I found Bill as I was looking for a mentor in orthotropics, and so I decided to go out to California and take his mini residency. And the treatments go on for several years. Having a mentor and a study club was really essential for not only for success, but, um, there's a lot of points of fear and trepidation. You have children with their teeth splayed way out and pallets wider than anybody imagined. And having a mentor that's done this many, many, many times and has been in each of these scenarios to talk you through it gave me a lot of confidence to do what I learned. With Bill and the study clubs, it's been a tremendous, tremendous asset to really be able to apply that knowledge and help people.
