Hi there, Bill Gallagher here. And I want to talk to you today about the third decision in the four big decisions that we cover in our scaling up workshop. So the third decision is execution and all of the great work that we do with leading teams through strategy and planning sessions, and all of the work that we do to optimize the cash in your company and to improve the people on the team. And so all of that work and the other areas means nothing without great execution. And in execution, we want to look at and we want to create a company where all of your processes are running without drama and leading your industry in profitability. So drama free and beating everyone in profit are the big things that we want to accomplish in this area. So we're going to introduce you to how we make execution reliable, drama free, and highly, highly profitable. The first thing we want to do is go over and teach you about the three big disciplines of flawless execution. And that's setting right priorities. So setting priorities that really drive your business and help you do the right things at the right time. The third, the second, is establishing a rich set of compelling metrics that you can use to drive the business and the performance of the key people. So establishing the right metrics because you can't have your eye on all of the different things at one time. So we'll go to work on that, that, and then we want to talk to you about the right meeting rhythm. So when should you meet with your team and in what way is really effective and productive to connect the good strategy and planning sessions that many companies do with real results for powerful execution? So we'll cover the three decisions first and then we'll review our habits checklist. So the Rockefeller Habits Checklist that we're originally known for is a set of 10 big areas that when you implement these things, your business operates and executes beautifully and your strategy is really dialed in and you've got the right people on the bus and you're producing more cash than anyone else. The Rockefeller Habits Checklist is not only a recipe for how to get your business performing well, but it also gives you a diagnostic tool to figure out which thing to focus on next, because you just can't get it all done overnight. So it's going to take some time, but we want to figure out what to prioritize and when in terms of these overall things. So the next thing that we'll teach you about is how to set the priorities that we talk about in the three big disciplines of priorities. And then we'll teach you one of the key meeting rhythms that we do, which is the daily huddle. We'll show you how to actually make huddles work in your company. If you're already using huddles, we'll help you to see ways that you might elevate that practice. And if you've tried huddles or thought about huddles and just don't think they work for your company, we will show you how they can work for any company to elevate the alignment and the results that you're getting from your team. So that's the third of the big decisions in the scaling up framework and we'll cover four of these decisions in our workshop. If you'd like more information about our workshop, I want to direct you to this website, Bit ly suwinfo bit ly scalingupworkshopinfo, all in lowercase.
