How Health Experts Are Using Delphi to Engage 24/7

In a live Mindshare Summit‑style session, Dr. Elisa Song introduces Dara Lajevardian, CEO and co‑founder of Delphi, a platform that creates personalized digital "clones"—AI‑driven chat, voice, and video agents that embody a creator’s knowledge, tone, and appearance. Dara explains the motivation behind the technology, recounting how he built a clone of his late grandfather to preserve wisdom. He then outlines the core value proposition: scaling one‑on‑one expertise without time limits, reducing support costs, increasing trust through transparent citations, and delivering mass‑personalized interactions across languages and channels. The demo walks through the product workflow—defining goals, uploading diverse data (blogs, videos, voice, transcripts), creating instances for different audiences, testing, and deploying clones via QR codes, website widgets, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, and more. Safety mechanisms such as strictness scores, clone quality scores, custom instructions, guardrails, data ownership guarantees, and HIPAA‑aware practices are detailed. Dara showcases live interactions with clones of public figures (JJ Virgin, Brendon Burchard, Joe Polish) and answers a broad Q&A covering language support, outdated content handling, monetization models, privacy incidents (political clone misuse), and future roadmap items (Mighty Networks, Instagram, Zoom integration, proactive follow‑ups). The session emphasizes that clones act as interactive artifacts—extensions of a creator’s mind that can handle lead qualification, content creation, customer support, and internal decision‑making while freeing the human expert for high‑value activities.

It's great to see you guys. Hope you guys had a good lunch. I see a lot of familiar faces and some new faces, so looking forward to meeting everyone this weekend. I am Dr. Elisa Song. I'm an integrated pediatrician. I have a brick and mortar in San Francisco, and I'm the founder of my online platform Healthy Kids Happy Kids, where I teach parents and kids and practitioners how to help kids thrive in our modern world. So I am honored to be here introducing Dara. I will be in the same room, guys. If anyone is interested in writing a book, want to elevate their book, I'm going to be giving a workshop here on how to launch a national bestselling book without a PR firm and without a big marketing budget. But we are here now to introduce Dara Lardevajian. Right? I said that right? Oh no, I said it right the first time. Dara Lajevardiyan.
Okay.
Well, let me ask you guys, how many of you guys in your programs, your memberships, your brick and mortar, online, you know, online courses have wished that you could have a clone of yourself that could comb through every single bit of presentations, data, podcast interviews, um, articles, blogs that you've written and answer questions for you, right? Anyone?
Right?
Without you having to be there, right? With you trusting that it's your knowledge and it's pulling from every single thing that you could imagine that you've created, right? Because sometimes we've created some awesome things, but we forget. Like 8 years later, you look at this presentation like, wow, that was good, right? But you forget, you forgot that you wrote it, right? So So I'm really excited to share Dara and Delphi, and Andrew is in the back there. Super, super great folks. I'm gonna read you, I actually went onto Dara's clone, okay? Because now with Delphi, you can have a clone of yourself and you can have multiple variations of your clone to speak with your practitioner audience, to speak with your parent audience, to speak with, you know, a brand new audience to you. So you could have different clones of you and decide which of your information you want that instance of your clone to share. So the possibilities are fascinating, right? So I went out to Dara's clone and I asked Dara to give me a very interesting, compelling bio to present to health entrepreneurs. Okay, this is what it said. I'm Dara Lajevardian, the CEO and co-founder of Delphi, a pioneering digital cloning platform. Born in Houston, Texas to immigrant parents from Iran, I've always been driven by a passion for technology and its potential to transform lives. After studying physics and computer science at Georgetown, I worked at C3 AI, then launched and sold my first startup, Friday, before founding Delphi in San Francisco. It's awesome. At Delphi, we're pushing the boundaries of AI to create personalized digital clones that preserve and share human knowledge and experiences, aiming to revolutionize how we interact with technology. That was pretty good. And, and those are Dara's words, right? You could have said that, right? So I can, I can— no. So, um, this is amazing. Whatever you guys create, I mean, think Broadly, this is not just your customer service chatbot, right? Think about, and I'm thinking about, you know, all the things that I've been able to create being part of the Mastermind now for I think my 7th year, something like that, right? Your online courses, your online store with your white-labeled supplement line, right? Your memberships for practitioners or parents, your book launches, your funnels, right? I'm now working on creating a custom children's supplement. It's literally— if you guys were here last year and heard the Shark Tank, it's literally the AG one for kids. So it's coming soon. But my clone is going to be in there educating parents on it, right? Not me, my clone. But I trust every word that my clone says because I've said it before, right? So thank you, Dara, for being here and sharing Delphi with us.
