I got rid of the notion of the word manager because I believe that managers are managing poor performance. And it's, you know what, when you're a self led adult, you show up, you know when to be at work, you show up on time, you know what your job is, you don't need to have someone tell you what to do. You are going to lead yourself. And so we only have self led people here at Nurse Next Door.
