So I've had people tell me our strategy is totally dialed, and yet their growth is flat. Right. So it's time to change it up.
So next up, we have Bill Gall. He's a sailor, skier, biathlete, pilot. He's a scuba diver. He's a skydiver. He's a serial entrepreneur. You.
Know, 25 cities in 11 countries.
Yeah.
Right. And you've grown companies from startup to over half a billion dollars.
Yeah. You amaze me. If not brighter. Without further ado, I present Bill Gallagher.
The purpose of my life is making a difference.
Coach, I like to think, is somebody who has you do what you don't want to.
Do so that you can be always wanted to be. And my first task as a coach or anyone is figuring out who they really always wanted to be. The thing that they don't often say out loud to people because they're uncomfortable. They're afraid it won't happen. They're afraid of what people will say. But that's the first thing that I think of, and the big idea here is that you deserve the company now, or you have the company you deserve right now. So if we want to scale up, we have to deal with you. Not just the whole team, not just the Rockdale Habitat team, but we have to deal with who you are that caused the mess.
We'Re looking for. Your.
Why and the why of your life is like the why of your business. It is a deep, emotionally eliciting answer to a question for the reason.
For something.
We can work with what you're good at, your strengths, and then put that into practice and address the area that you're weak in. So gratifying, right? There's a hundred people who have a new job they're proud of, a team that they love being a part of. That's.
