You want to figure out how to set up a company, this is kind of what I do. Find the one promise that if you could make and deliver on that your competition isn't that is so good people would chase you down for your business. Think about Domino's Pizza. At one point it was bringing you a hot pizza in under 30 minutes. Extraordinary value proposition. It literally separated them from every pizza delivery place. Don't get me wrong but. But the point is is it worked and it separated them from everybody. If you've got to have a promise that's so separates you from your competition then you got to figure out how to deliver on that's the hard part. But that that's what should be in your brain when you're looking to start a business.
