A coach (SPEAKER A) describes a typical workday for the Scaling Coaches team: leading team meetings, classes and off-sites; conducting one-on-one coaching to diagnose and reframe problems; and running accountability group sessions where companies review progress and help unstick each other. The speaker also notes travel and homework/administrative tasks as additional responsibilities.

Well, let me tell you about a day in the life of our coaches, myself, one of the coaches on our team. Here's what it looks like. So some days we're actually meeting with teams, leading classes, leading off sites, things like that. Other days we're fielding phone calls and we're working with individuals one on one to hear the gap, what they're struggling with, and to give them new ways of looking at and thinking at their problem. And then the third thing that we're doing is leading accountability group sessions. So we're taking a group of companies and looking together at how they're tracking on things and helping unstick each other. So kind of three big things, aside from travel and homework and things like that that we do, leading team off sites and classes, doing one on one work and doing accountability group work. That's a little bit of what our world is all about.
