In this motivational monologue, Axél Antojai Carrasquillo explains how the way you talk to yourself shapes your ability to manifest desired outcomes. He argues that using second‑person (“you”) self‑talk mimics a personal coach, making the brain process the messages more effectively, especially for those who feel lonely. He traces the origin of the internal critic to childhood influences and demonstrates how reframing that voice into supportive, collaborative language serves as an unconscious inner‑child healing practice. The speaker then outlines a strategic approach for ambitious goals—such as becoming a millionaire—by phrasing affirmations in the “you are” format rather than “I am,” to avoid lying to the subconscious and instead negotiate with it to feel safer and more motivated. He links this linguistic shift to a neuroscience view that the subconscious cannot distinguish internal from external reality, so consistent supportive dialogue rewires neural pathways, aligns personal vibration, and drives manifestation. The talk concludes with a call to action, offering one‑on‑one coaching for those who want personalized guidance, and encourages viewers to follow for more content.

The way you talk to yourself literally dictates how manifestation is going to work for you. If you literally pretend to be your own coach and you talk to yourself in the you format so you can do this, you're powerful. Instead of I can do this, I'm powerful. It works better for your brain, neuroscience wise, especially if you're somebody who feels lonely. Often by talking to yourself in the you format, you feel supported by something greater than yourself. And what's even better is that since you're talking to yourself, there's a part of you that rewires that you're never going to let yourself down. And what's really interesting is that the internal voice that you have comes from other people, like your parents or, you know, a co worker, something. But that voice that's always beating you down is not technically yours. Every time I used to do something wrong, I used to call myself stupid. And I realized that that came from my childhood, from one of my parents. So when I did something wrong, I started changing the narrative of like, oh, you're so stupid into oh, okay, this is a learning experience. We're about to figure this out. We're gonna get through it together. You got this. You don't have to worry about anything. You're gonna get through this literally by just doing that. I started doing some inner child healing without even realizing it. Then insight on my parents trauma that all spiraled into being more productive and actually having a better outlook on life and being more successful overall. Your subconscious mind can't tell the difference between your internal reality and your external reality. So when it hears dialogue, it's just going to record it, no matter whether it's coming from you or something else. And the thing is, you need to be strategic with your comments. If your goal is to become a millionaire, you have to start saying things like, you're totally capable of becoming a millionaire in the next two years. You can do this. I believe in you. You're so good at solving problems like a millionair. And notice that I'm not using the affirmation format of like I am a millionaire. You are a millionaire. No, because that would be a lie. And your subconscious is going to kind of sort of absorb it, but not fully. You want to just coach your subconscious into knowing what is going to make it feel better. Your subconscious is only ever trying to feel better and feel safer. So if you can negotiate with it and be like, you know what, we're going to feel better, we're going to feel safer once we're a millionaire, you're going to become a millionaire. You're so powerful, the millions are just around the corner. Your subconscious is going to start focusing on that. It's going to rewire your entire anatomy to align to the frequency and the vibration that manifests that for you. You need to understand how your brain is telling your body what to vibrate, which is then telling reality what to manifest. Every other ritual or process for manifestation really just boils down to this. You can waste years trying to figure it out, or you can literally just take my advice and change your life next 90 days. And if you need help, just work with me one on one. But realize nothing changes until you change your relationship with yourself. Not your relationship with the manifestation, but your relationship with you manifesting the thing like and follow for more until. Hi.