Thank you so much for that intro, and thank you to my clone. I don't think he can hear me, but he did a good job. So before I get started, I know that there is a lot of fear and confusion around AI, which is why at the end of this I'm going to do a Q&A session. So as those questions come to mind, keep those for the end. But right now I'm going to talk to you about how to scale your expertise with a clone. Not a physical clone, not yet at least, a digital clone. The most unique asset that everyone here has is their mind. It's the collective sum of their studies, their experiences, their relationships. And up until now, the way you express that mind has been capped by time. We can all only be in one place at one time. And therefore the people we impact are limited. There are ways to scale yourself. You can write blog posts, write books, create YouTube videos, but these static forms of content don't adapt to your ever-changing audience. They're not personalized. You can hire a team, but hiring a team can be expensive, and managing is not always the funnest activity. And then you can sell your time, but that goes back to our first problem where that business model is capped. On the other side, you have customers and consumers who learn from you by reading your content, maybe reaching out to you, but they're not getting that immediate feedback that leads to a real difference. Those of you who are familiar with education may know of Bloom's 2 Sigma problem, that talks about those who have one-on-one access are able to learn more by 2 standard deviations. So that's not something that's available to the masses. But with Delphi, you can scale one-on-one in a way that's uniquely you, across time zones, across language barriers. And this isn't just a generic chatbot, it's a digital representation of that unique thing we talked about. Which is your mind. Now my clone already did most of my bio, but I want to talk about why I'm even here. How did I even get here? So when I started my first company in 2021, I was a solo founder. And I know everyone here knows the feeling of isolation that you get when you start a company for the first time. You don't know what you're doing. Uh, you don't have, you know, the mindshare collaborative to to help you initially. And I was reading a book about my grandfather, who was a very successful businessman in Iran before the revolution. And I really wanted to get his advice. Not just ask him, "What was the first business you started?" But ask him, "Hey, what would you do in my situation? How would you think about these problems?" And he had had a stroke 2 years prior, so I couldn't really talk to him. So leveraging the technology that I'd been studying for the past 8 years, I created a clone of my grandpa so that I could learn from him and talk to him. And that kind of led me down the path of thinking about how the only ways we can learn from someone else are passive and how impactful that interaction was for me. And how can we do that for other people? And now we have Delphi. And now we support coaches, experts, doctors, CEOs, influencers who use Delphi to scale their expertise. Some of these people may be avail— may be familiar to you, and we may be talking to some of their clones later on. So let's talk about use cases and benefits. We all know that there's a lot of gimmicky AI tools out there that don't actually do anything. We tried to make this something very useful. So the first one is multiplying your one-on-one business. So when thinking about one-on-one, selling your time. It can be a profitable business, but there's obviously a cap. But with a clone, there is no cap. And we have customers raising money to scale their clone like software scales. An example, Matthew Hussey just launched his clone as a personalized dating service 2 weeks ago, and he made $40K in 2 weeks from people paying to talk to his clone. And it's not just the money that's interesting. People are talking to his clone for 4 hours at a time. 4 hours. And it sounds crazy, but you've sat down on your bed and read a book for 4 hours. This is an interactive book that changes with your circumstances.
Does the customer know they're talking to a clone?
