I want to tell you about one of our client companies that did an acquisition growth strategy. So just a couple of years ago, this company realized that their category of specialty contractor in a Western state was just like all the competitors were a little weak. So they pulled together all the key things to really do a great job with their business. They tightened up their brand. They got their culture dialed in. They set their bhag. They did all the things that we do with companies in scaling up. And then they started buying up the company petition. They bought up operations in neighboring cities and that kind of thing. And they just brought their recipe, their playbook for running a better business to all of those things. In a short period of time, they were the number one player in the state. That's what we talk about. We talk about scaling up. Done right.
