Hi there. Bill Gallagher here, and I want to talk with you about the fourth of the big decisions that we'll be covering in the four decisions of our Scaling up workshop. Cash is the fourth and final of the four decisions that you've got to get right to scale up any company. And in our workshop, we'll introduce you to some of the tools that we use to improve the cash production of your company. The first question you want to ask yourself is, do you have, Is your business producing enough cash from internal sources to actually fund the growth of your company? And if not, what can we do to improve that? In this section of our workshop, we'll introduce you to two powerful tools that can make a massive difference right away, and you can go back and apply them right to your business. The first of these is the Cash Conversion Cycle. We want to talk to you and show you a tool and an exercise that we use to optimize the Cash conversion cycle. That's the cycle and the time between when you invest money in the company, in the business, for sales and marketing activities, for production, and so on, to when you actually take money and put it in the bank. So that's Cash Conversion Cycle. And this powerful tool can pay for all of your workshop attendance and everything else in just one day, and very often does for many of our attendees. But the Cash Conversion cycle, the CCC exercise that we'll be doing in the workshop, is one that you can then take back to your whole team, your leadership team or the entire team, and engage a much bigger group of people in developing and optimizing the cash production in the company than normally would. So very frequently, cash and the optimization of cash in a business is handled by some people in accounting and finance and the leadership team of the company. We actually want to get a much broader range of people that are able to participate in that, and you'll see what I'm talking about in our workshop. The second of the two big things that we want to do with cash is introduce you to a tool that helps you identify which of the big levers you can do to optimize both profit and cash in the company and which ones are worth more and where you should focus your effort. This is an analytical and planning tool that helps you find the money in your business and then pick your priorities. It's also a tool that helps you to understand and appreciate the enormous value of a few small changes. We call this exercise the Power of One. We'll introduce you to the power of one and show you that tool and give you the information on how to do that. We'll begin to do that work right in our workshop, and then you can go back and apply those things to your business. If you'd like more information about this workshop, or to know about the other of the four decisions that we'll be covering in the workshop, then I want to direct you to this website right here.
