Is your company’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sitting on the shelf gathering dust?

Everything we do is focused on proactive mental health. Right. Preventive early intervention, building good habits, incorporating this stuff the same way we know it, for physical health, the mental health equivalent. Right. And so we have this program called Journey Proactive EAP, because most companies have EAPs, which stands for employee Assistance Programs. It's a product that came out in the 1940s to help companies with alcoholism and things like that and didn't really evolve for a while. And basically, we said, let's turn this model on its head, rather than being reactive and it sits on a shelf until somebody really reaches that burnout state, and then they need it. Let's engage every employee every day. Let's help them build good habits. Let's have really diverse content and resources for them. And then, oh, by the way, if they need therapy, great.
