I see the most is I have the wrong people.
I need to hire leaders first before.
I can scale my business.
And when we bring in outside leaders.
We end up with all kinds of issues about fit and appropriateness to the stage of the company and that kind of thing. It's important you can do it.
But the truth is there's a lot.
Of potential in the people that you already have. That's the first and biggest limiting belief that I see.
And the second one is you don't understand my industry. Things are much more complicated and harder.
Than you realize in my industry.
And I say BS actually don't care.
That much about your industry.

Do the way things have always been.
Done in your industry, but find ways to do things in a completely new and different way.
So those are two limiting beliefs that we see a lot of and what makes the difference. You can develop the people that you already have into leaders. There's more there that wants to be expressed as leadership in the world, in each of the people that you already have. And the question is just getting tapped.
Into what drives and motivates them.
And the second one is not doing.
The things the way things are in.
