Lugos Travel is an award winning global travel group and we book thousands of life changing luxury trips. At the end of the day what we did is we took a systemized approach of exactly what we wanted for our clients in definable contractable terms and then we found partners in different countries that could service that with their boots on the ground knowledge. And what we get with that trade off is also being able to have 24 hour support in the country that you're in which eliminates a lot of the time zone problems that can happen. So you know, if there's a train strike at 8am In Italy, I really don't want to wake up at 2am to take care of it. So we have local representation. Yeah, we have local partners that are monitoring all parts of the tours while the clients are on it and then we pick up before and during and after with messaging and making sure that everybody's having a good time and everything's running smooth.