Yes, yes, and I'll get into that. Number 2, reducing costs. Instead of hiring overseas teams and training them in your way of thinking, your clone can handle customer support 24/7 so that you can focus on what actually matters. Your clone can capture leads, can qualify leads, it can let you know who's actually worth talking to, and it's at work. So while you're on vacation, your clone can be answering questions for you. Number 3 is increasing value and trust. So like I said, a clone is a representation of your mind, and when you make something like that public, people appreciate that. They get to know you, and you start to build trust with your audience in a way that makes them trust more of you. Product recommendations, personalized advice, your community, and every response is cited based on where it came from. So that's how you know it's not a black box like you see on ChatGPT responses. It's actually coming from somewhere. Number 4, mass personalization. So every single person around you, whether it's customers, employees, your audience, they all have their nuanced situations. So a clone can ask people questions to learn more about them and it becomes more personalized to them. And that data can be used to enrich your CRM. So we have a direct integration with HubSpot, Salesforce, uh, GoHighLevel coming soon based on a lot of requests. And this allows you to scale personalization in a way that just wasn't possible with static content. And last one is internally. We have many people using their clone to make their team more effective. They may not always be around to sign off on certain decisions or create content, but the clone can help them think like the CEO would, and the clone can help them create content like the CEO would. So how do you actually create a clone? First thing is define your goals. Whether you want to use your clone for customer support, talking to yourself, monetizing your clone, that's very important to know getting started. Then you want to upload data. From any different source. And I'll be walking through the product in a bit, so you'll see what this actually looks like. The face and the voice are the moneymaker for many people. So you want to make sure that what you upload in terms of your voice and face is very high quality. Uh, the technology is improving incredibly fast. So there may be a point where you can upload a low-quality video, and it just can make it high quality. You know yourself the best. So once your clone is created, you'll want to test it, maybe send it to friends and family, send it to your team. You can make improvements. You can add instructions that it follows to where it gets to the point where you're like, this sounds like me. I'm fine letting it off into the world. Sharing and integrating. So you can add your clone as a QR code on your book.. You can add it to your course, add it as a customer support widget on your website. You can add it to SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, so it can live wherever your audience is. Manage engagement. So you will actually be notified whenever someone asks your clone a question that it doesn't know how to answer. And this is how you can hop into conversation, reach out to that person, and your clone actually gets better over time. Last thing, driving revenue. So Matthew Hussey monetizes the clone on its own. You have some people including the clone as an upsell to their clients, 24/7 access to me. Or you have people having their clone promote products in conversation. So we have several people with e-commerce stores. People want to learn more about what they have to offer and the clone can make those recommendations. And unlocking insights. So your clone is having hundreds, thousands, millions of conversations. How do you make sense of it all? We don't want another inbox. So with our analytics, you could ask things like, who should I pay attention to? What topics are most resonating with people? What should I focus on in my business based on the feedback of my audience? And that way you don't have to think about an inbox. The clone will help you not just scale your communications, but also scale your understanding of all of those communications. So let's talk about the fears, because I know there is a lot. What if my clone hallucinates? The biggest fear. Well, we have a clone quality score that will tell you how ready your clone is to represent you. And so you can add more data until that quality score gets pretty high. We also have a strictness score. So on the highest strictness setting, your clone will only say things it is trained on. And some of you may be thinking, why wouldn't I want that all the time? I'll give you an example. If I were to ask my grandpa's clone, for example, how would you think about scaling an AI business? At the highest strictness score, he'd be like, I don't know what AI is.
What is that?
