Lisa Berberine and Apple Cider vinegar When to take in best times of Day so I don't know if there is a best time of day in the absence of any eating. My suggestion is you take it before you eat your starchiest meals of the day. So importantly, if you are eating meals of just protein and fat, then I would say you don't need to worry about those at all. Although I am just such an advocate of apple cider vinegar in general, just I'm an advocate of us getting the full profile of fatty acids that our diet nowadays is only long chain fats. As we incorporate other types of dairy like goat dairy or coconut fat, then coconut oil, then we get more of the medium chain fats. But because we don't eat fermented foods very often, we get no short chain fats. And short chain fats just really punch above their metabolic weight. Their, their, their, their chemical weight that there's very small molecules, but they really carry a substantial metabolic impact. But nevertheless, usually you want to take it right before you eat or while you're eating or right after sometime right around your window of eating.
