When confronted with our fears, with scary situations, the things that don't go like we hope they're going to go, we run from those. We avoid those situations where the real learning takes place and the real success takes place. And sometimes the survival takes place is when we lean into the fear, we lean into the difficult. We really embrace it as part of the journey. And sometimes it's necessary for survival, sometimes it's necessary for learning. But that was one of those instances that brought me back to, I would say, grounded me in some of the challenges that I was going through and realizing I shouldn't run from these. I got to lean into them, even appreciate them for what they are. And the journey that I'm on.