I've never heard of that. But if you make the strictness score a bit lower, my grandpa might say, "Well, I started an oil business in the mid-20th century, which was a new technology at its time, and this is how I thought about scaling new technology." See that difference? It's about applying reasoning and mapping it to new situations. But obviously in health you want to be careful, so I recommend a high strictness score. What if my clone is used inappropriately? We have built very, very strict guardrails around inappropriate use. You can also add custom instructions instructions. So we have a financial expert who doesn't want his clone giving out stock tips for obvious reasons, so we added a custom instruction and now it doesn't do that. You can also add custom disclaimers. My data is misused. So there's a lot of AI companies raising at absurd valuations on the promise that they're gonna take your data that you're sending to ChatGPT and train these large models. And that kind of sucks. Do we like that? I don't like that. At Delphi, we took a very, very strict stance that you own your data. It's stored in a private database. We're not using it to train any other model, and it can be deleted at any time. And that's a very, very important thing for us. As you know, you come to Delphi, you have 20 years of content. You don't want that going to the likes of these big tech companies that are raising a lot of money. What if I'm impersonated? So we manually verify every single person that comes through the pipeline. They have to submit a photo of them holding their ID. At a certain point, that's not gonna scale, but it works for now. What if this makes me seem inauthentic? So I think the mental shift you have to make about this idea of a clone is that It's similar to an artifact, the way a book or a course or a blog post or a website is an artifact of your mind that someone else gets to experience. With books and your website, people experience your mind in a passive way, and now with clones, people get to experience your mind in an interactive and personalized way. And I've said this before, but clones augment relationships, and I know this from experience because Every time I get in a call with someone who has spoken to my clone, I don't have to answer the questions that I've answered a million times, and our conversation is actually more in depth, which makes the relationship better. Obviously, I'm not answering questions like, what is Delphi? So what does this mean from end-to-end? Infinite scalability. You have a clone that can capture and qualify leads. Provide 24/7 customer support, make your team more efficient, and potentially create an entirely new revenue channel based on your expertise. And what this does is allow you to focus your most important asset on the things that really matter. And that most important asset is your real one-on-one time. In a world where there is infinite AI-generated content, humans I believe, and I'm starting to see, will begin to put a premium on the actual human experience. Whenever there's something that's scarce, there's higher demand for it. And think about before AI, we had Wikipedia, and if you really wanted to learn something, the most efficient way to do that would be probably to read a couple of Wikipedia pages. But does anyone actually do that? We read books, we watch YouTube videos, we follow people on Twitter. And I think that says something psychologically about humans, and that's we trust things that come from people with real experiences. So ChatGPT may be the Wikipedia of AI, and you can think of clones as the, the books of AI, the verified stamp that comes from actual humans. So you know what they say about live demos? To never do them. But I'm feeling risky. What do you guys think? All right. Let's do it. Let's call JJ in a second, but first let me walk you guys through the product just so— I've been talking a lot, and you can put my words to the actual product. So uploading data is super simple. You can upload blogs, YouTube channels, and it separates it by speakers, so the clone doesn't get confused with who's talking, social media, file systems, podcasts, question-answer pairs if you just want to enter data manually, and note-taking apps. You can also upload your voice, so people can call you, and your face, so people can FaceTime with you. And from there, you can add your clone as a chat widget on your website. You can add your clone as a website embedding in the center. You can also give it SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, all those things I talked about. And one thing I didn't mention is this idea of instances. So who you are with your customers is different than who you are with your team, which is different than who you are with your family. We have some people thinking about their clone for their grandchildren and generations to come. Though you don't want that personal information available to your customers. So we have this idea of instances where you can create a version of you that has access to certain amount of data and has a specific purpose. So you may have a version of your clone that's for customers, a version of your clone that's for your team, and then a version for your family that you want to pass down certain lessons that you've learned in your life. And then the last thing I wanted to show is the Engage tab. So you see all these people that are talking to your clone. You can hop into conversation at any time. And you can also send out updates. So we have a customer, Lewis Howes, who will send out a mass text message like, what are you grateful for today? And people will respond. And his clone takes over the conversation from there. And it's a list of 20,000 people. So that would have been very, very hard for his team to answer to without something like this. So why don't we give JJ a call? What do you guys think? So let's say I wasn't at the speech she gave this morning. So I want to ask about this event.
