When you talk about the difference between, you know, symptoms and systems, it's like, well, what you have to recognize is if you turn a dial in sales and marketing, for example, well that's going to impact your operations and that's going to impact your finances and that's going to impact your culture potentially. So you can't just turn one dial in your business and hope that fixes everything. Can't just turn one dial and not assume that it isn't going to influence the other aspects of your business. Any dial that you turn has influence and impact over another aspect of your business every time and always. And so really if you take a systems approach, you have to think about, well, if I twist this dial, where is that going to show impact or influence in other aspects of our business and how do we kind of preempt some of that movement or be at least prepared or forecast some of that movement before we really twist the dial in sales for example.
