Hustle culture is bullshit. I'm sorry, but if you see your people hustling around, all that means is you suck at management, right? You suck at management, you suck at layout and design, you suck at making things easy to do. And that, for the most part, you probably are wasting massive amounts of labor. Though I can show case study after case study of us going into a place and reducing labor by 70% by just moving the items around to get them closer to the people doing the work.