Hey there, I'm JJ Virgin, ready to transform your health and business. Let's dive in.
Hey, JJ, I am new to Mindshare Summit. This is my first time. How can I make the most of this event?
Welcome to Mindshare. Dive into the community. Attend as many sessions as possible, especially those with top health business experts. Engage with the event directory to plan collaborations and avoid competition. Participate in workshops like Dr. Megan Walker's Million Dollar Model and explore networking opportunities. Connect with fellow attendees to build lasting relationships. Remember, success leaves clues, so learn from others' experiences and share your own. What's one goal you hope to achieve at Mindshare?
I think I might do that. But you see, at the end she asked a question. And she's— you're learning more about your audience. Why don't we call— I'll do two more. Why don't we call Brendan?
Hey, it's Brendon Burchard AI. What's on your mind today? What do you want to improve or learn?
Hey, Brendon, I'm speaking in front of a large group of smart people, and I know you're the master of presentations. Can you give me some tips that I can implement right now to make this better?
Absolutely. When you're about to speak in front of a smart crowd, it's all about preparation and presence. First, remember to breathe deeply and center yourself. This helps calm your nerves and brings your focus to the present moment. Next, visualize the outcome you want. Imagine the audience responding positively to your message. This sets a powerful intention for your delivery. As you speak, make sure you're engaging with your audience. Look them in the eye, and use your energy to connect with them. This creates a bond and makes your message more impactful. Also, focus on the key points you want them to remember. Keep it clear and concise so they walk away with the main ideas you want to convey. Lastly, practice your speech out loud. The more you rehearse, the more confident you'll feel. It's about turning that preparation into power when you step on stage. What specific message do you want to communicate?
All right.
Thank you, Brendan. Let's do one more. Let's try video. Let's see how video goes today.
Hey, it's Joe. What's on your mind today?
Joe, I hear you live in Scottsdale. Why aren't you at the event today?
Hey, you know, I do love Scottsdale, but sometimes you got to pick and choose where you put your energy. There are a ton of events and I can't be everywhere at once. Plus, I've got a lot going on with Genius Network and other projects. What's happening at the event today? Anything exciting I should know about?
Thanks, Joe. All right. So I wanted to open it up to some questions. Ask away. Delphi AI, happy to help. Mira.
Go ahead. I would just start. You said also it helps with integrating into different languages.
Yes.
So do you have like just a select amount of languages or?
I think we have like 30 languages. Clones can speak in any language. We have a setting where it will respond into whatever language it's spoken to. Yeah.
So if you're training it on hundreds of hours of like your own content and there are certain chunks where you say stupid stuff or stuff that's maybe outdated, how do you make sure it doesn't say—
So I think custom instructions would be a good use of that. If you're aware of those things you might have said, you could just say, don't talk about these subjects. Otherwise, your clone can speak about anything it is trained on, but you can use the custom instructions to make it avoid those topics.
How do you train your AI?
How do you train?
Yeah, like what do you need to—
like what does that—
So it depends on your use case. If you're just using like customer support on your website, basic information about your website would be enough. But in Brendan's case, for example, you're trying to capture your personality so people can talk to you. You need a bit more. And something that we're coming out with in a couple of weeks is called interview mode where your clone can ask you questions. To incentivize data entry.
How about that outdated issue that you didn't address that? Medical data changes so quickly.
Right, so we have— good question.
Like Eliza said, like, yeah, oh my, 10 years ago you pull a lecture and you're like, oh my God, that's so good, but it's probably outdated.
She said, what about information that gets outdated? We have a recency bias field where your clone prioritizes more recent information. And we also have feeds so that if you have new content in other sources, your clone will automatically stay up to date. Otherwise, if there's a piece of data that you don't have updated data on, you'll probably want to delete it.
Is it set up so that if you link to your YouTube station, then it will automatically pick up all—
It will get all the videos, and it will get all future videos as well. So you don't have to come back.
