guys. So what we're going to do is just meditate. As you can see, it's pretty dark outside. If you just woke up like me, just focus on self gratitude for today. So I just like to like sit down in the morning and I first thank my universe. I don't think the universe, I think my universe. And then I let my energy just rise it. Usually I try to let go of anything. Since you wake up and you have like a clear mind, like you pretty much aren't focusing on anything. I usually try to let go of the anger or the fear or the anxiety, whatever's there. I just try to sit in blankness. Today we're focusing on self gratitude. So all you're doing is focusing on reasons to be gratitude. Grateful for yourself. This is a great trust exercise for everyone who has a hard time trusting themselves others. It. I let myself connect to earth while I feel this self gratitude. And as you do this, if you feel like you have to breathe out anything, you have to write something, just do it. Let it come through. No judgments. Just be grateful for whatever shows up because you're talking to yourself. It. One of the things I want you to do during 2021 is not really focus on healing yourself anymore. Sometimes you're gonna find that, yeah, you're gonna still be healing yourself. But if you just harness yourself, that's better than healing. What are you grateful about? Yourself. When you stretch while you're doing these kinds of meditations, you throw the energy in places where your body isn't receiving it. You don't have to stretch the way that I'm stretching. It's important to use your breath. If you're waking up. With me, I like to hold my fingers like this. Sometimes I'll even hold them like this. This is for your heart. This is for vital. Another thing I want you to focus on. While you focus on your self gratitude, think about why other people would be grateful for you. As you're doing this. I want you to feel tension that might be in your chakras. I tend to pay attention to this when I wake up. When I find tension, I let it tell me things. Sa. If you're having a hard time connecting to the I am, connect to the I feel or the I attract, I grow. If you feel a warp tunnel or a ton of energy opening up around you. This is what I was talking about in our post. When we just meditate in our own personal universe. In a unified universe, our energies amplify. I also want to say thank you for those of you that were waiting. There's a blue jay outside singing. As you sit here in self Gratitude. What are you grateful for? Gratitude lets us rewrite our brains and our reality. You might have noticed that as you're doing this, your brain naturally started saying I'm grateful for the good I've put out in the world and other things. Embrace them, own them, don't just hear them. That empowers you. It makes you value yourself, makes you see your self worth. If you're doing this at a high intention, you'll start feeling that your spine starts opening. And I just got a download. Be even grateful for your own darkness. A lot of times we're not even grateful for that, but that's part of our nature when we stop running from it and we show gratitude. If we can rewrite our brains with gratitude, can we not rewrite the darkness so that it works with us? We can never escape the darkness. Why not team up with it? The darkness doesn't have to choose to do evil, But equally don't ignore the light. Be grateful for the darkness authentically, for everything that it is your darkness. Remember, we're focusing on our universe. My universe, your universe, my darkness, your darkness, my light, your light. Focus on you. Let your body do whatever it needs to do. As you do this, sometimes you yawn. You notice it's not a normal yawn. It's like this pent up energy, this that needs to come out of your mouth. I had a guru one time when I was about like 20 who used to fart all the time when he was doing meditations and he would encourage people to fart because he said it was the release of negative energy. We do the same thing when we do Reiki. People start crying onto high. People start twitching. If you find yourself being grateful for being nice or nice person, I want you to change that word. Nice means ignorant. Change it to I am grateful that I am kind. I am trustworthy. That I'm generous. To one last really major self gratitude action. It. And then just stop. I just want you to sit in the presence of this. Now's a good time. If you haven't been doing it already, where you've been, should be writing down the things that came through. If you're someone like myself, I tend to remember everything somehow. And as you settle into this, you're going to feel like waves. You're going to feel like you're pulsating outward or you're expanding or something. Something around you has changed. This is an indication that you've manipulated your energy to now produce self gratitude. When you start producing self gratitude towards your internal universe, you change a lot of things. In reality, it always starts with you. Everyone wants to change reality by changing the external first. And that's not how it works. Lately I've downloaded, especially last night, I downloaded this file that told me your universe is positive and negative. If you look at your universe as though you were an alien going into your universe, not the universe, your universe, what would be the laws that govern that universe authentically? Would that universe only be light, sugar and gumdrops? You know what I mean? Or would it be. Would it have its polarity of being positive and negative? And what is negative? Is it darkness instead of negativity? And then it, it allowed me to see. Okay, well that's not. Let's not demonize ourselves. Like, let's not even run away from things anymore. Let us confront this. And in a way, today was a shadow work meditation. But we didn't go into it thinking about shadow work. We went into it saying, I'm grateful for myself. And then that showed you all these other things that were happening in your reality. So this is just one of many different kinds of meditations that I'm going to try to do in the morning. I meditate a lot. And like, maybe I can help you meditate and reach these heights, especially if you're doing this in the morning. If you need to do this in the morning, there's a replay. But yeah, I'm sending you all my love. Good morning. If you're waking up and good day, if you're already halfway through, good night if you're going to sleep. This is a great way to fall asleep anyway. And I will see you tomorrow. Talk to you later.
