I think most business owners went into business to solve a problem, which was to help somebody solve a problem. Right. So I think having that core belief, the money, I find, comes if you provide an exceptional service and you really do good work, and then the word of mouth will grow. So I never do it for the money. It's always to help people solve a problem. And so, for me, I was actually the. The cog slowing my system or my business down because I wanted to be involved in every decision. Well, that was actually the worst. I was actually slowing myself down. The other benefit that a lot of people don't think about by firing themselves from their business is that you actually increase the valuation of your business, because businesses that don't require the owner to be there sell for a much higher valuation in multiple than businesses that require the owner.