Yeah. Okay, so this is super pretty cool. So I'm thinking of all the different places I can use it, but this might be kind of overreaching a little bit. I would use this with patients to answer their questions. What if they ask something like, I'm on this medication, here's my new labs, what do I do? Is that really far down the road or is that a possibility in the next year or so?
If you've trained your clone on how to answer that question, it should be able to. Or if you don't want it to answer, it can just say, "Sorry, I don't know that." It'll notify you and then you can reach out. Yeah.
Yeah.
Good question. Not yet. The big tech companies have difficult APIs to work with. So hopefully we'll get big enough and we can partner with them.
Is it basically, so like, you program it, if cholesterol's high, I want you to, you know, this, or start this, or whatever? Good qu— Can you put in like PDF of labs, or you have to tell them? You have to basically conversate with it saying, send them the report for high cholesterol, low, whatever.
Yeah, you can— I can't exit this. You can pre-personalize the clone's conversations with people by uploading data so the clone knows something about them. We are working on more precise scripting so that you can have these like if-then statements in the conversation in about a month.
So this is one clone.
Suppose we speak on multiple different topics, how would you segment it to make sure that, so, if somebody is talking about AI or something about— But I don't know how to segment it out. Yeah, so that would be the instances feature. So if you wanted to create an instance of your clone that's focused on one subject— hold on, I really want to show this. Computer's frozen. Well, I can speak about it. You can create an instance and select which data it should prioritize in its conversations. And then that will be your clone for a specific subject.
I noticed some of the voices sounded a little more lively than others. Is it only pulling examples that you give it, or can we go directly into the software to give inflection? How does the audio train?
Yeah, so you upload voice samples of just you speaking. Ideally in many different emotional tones so it can learn about your different emotional tones. And then we have settings that you can dial that are specific to you. Brendan paid extra for a very, very advanced model. So that's an option. But the base model that JJ and Joe have is enough for a lot of people.
Is anyone using these to do full discovery calls for their business?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. We have some people who are using it like lead qualification. Send your clone out. On my LinkedIn page, I have a button that says book an appointment and it goes directly to a call with my clone and I can get notified. I can look at the conversations and see, hey, this person is interesting, I should reach out to them.
Hey, I have a question. So I noticed JJ's didn't identify as an AI and I'm curious if you were to ask it, who am I— who is this? And then my next question is, if you are a health practitioner and you are discussing, you're co-discussing with your client privileged information, how is that being HIPAA compliant? You briefly touched on security, but I mean, we have seen examples of security systems from us in Canada failing, data leaks, you're uploading of your personal information, let alone some possible client information. So, I mean, how are—
how is the ongoing—
I guess, how are you addressing those ongoing concerns as you're collecting more and more data and you're pivoting and focusing in more on the data security?
Yeah, great question. If you ask any of our clones if they're a clone, they'll admit it. This isn't meant to be a deceptive technology. I think that the artifact point that I made, where this is kind of another version of content that people can experience, is really how we want people looking at this. In terms of privacy, we store all our data in an encrypted database with AWS. We get pen tested regularly by professional hackers to see, you know, where our vulnerabilities are. I think that you obviously don't want to upload personal patient data to your clone that everyone can access. Maybe you want to do that initially just for that clone relationship, and we kind of put that onus on you to make sure you're not doing something like that.
Can you please share the worst thing that's happened?
Good question. Trying to think.
Definitely a selfie OnlyFans.
No, we—
I do have a worst thing that's happened. I have a worst thing that's happened for us as a company. We don't allow OnlyFans. We used to allow politicians, and that was a very, very bad idea. A politician created a clone of themselves. It was his super PAC. We got in a lot of trouble. Washington Post, hippies, all of that. And lesson there is be very strict about who's coming through the pipeline and to not get involved in politics ever. Literally ever.
This is actually not a question about Bellpipe, it's just something you said. How do you find a professional hacker?
Oh, I can hook you up if you want. Just let me know. It's a common thing in tech to like find these professional hacker groups that have good intent. So like you're paying them to test what bad people might not be able to do. Okay.
I am a native English speaker. When I attempt to speak Spanish, I love to have a beautiful accent. How do you— will my clone sound like me and yet sound beautiful in that?
Yeah, I got my clone speaking Japanese. I mean, I don't know Japanese. I think actually a use case I wanted to share, there is a paraplegic whose wife created a clone of him. And he's never been able to speak before. And with this clone, he said it's the first time he thought that his voice and mind mattered. These people can actually learn from him. So languages aside, it lets you reach people maybe that you wouldn't have been able to reach before.
What's to keep somebody else from creating a clone with your data out there online? Is it trained to your voice, where only you can So on Delphi, you can only create—
oh, you mean uploading through YouTube and all those?
Yeah, good question.
So we do monthly audits internally. A part of our terms of service is to not do this. It's just kind of an honor system right now. It's not something that we can really control. Other than manually checking. At a certain point, maybe there would need some proof of ownership for a website, for example. If you want to upload your blog, you'll need to provide some proof of ownership. But right now, it's kind of an honor system.
So I could take all of Jay's links and put them on my clone?
On your clone, you technically could. And then when we have the monthly audit, I'll be like, that's not yours. Yeah, it's kind of like a good, better, best for uploading transcripts versus— Video is definitely better because we can separate it by speakers and then when it's cited it'll go directly to the timestamp. Yeah.
How does it do with humor and sarcasm?
Humor and sarcasm? Yeah, I think so. I think it depends on the training data and how you fine-tune the tone. We don't have any comedians on the platform yet, but that would be a good test.
So could you put all your stuff on there and have your clone mate and then have this help you? You make a training?
Yeah, we have some people using it for content creation.
Like, would you say that it's an online platform for training?
Yep.
Is that anything for any small websites?
Yeah, it can be used for content creation. I think also a feature we have coming is clone proactivity. So a lot of learning comes from accountability. And so the clone being able to follow up with people and actually push them through that training program, I think, is something that could work really well.
One of the mastermind calls you guys addressed something that was important. Do you have some provisions in place to keep people from querying and training something off of our clone?
Consumers cannot train your clone. Anything they say—
Like, if a query asks questions and then ends up creating some model that will work, you should have a certain limit on questions they can ask?
Yeah. That's a part of the monetization. If I can— still can't get out of here. If I can— if you create a free tier on your clone where everyone gets a certain amount of messages per month, and if they want over, they can pay for overage. So you can create those limitations.
content, videos and content. Can we do this specific to this program and have both of us? Because we both give coaching and— can we have two identities?
Yeah, you could create two separate clones. We also have people who have clones that represent their company brand. If you have more than two people and you just want one clone. It's fully up to you. Because if you try to loop it into one clone, whose voice are you going to choose? So yeah, so you can have two separate clones.
Yeah.
Yep.
It's able to make Reels and videos like following things.
It can generate video scripts. It doesn't post directly to Reels or YouTube, but you can generates these videos that you can put on Reels or YouTube. And then copy my face and talk. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And you can put a script in and it'll talk. Yeah.
I just want to make a comment.
Sure.
So I don't own any stock in Delphi, but I just want to let you guys know, I mean, they are so— what's the right word? I mean, accommodating, accommodative. And if you can imagine it, they can help you implement it, right? They can help you make it, create it. So I mean, the sky's really the limit here. Like last week, um, they just announced an integration with Mighty Networks. So if you guys have memberships, right, and you're thinking, oh my gosh, I don't want to moderate that and that's going to be so much work, well, you could have your clone in there answering as you. I mean, they know it's your clone, um, and then you can pop in every once in a while. So that's amazing. Like the integration with Instagram at some point. That's going to happen. So if you guys have a desire or just have an imagine— thing that you would love. I mean, what I love about working with Dara and Andrew has been so helpful. I mean, he's in the back there. He's been so helpful is just helping you brainstorm how you can make your Delphi clone work for your business and your needs. So thank you for that.
So I'm assuming the instances situation, you could have your clone do customer service on one instance, you could have it do maybe pre-qualified discovery calls, and then you could have another instance of it that's like, hey, ask me questions for my—
Yep.
So at every step of the funnel, top of funnel, lead gen, lead qualification, managing communications, your course, your book, Or like Matthew has here, where it is the product that he's funneling to.
So can you maybe just answer email?
We don't have a direct email integration. But we do have people who have their clone in just the autoresponder in their email or in their footer. Like, sorry, can't answer this, but talk to my clone. And that does the job for a lot of people. The reason we don't have an email autoresponder is because it kind of goes against the no deception. Point where this is coming from a human or a clone.
This is Cassie's book. She hasn't read this yet. There are certain parts.
That's a good product idea. I'm going to steal that from you. Thank you.
Yeah.
Do you get a transcript, if you want, of what kind of conversation your clone had with you?
Yeah. Yeah, yeah. So you can see all conversations. Still not working. I'll show you guys after if anyone wants to see. You can see all conversations, you can hop into conversation, you can see transcripts of calls and video calls, and then you can use analytics to just make sense of it all.
If you've texted with a WhatsApp group or with clients, does it kind of use all the answers you've used on text before or WhatsApp or other apps?
We don't have integrations with WhatsApp and SMS because your clone can say anything it is trained on. So there's no way to filter out private information there. That's definitely something we want to do. We had someone who, when we had an email integration, they uploaded all their emails. And then he called me and he was like, Dara, why is my clone telling people about my private business deals? I was like, you trained it on your emails. What do you expect? So we don't allow that kind of data until we figure out this, how do you leverage data to make the clone better without exposing private information?
So you can't really pick and choose, oh, these conversations.
Well, if you got certain WhatsApp messages and got them into like a PDF or CSV, you can upload them separately as data, just not directly through WhatsApp.
Yeah. And I want to say thank you. We have to phone up. My team got nervous when it was answering vaccine questions, and then there was like some pervert trying to flirt with them.
Yeah, I remember that.
So we kind of got nervous. And so the question is like medical legal. Again, we really restricted the—
Custom instructions. Yeah.
And but would like to use it. Well trained.
I'm going to help you and your team out. I think that one case, perfect example of custom instructions being useful. Another good example is if you don't want people to send pictures to your clone, you can turn off that image. But we also have guardrails. We also have guardrails on the types of images people send now. So even if they did do that, they would be blocked. Any other questions?
So we can read like, okay, so Dr.
Yeah, so we have a career coach and people send him their resumes and the clone gives them feedback on their resumes. What was that? Maybe if you train it to, if it knows how to interpret it. His clone knew how to interpret resumes based on the training data.
Emails through ChatGPT, and they ask, and it still does not write good emails. So this will help my team actually, even though it doesn't connect email, it'll help them write it more in my voice, right?
Yeah, you can change the purpose to be optimized towards content creation. I would say the thing we're best at, just transparently, is communications and learning. But we have had customers who have kind of tweaked it to make it really good at content creation as well.
Can you take Zoom meetings for me?
Not yet. It is coming. Can it take Zoom meetings for me? Not yet. So it seems like that's all the questions, but—
oh.
Yeah, yeah, people can call it fully. We have a booth out there if you guys have questions. This is a new field. I know it feels like a lot, but I put this kind of visualization here because You know, we've constantly created new ways to scale our thoughts—cave drawings, books, uh, YouTube, podcasts—and now we have something that can scale in a personalized and interactive way, which is great for the end user because I think TikTok and Reels is kind of ruining attention span and people can't really sit down and read a 400-page book anymore, but apparently they can sit down and talk to a clone for 4 hours, so I think this is really the next wave of content, and I'll be here for the next two days, so happy to answer any questions or give you guys personal demos of the product. Thank you.
